Villa Natalie är en stor, modern villa som är idealiskt belägen för restauranger, affärer och underbar strand. Den har en giltig och permanent turistlicens VTV 327 ME.

Villa ligger på en stor tomt, omgiven av välskötta mogna träd, häckar och växter som ger den en hög grad av integritet. Det finns praktisk terrängparkering på framsidan av fastigheten via en skjutbar frontport - vilket gör det till en säker och säker miljö för familjer.

På baksidan av Villa Natalie finns en stor, privat pool med lättåtkomliga steg; utmärkt för en simning på morgonen eller på eftermiddagen. Det finns gott om plats runt poolen för att koppla av på solstolarna eller sitta i skuggan under de stora parasollerna. Det yttre täckta terrassområdet ger skugga om du fortfarande vill sitta vid poolen men ur middagssolen. Den har en härlig matbordsområde som är perfekt för uteservering tillsammans med en stor tegelbyggd grillplats. Uteserveringen har också en separat, bekväm sittplats för dig att koppla av i.

Inuti villan finns en stor lounge och matplats. Högt i tak med balkar ger det en härlig, rymlig känsla och det finns två uppsättningar altandörrar som leder till poolen och trädgårdsområdet. Villa Natalie har möblerats till hög standard och du hittar allt du behöver för att njuta av din semester. Loungen är modern, av mycket god kvalitet, och du kommer att känna dig extremt bekväm att bo här. Det välutrustade köket ligger precis utanför matplatsen och delvis öppen planlösning med separat tvättstuga.

Det fantastiska med Villa Natalie är känslan av utrymme inuti. Sovrummen är alla belägna utanför en stor, väl utformad korridor separat från loungen - vilket innebär att du kan titta på TV eller koppla av i loungen utan att störa andra. Alla sovrum, vardagsrum och matplats har luftkonditionering / värmeenheter.

Perfect family holiday

The villa is great, and we all thought it larger than looked on the photos.The pool was fantastic, so well maintained and the perfect temperature for the little ones to be able to spend hours in the water. Only thing to be aware of is that beyond the steps, it gets deep very quickly. It was fine for ours who had arms bands on all day long, but might be tricky for some.The facilities in the villa were all we could wish for, very well equipped and Aircon in every room. We could even watch UK TV (not that we did much of that).Calan Porter is very quiet anyway, but the villa is a 10 minute walk from the centre all most of the bars and restaurants, so it was extremely quiet.Being 15 minute drive from the airport makes it so convenient too.We had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay at this villa with the family

I found Richard to be an excellent host with good communication before, during and after our stay.The villa itself was well located and not far from the main town and beach, i found it to be spacious, clean and very homely with all needs catered for.The swimming pool area was perfect for all the family, very private and well maintained.I cannot recommend this villa enough and will definitely book again.

Spacious well equipped villa in a great location. Games and pool inflatable toys were a lovely touch. We all had a fantastic time. The additional info local attractions and restaurants was useful too. The only thing I would say is the pool surrounding could’ve done with a wash down. I think we may have been the first in this season!

We had a very relaxing stay. Swimming pool is amazing. Richard is an excellent host. Short walk to supermarkets. Beach is walking distance. Short journey from airport. Overall it was a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday.

Excellent holiday

Our second stay at Villa Natalie with Richard (and our sixth stay overall at this villa). We keep coming back as this villa is kept in an excellent condition as is the lovely pool and it is situated in a very private location. The owner is very polite and helpful and is easily contactable if needed for anything and always replies quickly.

A lovely family holiday

We really enjoyed out stay at villa Natalie. It was the perfect size for our group of 6. We particularly loved the outdoor space and gorgeous swimming pool. The kitchen (and villa generally) was very well equipped and we were pleased at the cleanliness, ease of check-in, and helpfulness of Richard the owner. The only slight downside was the nearest supermarket was 10-15 minutes walk, but we knew this and it didn't bother us particularly. We would not hesitate to recommend this to others looking for a relaxing summer holiday.

Excellent!

