Hösten 2019 ersattes den historiskt fruktansvärda WIFI med Fiber och WIFI är nu inte bara tillförlitlig, utan hastigheterna är nu cirka 50 MBS.

Helt ombyggd, våra 1 300 kvadratfot. Cascade Village andelslägenhet (Unit 352) (mindre än 2 miles norr om Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort) Ski Area, 40 miles söder till Durango) har tre sovrum / två bad och är en stor bergsflykt, med ett fullt utrustat kök, elektrisk spis och privat däck. Dessa lägenheter är fullt möblerade och erbjuder alla bekvämligheter i hemmet (inklusive tvättmaskin / torktumlare, hårtork, lattemaskin med smaksatt kaffe och lerkruka och mixer). Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. Ski trip 2025

Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice experience at the Cascade village this weekend.It was a cozy place to stay for our group of 7.I loved the underground parking especially for as much snow that fell.They had storage rooms for our equipment and the Apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed.The best part was we were only a few minutes from the slopes.Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

2025 vacation

We were a party of 7 staying 9 nights. Cascade village is an amazing establishment. It is so close to hiking and outdoor activities but also close enough to Durango. The condo was the perfect size for us. We would be out all day and come back to prepare dinner and hang out in the evenings. My only complaint was the condo was not as clean as it could have been. It was VERY dusty. And I'm not sure if the bathrooms were cleaned properly before our arrival (used bars of soap were left in the showers and trash as well). I had to take time as soon as we got in to clean and make sure everything was clean to use. The dishes were dirty in the cupboards and I had to wash those as well.

Beautiful views. Lots of snow. Definitely need 4 x 4 or all wheel drive/chains. Close to ski area. Only recommendation would be an upgrade on the mattress, not very comfortable. Other than that the condo was prefect.

Great Family Ski Getaway

We had a great, comfortable stay at Cascade Village for our family Spring Break. The condo is fairly well-stocked (could have used a few extra towels for use at the pool/hot tub and pillowcases for the extra pillows, but we did not see the need to call about those during our stay), but no complaints otherwise. I recall the listing accurately describing that the loft is accessed through the master bath adjacent to the upstairs master bedroom, but also note the master bedroom does not have a door; it’s just around the corner at the top of the stairs. Very comfortable and super convenient, though. The main lodge (which is super close to the condo) has great common areas, a fun game room, and pool at hot tubs are great! Would definitely stay again.

Nice, quiet place, but no AC

Normally no AC wouldn’t be a problem, but it’s hot in Durango this time of year! Closing all windows/curtains kept it cooler while we were gone all day hiking/biking, but that sun needs to go down before you can open back up! COVID kept pool, hot tub and fitness center closed (things we had planned on using and why we chose the place). Well-stocked, easy to get in and out of (must hip-check door to get in). We didn’t mind the 25 min drive into Durango. Easy to head north to Silverton and Ouray for hikes and visits.

we are back

Durango has always been one of our favorite vacation destinations. So it was a special time to return and share our memories with our grandchildren. The unit was very clean and roomy for all of us. I truly appreciated the child safety gates that kept the 2 year old away from the stairs. Great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay

Everything worked properly. We had absolutely no problems or issues! Covered parking was a huge plus! The location is about halfway between Durango and Silverton, about a 30-40 minute drive to each. It was perfect for us, but it might be inconvenient for some people, depending on plans and activities. I would highly recommend this unit. We had a wonderful stay!

Pleasant Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect for my husband and me. We had plenty of room. Condo could accommodate more with sleeping for 6 but it would be tight in the living areas. Property was clean an important criteria. For those who are stair challenged it is a hike from garage parking. We would go back again. The pool was closed due to COVID so I cannot comment. Grocery shopping was limited to Durango except for smaller and pricey shops. We knew this coming in and stocked up on the way.

Stay at Cascade village

We had a great stay at cascade village for a 4 day family ski vacation. The kids and adults really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
