En högkvalitativ, välutrustad villa belägen i ett valt område, nära havet med fantastisk utsikt över Mahon hamn. Fullt renoverat till en hög standard med luftkonditionering i alla sovrum, är villan fördelad på två nivåer. Den övre nivån har ett sovrum med fullt badrum, ett våningssäng rum, ett välutrustat, helt nytt kök 2018, vardagsrum / matsal som leder till en stor solterrass med markiser och spektakulär utsikt över hamnen ingången i Mahon . Bottenvåningen har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng med eget badrum med duschrum, två tvåbäddsrum med utsikt över poolen, ett extra duschrum, ytterligare en garderob, ett elegant vardagsrum med satellit-TV och DVD-spelare med tillgång till utsidan till poolområdet. Villan är innesluten och grindad från vägen med en uppfart för 2 bilar. De bakre trädgårdarna är privata och säkra med en bra storlek privat pool, pool dusch och massor av poolen möbler. Ett yttre kök med grill och kyl och frys är idealiskt för utomhusbruk. Alla sovrum har luftkonditionering.

Another wonderful stay

Having stayed at the villa in 2020 it was lovely to return and enjoy such a great property once again. The photos really don’t do this villa justice and it has everything you need to have a holiday in Es Castell. As a family we have always stayed in villas and there have been few that compared to this villa. We would highly recommend.

Idyllic holiday Villa

Having been to Es Castell previously we knew this villa was in an ideal location. We were not disappointed . The Villa is exceptional with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Location is ideal for access to restaurants etc at Cala Fons. We had an amazing holiday as parents with adult children staying over the 2 weeks. We would wholeheartedly recommend this Villa as an ideal holiday location.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

We have been visiting Menorca for many years and I must say, this is one of the loveliest villas we have ever stayed in. The views are stunning as is the villa which is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The location is also perfect being only a stones throw away from the wonderful Calas Fonts. Perfect!

Fantastic Menorca 60th Birthday

We stayed at Casa Blanca Villa for three weeks as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. The most beautiful villa only 5 minutes walk from the supermarket, town and harbour. A wonderful experience and everything was pretty much perfect. We are familiar with the town having stayed over the years on numerous occasions but this was really a bucket list experience.The first 11 days was totally chilled with just my wife and I and then the children/grandchild descended and we had a family gathering which was just great. The villa is really well equipped and the views lovely. The pool is really private and the town and harbour are in my opinion the loveliest destination ever. A holiday to remember so thank you Fran and John.

Beautiful villa!!

This villa a absolutely lovely!! It’s a real home from home (actually, better!!) with everything that you need for a lovely relaxing holiday both inside and out including fantastic sea views. The pool area, outdoor kitchen/dining area and the terrace were all fantastic and, very well maintained. Inside, the kitchen, lounge, dining area and bedrooms were all very well equipped and, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a real bonus. We love Es Castell and this villa is perfectly located in a quiet residential area and very close to Callas Fonts. We had a couple of ‘issues’ whilst we were there but these were sorted very promptly with very good communication with the owners and the managing agent so, these did not inconvenience us or spoil our holiday. We would definitely rent this property again for a family holiday - many thanks to Fran and John

We had an absolutely fantastic two weeks away at La Casa Blanca. Beautiful villa packed with everything you and your family/friends will need for a relaxing stay. Lovely quiet location, but only a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Es Castell.

VERY GOOD HOUSE LOCATION

We did enjoy Casa Blanca location in Es Castell , pool and house. The sea view from the terasse is very good, the kitchen area is really nice, well refurbished and spacious. many bathrooms all refurbished and very clean. The bedding to be renewed in some rooms, but all in all nice house in a nice location.

A wonderful holiday villa!!!!