We had a lovely time at Villa Natalie and Cala en Porter. The villa had everything we needed, the pool area was lovely and very private. The location was excellent too, just 10 mins to beach and restaurants. Richard was an excellent host, with good communication leading up to our stay and answered any questions we had promptly. We are definitely considering returning in the future!

Great villa

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and the beach towels were a bonus. We enjoyed the company of the resident tortoise usually found somewhere in the garden.

A peaceful break in beautiful surroundings

The villa is set in a quiet road, but within easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants, and short drive to the beach with a cafe in the shade. The villa garden is beautiful with many flowering shrubs and the pool area is secluded and also looks as good as the photos. The villa itself is clean, very and well equipped. Access to the outside world is straightforward once you get the hang of the one way road system. The owner was a very good communicator and most helpful. Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Lazy Days in Comfort

Lovely villa. Short walk to beach and resort centre. Comfortable interior 3 nice bedrooms with spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Outside the villa is superb. Large swimming pool with sun loungers and dining options either under the shade or in the sun,the choice is yours. I travelled as a solo traveller and really enjoyed my stay. I would think its the perfect place for a family holiday !!!!

Perfect holiday villa

The property was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean and spacious and in a great location. The pool was brilliant. The Villa had everything that you could want or need, including lots of toys for the pool. Richard, the owner, was fab to deal with and very accommodating of our early check in. We shall be back.

Fabulous

Villa Natalie is a lovely spacious home from home. Having stayed at quite a few other villas, this one is one of the best. Absolutely everything, including beach towels, seats and parasols for a visit to the beach. Sky tv, dvds and a boom box for round the pool. Surrounding area a bit hilly, but doable. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Brilliant location with lovely Villa

We had a really great stay at Villa Natalie. Richard really is a super host and nothing was too much trouble with instant responses to any of our holiday enquiries. The villa is very comfortable with great pool area, very private and surrounded by beautiful flowering plants, sun beds and plenty of pool toys for all ages. The location is amazing. We loved being able to walk to big selection of restaurants and supermarkets So close to the beach, a cliff for jumping into the sparkling Med sea within a couple of minutes walk and also just a couple of minutes walk to one of Menorcas great attraction, the Covo Xoroi bar to watch amazing sunsets in a stunning location. Thank you Richard for being such a wonderful host and providing such a lovely place to holiday.

Perfect in every respect!

This beautiful villa is ideally located, easy access to all amenities and the airport. The villa is wonderful, everything you could ever need and more is provided. Richard is such a wonderful host too, really flexible, great recommendations, prompt responses and nothing is too much trouble. So much space by the pool, kitchen facilities superb and air con very effective when required. We loved our family holiday here and can strongly recommend it. Cala en Porter is idyllic. Fantastic location! Highly recommend!

We’ve recently returned from a relaxing week’s stay at Villa Natalie. The highlight of the villa has to be the pool area which is very private and spacious. The pool is a great size and runs to a good depth too. There’s plenty of Sun loungers and pool inflatables as well as a ping pong table which our sons enjoyed. The villa is ideally located just a short walk to the centre of Cala en Porter with restaurants and supermarkets as well as a lovely beach. It’s also a short walk to the Caves club and Club Menorca with a fabulous views. Our host, Richard, couldn’t have been more helpful and responded promptly, even to my silly questions! Thoroughly enjoyed our break. Highly recommend!

I first started visiting Menorca nearly 18 years ago with my family. We were struck by the beauty of this small island. Over the years I have built good relationships with both Spanish and English property owners in Menorca.
Year after year we came back to Menorca and in 2014 I decided to purchase Villa Natalie as a holiday home spending many enjoyable holidays there.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Firstly, why Menorca? Well this is easy - it's the quieter, more unassuming island than the neighbouring islands of Ibiza and Majorca. Menorca is a great place for families and has the most breath-taking beaches with clear waters - and so many to choose from!
Villa Natalie just struck me as a great villa immediately. Located on a lovely residential road it is perfectly situated for all the important things such as beach, restaurants and shops. The villa has a great layout and feeling of space both inside and outside. The pool and garden areas are beautifully maintained and the natural greenery in the garden just adds to the overall feel. No fake grass or green painted concrete here!
