This cosy lakeside holiday home, located in the heart of the Cotswolds Water Park, is the perfect retreat for those looking to relax by the water. Recently refurbished bathrooms add a fresh touch, while the brand new decking with outdoor furniture invites you to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The open-plan living area creates a welcoming space for relaxation and socialising, with large windows bringing the serene lake views right into the heart of the home. A peaceful getaway with all the comforts you need.

Our small business can be as attentive or as distant as you choose. We have prepared a comprehensive guest folder with all the information we feel may be useful to you, which also provides contact details for the house managers who will be happy attend the property should the need arise. We just want your stay with us to be relaxed and hassle free.
The lodge is set within well-maintained communal gardens. The Spring Lake site includes a Brasserie bar and restaurant, a large enclosed timber play area for children, and a 10 mph speed limit for vehicles, along with CCTV for a safe and family-friendly environment. The Lakeside Brasserie is just 100 yards away and there are 3 lovely pubs in South Cerney village within walking distance. There are countless picturesque walks on your doorstep perfect for the family and your well-behaved pooch! As well as the pubs in the village, there is a Co-Op and One Stop for any essentials along with a very popular Fish & Chip shop ideal for a night in on the decking watching the sunset.
Out and about you will discover the Cotswold Water Parks is an amazing place, more than 150 lakes over an area of more than 40 miles, with a huge diversity of leisure activities available for all ages to enjoy. On the water you can hire boats, canoeing/kayaking, inflatable rides, sailing, swimming, wake-boarding, windsurfing and water-skiing. On land there is angling, archery, fabulous bird-watching opportunities, cycling routes, walking routes, horse riding, paintballing, rally driving, golf, picnic sites and nature reserves.

By car (recommended):
From M4 or the South - Leave the M4 at Junction 15 (Swindon) and head North on the A419 for about 14 miles. Take the B4696 signposted Ashton Keynes / South Cerney / Cerney wick. Take the first left at the roundabout onto the Spine Road East. Follow this for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development, when through the gates follow the road around to the right, 55 Spring Lake is about 50 meters on the left.
From the M5 or North â Leave the M5 southbound at junction 11A onto the A417. Take the third exit at the roundabout after a few miles continuing on the A417. Stay on the A417 / A419 for 15 miles passing Cirencester. Leave the A419 following signs for South Cerney and the Cotswold Water Park. Head right over the flyover and straight on at the second roundabout following signs for the Watermark and Cotswold Water Park. Follow this road (Spine Road East) for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development and turn left when through the gates. Follow the road around to the left, 6 Spring Lake is towards the end of the road on the right.

The open-plan ground floor of the lodge features a galley kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave, making it ideal for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The spacious lounge/diner boasts floor to ceiling double-glazed patio doors, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. This leads out to a brand-new private deck, just steps from the waterâs edge. Both the indoor and outdoor living areas comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco meals and drinks. Entertainment is provided by a 43âł Smart TV with wireless internet for Netflix streaming.
Both bathrooms are recently refurbished. The ground floor bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower with WC and hand basin, while upstairs features a large shower, bath, WC, and hand basin. The lodge has also been fitted with electric storage heaters throughout to ensure you will keep warm and cosy during the colder months.
The master bedroom has a large picture window with stunning lake views, a double bed, and ample storage with hanging space and drawers. The second double bedroom overlooks the front of the property featuring a comfortable double bed and drawer storage, though walking space around the bed is limited. The twin bedroom includes single bunk beds and drawer space.