Against all odds we managed a holiday this year. We weren’t sure if we would be able to go and right up until a couple of weeks before our flights there was still doubts we would go. We were lucky, and Fran couldn’t have been more accommodating in terms of keeping us up to date with what would happen if we managed to get to Menorca. Because of this contact we were given the confidence to wait it out. We couldn’t have been more pleased that we managed to go on holiday. The villa is exactly as the pictures show and you will definitely enjoy a holiday here. The villa is very well equipped with a wonderful terrace. The pool and outside area are exactly what you need for a relaxing holiday. A short walk and you can visit Cala Fonts. We have holidayed in Menorca for many years and this was one of the best villas we have stayed in!! Thank you for everything.

Home away from home

Such a homely villa in an ideal location. The port is less than a 5 minute walk away which is beautiful day and night. Such a clean, well kept, well presented villa which instantly makes you feel at home! The pool area is relaxing and the outside fridge and bar area makes it even more appealing! Convenience for relaxation come to mind when staying here! Would definitely recommend!

We will be back

Have just returned from our third holiday at this villa, and hope to have more. It doesn't feel like a holiday home, have always felt very comfortable there. Its hard to tear yourself away from the upstairs terrace with the views of the cruise ships and luxury yachts coming into the harbour. Supermarket and bars , restaurants are only a short walk away. But the villa is in a quiet residential part of town. Have been to menorca 20 times now and have stayed in a variety of apartments and villas and this has been the best, hence 3 visits. And Fran has always been a delight to deal with.

Excellent Villa .Fantastic views of Mahon Harbour.The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into the design an refurbishment of the villa with opportunities to get the sun all day long.Everything worked perfectly ,showers, ovens etc.There was a problem with the hose to the swimming pool 9 that we didn't notice)that required some building work but Ismail and the management company dealt with it very quickly. The villa is very close to the supermarket and loads of restaurants so none for a ca unless one wants to go to the beaches.Family of five adults found plenty of spaces to be together or alone .Would recommend that cleaners are told to leave oil ,condiments, soap, refuse bags, etc from previous visitors as it is annoying to have buy these basics.Would definitely consider staying in the future.Weather wonderful in the first week of June.

Fabulous villa

Such a beautiful villa in a lovely quiet area yet only five minutes to the beautiful harbour of Cala Fonts. Couldn't fault the villa which had high quality features throughout. We were a family of 8 yet there was plenty of room. The photos do not do it justice as it was massive! Kids loved the pool and I loved to watch the boats go by from the upstairs balcony.

Ideal villa in beautiful location

We were a family of 6 adults 2 children and a baby.The villa was big enough to house us all comfortably.The views from the terrace were fabulous and the bbq, pool area was ideal for evening gatherings. The quality of food in restaurants and cafes was excellent also the local shops, delis and bakers.The villa was perfect, well stocked and clean. We would definitely recommend this property.

The perfect villa

We spent a week at this fantastic villa and really did not want to come home. The villa has everything you could possible want and more, stylishly decorated and plenty of room, we went with three other couples and never felt as if we were in each other's way. A good supermarket is just down the road and the pretty harbour of Santa Ana is a five minute stroll away with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Mahon is a short bus ride away so a car isn't necessary, it's worth a trip there as there are lots of restaurants opposite the harbour and a lovely friendly feel to it. Booking was so easy. We will definitely be returning here, only a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and you're ready to start your holiday . Pam E West Midlands

excellent property

I have just come back from a week on menorca at the said property. Everything about the place was excellent. Supplies within the property were plentiful, the grounds around and the swimming pool area. Inside there was enough space to lose yourself. We didnt need to be indoors because the weather was in the 30c's everyday. I would recommend your property to the next person and look forward to one day returning. The Mahon festival was also on for 3 days and is worth seeing.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The location is fantastic being on the doorstep to the beautiful harbour of Calas Fonts with its many restaurants, bars and shops and it is very close to both Mahon and the airport.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our villa sits high above the entrance to the Port of Mahon and we get a lovely breeze on the first floor terrace where you can sit for hours and enjoy watching the array of boats, yachts and the occasional cruise liner come and go. The little cove of Cala Padera is an absolute delight for an early morning swim in the sea and only a stones throw away from the villa.
