Huset, byggt i ett före detta ladugård, ligger 22 km från Florens, nära slottet Nipozzano.
I den toskanska landsbygden, med olivlundar, vingårdar och skogar.
I trädgården på 3000 kvm inhägnad fullt finns det en pool av 12x6 meter med jacuzzi och system för att simma mot strömmen. Poolen (djup från 1. 1 till 1. 4 meter) hyrs tillsammans med huset i en exklusiv användning (inte används av andra gäster, eller av ägarna).
Från den stora terrassen kan du njuta av en underbar utsikt. Samma från bassängkanten, komplett med en stor terrass, täckt matplats och grill.

Amazing property great view.

This was perfect for us. Private, close to anything you need. Amongst the vineyards. You can see Nipozzano castle winery from the deck and the pool. The pool was always clean and a perfect bit of peace.

toller Urlaub

Ein typisches toskanisches Landhaus, gelegen inmitten von Weinbergen, auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen ist genau das, was wir gesucht und gefunden haben. Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten, gleichzeitig ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren und als besonderes Highlight der top gepflegte und riesige Pool (mit einer richtig guten Gegenstromanlage!). Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Danke, Anna!

Wonderful stay in Tuscany.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this villa. Everything was as described. We were a family of 4, our children are 23 and 17, and the space worked well for us. The pool was delightful and a welcome respite from the heat. The views were spectacular! Anna, the host, was fantastic - so friendly and helpful. There’s so much to see and do in the area as well - lots of culture and history. We really enjoyed the tour of the local wine estate - Castello Nipozzano, as well as visiting Florence (a half hour train ride from Pontassieve) and going further afield to San Gimignano. Thank you Anna, we hope to come back some day.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir verbrachten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist traumhaft schön. Das Haus war sauber, die Einrichtung völlig in Ordnung und der herrliche Pool überzeugt total. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin, alles unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder.

Das war schön!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Mai. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es bietet einen fantastische Aussicht auf die Hügel und das Castello Nipozzano. Auf den Fotos nicht gut zu sehen ist die schöne Terrasse am Haus. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und hat vor allem unserer Tochter sehr gefallen - genau so wie die Pfauen auf dem Gelände. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Under the Tuscan Sun

After some time being tourists in Europe, a week in Anna's villa in Tuscany was just the tonic which was required. Arnaldo was available nearby for anything which needed assistance. The pool and the Tuscan sun were an inevitable combination. If more tourist activity is thought necessary, drive into Pontassieve, park in the supermarket car park, catch the train into Florence ( about 25 minutes). If you want a wine tasting, Castle Nipazzano is about a 10 minute drive down the side road. Don't book too often. We want to go back.

Herrliches Urlaubsquartier

Ausgezeichnetes Quartier in der Nähe von Florenz bei deutlich angenehmerer Temperatur. Besonders hervorzuheben der wirklich große und absolut saubere Pool (tägliche sorgfältige Reinigung). Geräumig für 4Personen. Terrasse mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

The property was ideal, it was clean, beautiful views, private pool ( cleaned every day). We really enjoyed this villa, we couldn’t have wanted more. Anna was brilliant, anything we wanted (which was minimal) was granted immediately. The property was clean and well maintained, with a beautiful terrace overlooking uninterrupted countryside. If you want a peaceful, restful, stress free holiday, I would recommend this property to you. I would return tomorrow, in fact we didn’t want to leave. A magical holiday

We had the most amazing stay at Anna’s villa. It’s most incredible pool and the views are unbelievable, photos don’t do it justice. Anna was really responsive, replying immediately to our few questions pre arrival. The villa has a really well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms but it’s the views that really make it! The kids also loved the peacocks wandering the garden and appearing at the window! Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we hope to be back!

Wow! Beyond expectations - an amazing property!

As soon as we saw the view from the balcony we knew this was the perfect place for our family holiday. The pictures do not quite show how beautiful it truly is but gives a nice, welcome surprise after the drive down the unsealed lane. Anna gave us all the information we needed before we arrived and we were also welcomed by the pet peacocks! The accommodation has everything for a family of four (or slightly more) with plenty of pots and pans and crockery in the kitchen for anything you may want to cook if eating in - including a dishwasher with a few tablets. The pool (cleaned every morning except Sunday) was a great size and has a jacuzzi or current function but the size of it meant swimming lengths was fine and the kids enjoyed having the place to themselves - no problems getting a sun lounger!! The location is great - just a 10 min drive to Pontassieve which has some lovely restaurants, a supermarket and a station which is the best way to get into Florence for a days sightseeing (only €13.60 return for a family of 4). We hope we can return one day as we felt so at home and relaxed. Thank you Anna!

