Våra 1 900 kvm ft. Cascade Village Condo (Unit 56) har tre sovrum och tre badrum tillsammans med ett slutet loft som har en bekväm drottning utdragbar soffa. Det är en stor familj berg fly, med ett komplett kök, trä spis, två privata däck och fantastiska vyer.

Cascade Village är mindre än 2 miles norr om Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 26 miles norr om Durango och 25 miles söder om Silverton.

Den bostadsrätt är fullt möblerad och erbjuder alla bekvämligheter i ett hem. De öppna levande plan, trägolv och avancerade möbler och sängkläder alla bidrar till den varma atmosfären.

Cascade Village ligger mindre än 2 miles norr om Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 26 miles (mindre än 30 minuter) norr om Durango och 25 miles söder om Silverton (mindre än 30 minuter).

På platsen på Cascade Village finns en uppvärmd inomhuspool, bastu, bubbelbad utomhus, inomhuspool, biljard, utomhus tennisbana, skiduthyrning och en gratis skidbuss till Purgatory Resort.

Avbokningsregler: Avbokningar som görs mer än trettio (30) dagar före ankomstdatum kommer inte att innebära några påföljder och alla betalade belopp kommer att återbetalas i sin helhet. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i förkortat vistelse, som görs inom trettio (30) dagar efter ankomstdatum, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum för att få full återbetalning utan straff. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shuttle didnot run often enough. Roads were pretty bad but hey a lot of snow. Unit really nice! Next time we’ll have to stay up at lodge simply to be close enough to ski area. Thought could get by with couple miles away since told shuttles ran every 30 minutes or so. Travel with teens and children.

Beautiful condo

Super clean & comfortable for family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Have stayed at CV before and this condo seemed much nicer-newer tile, fresh paint, carpet, great appliances. Very homey. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay for a family of 8!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had all of the conveniences and amenities you could want. From the time we arrived and found undercover parking below the building and beside the door, to wood supplied for the fireplace and a well stocked kitchen, we could ask for nothing more. The ski shuttle to Purgatory was very convenient and meant we did not have to battle a crazy parking lot, while the Kiddos spent time on the Cascade grounds, sledding, making snow angels and snow men. For the most part the Wi-Fi was sufficient to stream tv and computer use with an occasional outage. The condo was tastefully decorated and felt like a mountain cabin. Would definitely recommend this condo to others!

The condo is very nice and has a beautiful view (which would have been easier to see if the windows were washed and one of the blinds was not broken). However, it was not clean. The floor was filthy and had dead flies everywhere. The couch and ottoman were covered with crumbs and dust. The closet door on the downstairs bedroom was broken. There were extra pillows, but no extra pillowcases. I don't feel it was right that we had to take out the trash, make sure all the dishes were washed, and start a load of towels before we left when it didn't look like anyone had dusted or swept before we arrived; not to mention the large cleaning fee. We won't be back.

Beautiful place and great location

The condo was awesome and very clean. Looked just as the pictures showed. Had everything you needed. Great customer service as well. Coffee maker didn’t work so I sent a quick email, got a response back within minutes letting me they were bringing a new one. A new one showed up, still in box and good brand too. Can’t say enough great things. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful condo!

This property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! We did not use the pool area so cannot comment on that. It was 2 couples that stayed in this 3 bedroom that we chose due to the two king beds, so plenty of room for us. Nice covered parking just outside our condo, however we did notice there is only one parking space so if there would have been two cars, where does the other car park? For some people, this property may be too far from Durango’s restaurants and night life, about 30 minutes. For us that was not a problem. We would definitely use this condo again! We enjoyed our stay in Durango!

Beautiful condo, convenient location

Very nice condo. Nicely decorated and supplied. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is large and has everything needed. Hot tubs and pool were close by and clean. Location is great being about halfway between Durango and Silverton. Only complaint is they were doing mqjor construction (I believe to water lines)and had to find different ways to get to the unit. It would have been good to get a bit more communication before and during our stay on what to expect. Not a major problem though.

Nice location outside of Durango

The condo was very nice and spacious for our family. We were able to enjoy a lot of time together playing cards, watching movies and enjoying meals. It is a 30 minute trip down the mountain to Durango and we made it each day. Overall a good stay in a nice clean unit.

Very pleased

This properry was very nice. It had an upstairs area with 2 BR and a loft area with pull out bed which allowed our 3 teenagers their own space and then my husband and I had our room downstairs. I would definately stay here again. It snowed pretty good while were here, and we had trouble getting our 2 wheel drive vehicle up to the parking area one day.

Beautiful Stay

The property is beautiful! The condo was perfect, nice and clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Nestled in the mountains, just far enough out to town to really enjoy the peace and quiet, about midway between Durango & Silverton. Great hiking just across the road!
