Twenty Browns Hill Àr en nyligen renoverad stuga belÀgen i hjÀrtat av Dartmouth pÄ en avskild terrass utanför Browns Hill Steps. Fastigheten köptes av de nuvarande Àgarna 2013 och har genomgÄtt en omfattande renovering till en mycket hög standard. Boendet bestÄr av ett modernt, öppen planlösning och kök pÄ bottenvÄningen. PÄ första vÄningen hittar du ett rymligt dubbelrum med eget duschrum och ett modernt familjebadrum. TvÄbÀddsrummet pÄ andra vÄningen har utsikt över hustaken i Dartmouth till slottet och Kingswear. Din stuga Àr helt centralt uppvÀrmd och ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn Dartmouths unika butiker, gallerier, restauranger och den fantastiska flodmynningen River Dart. Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the river, shops and restaurants a minute or two away. Yet the location was tucked away and peaceful. The steps up Browns Hill for us added to the charm and character of the place. We loved every minute of our stay

The steps with bags etc was a bit of difficult but once we had everything up there we had a wonderful week the cottage was spotlessly clean, bathroom and ensuite again was good the cottage was bright with lovely views. everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Such a good position easy to get to shops,harbour, market, boats and train. We also went on the bus to Kingsbridge. Restaurants were on hand,lovely FRESH fish stall at the market. We needed a break and couldn't ask for more. Thank you Tracey.

Fabulous stay and perfected located. Stayed for a week with two teens 16 & 17 with plenty of room for us all. The house has everything you need for self catering.

Excellent

Excellent property in very central location and great having parking as used buses, trains and ferries most of the time. Definitely get ferry back from Totnes and to Greenways and Stoke Gabriel well worth a visit for lunch. Kendrick’s also a lovely place for evening meal but need to book.

Home from home

Comfortable, well equipped cottage in the centre of town and only a couple of minutes walk from river, shops, restaurants, bars and market.Highly recommend staying here for a great break.

Perfect location

Fantastic cottage. Well equipped and well appointed. Dartmouth is a lovely harbour town and the fact that everything you need is walking distance from the perfect quiet location of the property is a bonus.

Ideal for Christmas

Just 2 cousins wanting a getaway, near facilities and still active enough to make the steps up Brown Hill! The host had decorated for Xmas and much appreciated. Lots of lovely walks, ferry rides, delicious foods in the market & deli and window shopping made for a relaxing holiday. M&S Food nearby was a bonus for cooking over the period

Great location and really handy to have the car park pass. It's only a 2 minute walk from the property to the car park. Property is right in the centre of town with great views. Really comfortable and perfect size for a family of 4 and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable week. Great communication from the host and good not having to worry about bringing towels and bed linen. Excellent value and would highly recommend.

20 brownshill steps

My wife and i had a really great stay at no20 centre of town 2mins from river there r steps to go up but got used to them just a little exercise if u r not to infirm nice and clean good layout all good.

Great little cottage for family holiday

Perfect for us- two adults two littles. Well equipped and brilliantly located property. Parking in Dartmouth is indeed an absolute nightmare but it didn’t bother us
 until we pulled into load up to go home and promptly got a parking ticket! Other than that a good trip.

Dartmouth Regatta

What a beautiful property right in the heart of town- perfect to enjoy all the festivities for Regatta week, house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable felt like a home away from home, Tracey was very helpful and we are so glad we booked - parking pass worked fine - mid week we had to switch to park and ride due to fair for regatta but this was no problem, Thanks so much we didn't want to leave x

Comfortable cottage near the centre of Dartmouth

A lovely well equipped cottage near the centre of Dartmouth. The parking permit really helped so that we could park in the large car park nearby all week. We got around easily via the ferries and local buses so had little need of the car when we were on holiday.
