Nice Townhouse

Quiet neighborhood, away from busy roads. Unit was very clean. Host replied quickly to questions. Other review commented about dirty windows, but with sand and salty breeze off ocean, I found that car windows needed to be cleaned every couple of days, so it's understandable that it's hard to keep unit windows clean.

Beach Front Beauty

This beautiful home was as described in the listing. The host was very helpful. We had issues with the internet one day and she was very helpful in making sure that the issue was resolved. The beaches are amazing in this area. While the property allows dogs those with dogs should be aware that they are very strict about where dogs are allowed. There is a lovely dog beach about a mile away but they are not allowed on the beach near this beautiful property.

Beach vacation

Property was very clean, easy to access and had necessities for beach front lounging. Location is great, very short walk from back porch and you’re on the beach. Excellent.

Great Townhouse

We stayed for the week and was so comfortable..there was plenty of room for everyone and the beach was just steps away. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a meal and beautiful furnishings and bedding. This is definitely a great property. The owners were also prompt with any questions and concerns

Great location, easy access to the beach, and close to everything you may need.

We had such a great time at Calle Bonita. The host is very friendly, quick to respond, and has great communication. We had 7 adults that fit comfortably and we have no complaints. The beach is easily accessible in your backyard and you don’t have to tote your belongings very far. Close drive to downtown area where all the shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Would stay there again.

Overall, it is a good place to stay. There are definitely some things that need to be attended to. The grille either needs to be replaced or parts replaced. It did not appear that it had been cleaned in some time either. Bulbs in lamps need to be replaced. The only one that worked was in the master bedroom. TV's in the two smaller bedrooms did no function. Neighbor next to us was having remodeling done and the workers were drilling in the wall next to us at 8am a couple of mornings.No water from the fridge, only ice. These may be small things, but they still matter if you're going to rent it out. A light over the washer would be extremely helpful.

Wonderful Beach Location

Had a wonderful stay at the beach condo. The back door lead straight to the sand and beach. The condo had everything we needed. It even had beach chairs, boards, and umbrella. We would stay again.

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved our family beach vacation! Short walk to the beach,like almost right on the beach. Beach view standing on upper level balcony. Big main bedroom with bathroom. Loved our balcony off the main bedroom. Short drive to all the restaurants. Great washer and dryer. Owner takes a couple days to get back with you but answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location on Pensacola Beach

We spent the winter 2024 here. The location is steps away from the beach which wasn't ever very busy. Walk the beach for a couple miles each way! The neighborhood was also walkable. 3 miles from "downtown" Pensacola Beach. Lots of parking by the restaurants and activities. The townhouse was comfortable and bedrooms were roomy. The bright lighting in the living area helped because it is at ground level and doesn't get much natural sunlight. Loved the openness of the upper deck for the sun (and wind block when chilly).

Location is Awesome

The location of this townhouse to the beach is great. Within 3 minutes of walking time my family was setting up our spot at the beach. The townhouse was so close it was easy to run back to the house if we needed a break. Due to how close the beach was we would walk down to the beach two to three times a day. The townhouse was clean and the owner was responsive to questions. I would rent this townhouse again.

One of the best out there!

I cannot express how beautiful this townhome is. Very modern, spacious, beach-themed. Rooms are huge! Large kitchen with amenities galore which made cooking breakfast so easy. Owner provides extras such as plenty of dishes, towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, etc. so you do not have to travel with your entire home in your car. Super easy access to the beach being just 2 houses via a white soft sandy path. Trust me, the photos on this listing do not do it justice!! Host was extremely pleasant and communicated immediately (within minutes). You will not regret booking here!

Best VRBO Ever!

This VRBO is even better than the pics. I felt like I was a guest at a friend's condo! Comfortable beds, lush towels, darling decor, the cutest coffee mugs, and high-end cookware. The kitchen was stocked: paper towels, trash bags, foil and plastic wrap, zip lock bags, coffee filters, beautiful wine glasses, nice plates and utensils. Additionally the host provided alot of luxury details like a great grill on the patio, an excellent TV package with mega-channels, peppermint eucalyptus hand soap, nice smelling candles, and even nightlights for the little ones The garage is loaded with beach gear that guests are invited to use: beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, fishing poles, and more. The beach is a short walk out the front door. If you are looking to stay on Pensicola Beach, look no further! We had a great week and we will be back.

Perfect location

We spent Thanksgiving here - it was perfect. Beach is quiet at this location, it is close to the eastern dog beach. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped to make Thanksgiving dinner. Jaime was super welcoming and responsive and we had a great time! Would stay again!

Location, location, location!

Wonderful stay for our extended family of 6 and our pup. Location is amazing. Literally about 50 steps to beach entrance. Spent evenings hunting for ghost crabs. Spent several mornings shelling. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the grill was wonderful for burgers and hot dogs. Publix grocery store is a quick 5 mile drive. Went on a bus tour of historic Pensacola and returned the next day to see the history, childrens, and art museums. Loved the little art gallery coop next to the art museum. The art museum had a wonderful black and white photography exhibit of the Everglades. Traveled to Mobile (60 min drive) for a terrific air boat tour. Saw many gators and wildlife. Got breakfast from the Dropout bakery in Mobile. Had wonderful dinners at Jacos in downtown Pensacola and the Shrimp Basket in Pensacola beach.
