En vacker lodge som ligger i slutet av vårsjön där ankorna samlas och svanar bo. Denna lodge erbjuder lugn och bekvämlighet. Njut av de aktiviteter som finns tillgängliga i Water Park och utforska läckerheterna i de många närliggande pittoreska byarna i Cotswold. Besök Bourton-on-the Water (med en huvudgata som går parallellt med låga broar över floden Windrush) eller Ashton Keynes (med fler broar över Themsen än London) för att bara nämna ett par. Extremely disappointed

This property was not as advertised. It was sadly neglected in terms on maintenance and it was dirty. I have photographs to back all statements and I also reached out the property owner/manager without a satisfaction. We stayed here as friends own a similar lodge which showed a standard that was expected as advertised. The fridge was broken, the TV didn't work, broken door locks. The entire property was sub standard.

Perfect Lakeside Accommodation

This lakeside property had everything we needed for our stay in The Cotswolds. The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay . There was even a bag of goodies and bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival! It is an excellent base to explore the area and the view from the property overlooking the lake is very relaxing. We would definitely use the property again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very neat and tidy and decor to a very good standard. Wonderful lakeside location with beautiful views. Not a large property but more than enough for our needs.

Great location with a beautiful view across the lake

My family and I very much enjoyed our 10 day stay at Spring Lake. Sue's added extras were particularly welcome - hand sanitiser, antibacterial hand wash and cleaning products were all provided. We loved feeding the friendly ducks and swans that visited us every day. The house is in a great location to visit Cirencester and the surrounding villages.

Beautiful location

Lovely lodge, nice and modern, clean and well set out. It has a large decked area overlooking the lake with beautiful views. There is plenty of storage space in the main bedroom. Not so much in the other two rooms but it really isn’t a problem. Hand soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls and kitchen roll are provided. We were also left some shower gel. There were two swans with their two babies and a large family of ducks to feed! Well worth taking duck pellets to feed them! Close at hand to many lake walks and not far from many of the pretty villages and towns in the area.

Perfect lakeside house

My family of 5 had an amazing 2 week stay here, we stayed over Easter and upon arrival there were Easter eggs hidden for the kids who loved it, everything you need was thought of from your cup of tea (plus treats) to laundry tablets, we absolutely loved our stay which was helped along by Sue who was very kind and helpful through out the booking to the end of our stay, photos were spot on, Would definitely recommend

Fantastic!!!

A beautiful lodge with amazing views across the lake!! So comfortable and relaxing with everything you need-from a well-equipped kitchen to luxurious furnishings. We’ve already booked to go back!

Simply Fantastic

Superb location. All is just as you see from the pictures. Ducks, swans and the cygnets so close were lovely. Lodge has everything needed for a relaxing holiday and the welcome gifts were well appreciated. Booking very easy and hosts happy to help with questions and general information.

Peaceful setting, lovely view

The property had everything we needed for our stay, the view from the deck is lovely. Perfect from morning breakfast to your evening glass of wine. There is loads to do in the area and the owners have supplied plenty of leaflets for ideas. The wifi if you need it works well, we didn't use the little club house but it is there of you want to. `I was happy watching the water skiers on the lake from the deck. We would definitely go back.

Great location

We loved the lake view and watching the water activities right outside the windows. The double doors allowed us to bring in some cooler air as it was lovely and hot outside. Our kids 5 years and 7 months loved feeding the ducks and swans. Any issues we did have were dealt with very well. The internet went out for us which we were unable to resolve with the help provided and a few items that need repairing or replacing which couldn't take place before our take over but other than this it was a very good. We would recommend.

Wonderful location

We stayed here for 1 week and loved the setting, great views, so peaceful and quiet. The booking process was very easy and the property was as expected - the deck is lovely for enjoying a nice meal outside, we had no problems with parking, and the house has everything you need for a week long stay. A lovely home from home, highly recommend.