Traumhaus in der Toskana

Ein wirkliches Traumhaus. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Das Haus ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet und traumhaft gelegen. Auch der Pool ist außerordentlich schön. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten für knapp 2 Wochen einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und zudem geräumig für uns gewesen. Der Pool ist - wie bereits öfters beschrieben - eine Wucht. Hier hatten vor allem die Kinder viel Spaß. Aber bei Temperaturen um die 36 Grad und heißer, war der Pool für alle eine willkommene Abkühlung. Der Pool wird übrigens täglich in den frühen Morgenstunden gründlich (aber leise) gereinigt. Auch der Ausblick (ob vom Haus oder dem Garten) in die Landschaft ist malerisch. Auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr gerne gesessen. Aber auch am Pool hatten wir abends bei einigen Grillabenden sehr viel Spaß (ein kleiner Kühlschrank befindet sich in der Nähe des Pools - ideal für Getränke) Zudem war die Gastgeberin Frau Steidl vor, während und auch nach dem Urlaub immer direkt und bequem per Whatsapp ansprechbar. Dadurch fühlten wir uns immer gut aufgehoben.

An amazingly great stay in Tuscany

When I arrived at this property, my expectations were immediately exceeded. The pictures do not do it justice. If you are looking for an idyllic Tuscan property, set in the typical Tuscan landscape of rolling hills, distant mountains, vineyards, cows mooing in the distance, total privacy, with a commuter train to Florence just 7 km away, then this is your place. It was a wonderful place to home to after a busy day in Florence. The pool added to the enjoyment fact. It has a hydromassage unit and the ability for counter current lap swimming. The owner is kind and caring, and responds quickly to any issues. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and is large enough to do lap swimming. Add to the local hiking trails all nearby, and have one sweet spot to call come.

Einfach wundervoll!

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus…die Kommunikation mit Anna hat prima funktioniert, sie war immer gut erreichbar und bemüht, uns bei Fragen zu helfen. Die Lage in den Hügeln oberhalb von Florenz ist perfekt…man ist in einer halben Stunde in Florenz (ebenfalls gut erreichbar sind auch weitere beliebte Ziele wie San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa usw) und freut sich nach einem heißen Tag am Abend wieder in die Stille und Kühle der Weinberge zurückzukehren, wo es immer etwa 5 Grad kühler ist als in der Stadt. Der große Pool ist natürlich ein zusätzliches Plus und wurde von uns häufig genutzt. Absolut fantastisch ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus, ein wahres Postkarten-Idyll. Zu erwähnen sind noch die vier Pfauen, die sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen und dem Haus ein besonderes Flair geben sowie die kleinen Eidechsen, die des Öfteren durch den Garten oder über die Terrasse huschen, was unsere Kinder ganz toll fanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Paradies inmitten von Weinbergen

Den weiten Blick über die hügelige Toskana erwartet man vielleicht, nicht aber eine majestätische Eiche, die über dem schönen Grundstück tront. Und dazu noch vier Pfauen, die der Villa einen besonderen Charakter verleihen. Überhaupt ist das Haus nicht ohne Seele, es atmet viel Geschichte, über die Anna, die Gastgeberin, gerne Auskunft erteilt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und ein großes Vergnügen nach langen Touren durch Florenz oder Arezzo. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist zum Frühstück ebenso erbaulich wie am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein. Vielen lieben Dank für diese schönen Ferien.

Picture card view from the terrace, great swimming pool

The location is wonderful, with a terrace off the living room that overlooks the Nipozzano vineyard. The view is panoramic, rolling hills covered with grape vines mixed with some olive groves and trees. It really is a picture postcard. The swimming pool, set in an olive grove, is larger than usual at 6 x 12 meters is and very attractive. It is not too deep (1.4 meters?), perfect for swimming laps and also for play. There are comfortable lounge chairs for sunning around the pool, and also a brick barbecue if you want to cook outside. The house is very comfortable, with a large living room and eat in kitchen with a table for six. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a good bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom both upstairs and down. The grounds are almost two acres and mostly planted with olive trees. There are several mountain bikes if you want to explore the area and the vineyards. We had a great lunch at the Bottega a Rosano, a ten minute drive from the house. We will be back next year for sure.

Immersi nella campagna fiorentina

La casa di Anna sorge in magnifica posizione nella vallata della frazione di Nipozzano. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito al nostro arrivo e la piscina viene ottimamente mantenuta ogni giorno dal buon Arnaldo. La casa al suo interno è super accessoriata per quanto serve in cucina e dulcis in fundo è presente una libreria ricca di romanzi e saggi. Per una vacanza vocata al rilassamento totale è da consigliare assolutamente. Unica nota negativa non imputabile ai proprietari è la presenza di insetti volanti , taluni molesti. A presto !