Lakeside lodge

Beautifully decorated and excellently equipped lake side lodge. My husband and I stayed at this lodge with our two teenagers . The accommodation was ideal for our use and lots of things to keep us all entertained. Golf, gym, paddle boarding, water ski-ing and kyacking as well as only being a few miles from Cirencester for large supermarkets and quaint shops. We had a fabulous time and a week was not enough. We had dinner on the deck every evening and the owners had provided all the little things that make such a difference to the start of your holiday, shower gel, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Planned on doing one of the large jigsaws that was available but didn't have time ! I would highly recommend a stay at this property. We will definitely be back - thank you

Loved our Holiday

It was everything we wanted and more. House is stunning and has everything you could need and want. Kids loved the swans and ducks. There are lots of things to do and see. Took kids to Legoland and a Zoo while we were there. Also had plenty BBQ's while looking over the lake. I would recommend this property, and we are looking to book it again for next year.

Absolutely Beautiful

We were completely and utterly bowled over by this property. Not just for the stunning views and and amazing sunsets we experienced, but also the beautiful interior which made our stay feel very homely for the week. We were very lucky with the weather which made it possible for us to sit out on the decking most evenings for dinner and drinks (and a lovely complementary bottle of wine) and enjoy our surroundings. My 2 year old son loved waking up to the ducks and beautiful swans (along with 5 babies) every morning and watching the water skiers on the lake. There's so much to do in the area and Cirencester town is only a short drive away. We really can't wait to book again

Peaceful and relaxing

Fab property with all you need for a self catering break. Large communal downstairs area great for entertaining and chilling out. The kitchen is well equipped and can provides everything you need for cooking away from home. Beautiful deck right on the waters edge with swans and ducks wanting to make friends from the moment you arrive!!! The bedroom accommodation is also great with everything you need. All in all you couldn't ask for more - great property provided by a friendly owner.

Excellent Quality Lodge with Lovely views

The lodge had everything we wanted & is tastefully decorated with great views over the lake. Thanks for the bottle of wine it got the holiday off to a nice start. My wife particularly liked a morning cuppa lay in bed taking in the lovely view of the lake! The weather was kind & we were able to enjoy the spacious deck in the glorious sunshine. We would recommend a stay at this lodge.

A beautiful place!

This lodge at spring lake is simply wonderful. We came for 3 nights and didn't want to come home. The description of the lodge and the facilities is accurate and the information you get in the lodge is really helpful too. The place was clean upon our arrival and was better than we'd hoped for. We have a toddler who absolutely loved waking up and feeding the ducks who were so friendly and came right up close to him. The lodge was extremely safe for him and we could relax as parents and enjoy our family break as a result. The restaurant on site was really nice with some great sports memorabilia. The staff there are really friendly and the food is fantastic. We received great customer service in the lead up to our stay and after. Couldn't ask for more. Finally the views.... Wow. I still think about them now and miss the lodge!

Beautiful home from home

If you want a relaxing week in lovely surroundings . Look no further. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a happy holiday - including a bottle of wine in the fridge to get you off to a good start. The jewel in the crown is the large deck overlooking the lake - perfect for an early evening BBQ watching the glorious sunset. If you are looking for something a bit more exciting give the adrenalin fuelled water sports a go .

Location is everything

We loved the property,it was comfortable and very homely.We slept well every night and loved being woken to the sound of the birds and ducks etc.It was a wonderful base to explore the Cotswolds,easy to get to and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Lodge - Amazing place

We stayed at the lodge for four nights and could not believe our luck when we arrived for our stay. I don’t usually write detailed reviews but we were so impressed that we felt it was the least we could do! The kitchen was very well planned with enough space to cook a family meal on the 6 ring cooker and everything we needed was provided. The large living area was bright and the sofa was very comfortable. The large flat screen TV with lots of channels, a DVD player and selection of DVD’s were very much appreciated by our teenage children and there are a good selection of games and DVD’s for younger children. There is also a good size dining table and six chairs. The lodge had a downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom. Both bathrooms were equipped with a high standard of fittings. All bedrooms were a good size and were comfortable, light and airy. Parking at the front of the lodge and at the back is a large decking area with table and chairs and barbecue. The view over Spring Lake is outstanding and is truly the jewel in the crown. Even my teenagers enjoyed feeding the ducks and swans every morning. The lodge was spotlessly clean throughout. Overall the lodge was a great place to spend time and we are already planning our next stay! We very highly recommend the lodge as a short holiday rental and is suitable for longer stays as there is so much room. The lodges are also patrolled by security 24 hours which was reassuring. Booking process was easy and the price most competitive compared to other lodges around the Cotswold Water Park – but don’t be put off by this as we did not miss out on anything that a pricier lodge would have given us! Thank you!
