Ein Ort zum erholen und eine gute Basis für Erkundungen und Strandausflüge

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonor war sehr gut und man sollte in jedem Fall ihrer Beschreibung für die Anfahrt folgen, sonst ist es nicht ganz leicht das Haus zu finden. Dieses ist sauber und aufgeräumt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich lädt zur Erholung ein. Wir haben auch immer draußen gegessen. Es ist ruhig, die Nahe Straße hört man kaum.

What a find!

This villa is everything you would wish for. Completely private but only a short drive to beaches and restaurants. This was my first time in Portugal and I was very impressed with the infrastructure - everything was so easy. Highly recommend.

Great location and very quiet

The property was lovely and in a great location, with peaceful surroundings. The owners provided everything you could wish for in a self-catering holiday. There were only two negatives : The toilet for the second bedroom hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests and was very dirty and the top sheets for the two beds we slept in, had a couple of holes / tears in the material. Having said that, if there were no similar issues next time then we would definitely book again.

Beautiful secluded villa

Absolutley beautiful villa. Exactly as the listing. This is by far the best stay we have had through VRBO. The host was perfect for communication. We arrived a little earlier and were allowed access to the villa. The pool and back garden is fantastic! Four of us happily played in the pool. There is loads of different seating areas/loungers etc. The property itself is spacious and well equipped. There are supermarkets within a ten minute drive. We had a car for the week but uber is accessible and there were always cars available which we used on an evening for meals out. We went into Vilamoura a few times and it is absolutley beautiful for walking along the marina, plenty of eateries and shops. So many beaches within a short distance. There is nothing directly around the villa, it is very secluded which we really loved. I would highly recommend.

Just as we wanted!

Villa was perfect. Location was easy to get out and about, very quiet which is what we like. Villa was well equipt and lots of nice little touches. We had a minor sink blockage issue and Sharon and Bill sorted it out quickly and were both really helpful during our stay. Tv was the best we have ever had abroad, basically Sky tv. A cared for and well looked after villa.

Fabulous

If you like peace and quiet but still like things to see and do relatively close by then this is for you. The Villa has everything you could want/need. Perfect place to relax and unwind but yet close to Vilamoura and Albufeira and plenty of other places. Taxis are freely available but we had hired a car to explore in and go to the many supermarkets within minutes for supplies. The pool area is wonderful to relax by (and in) with a seating area given shelter by a gazebo when the sun is at its highest. Dealing with everyone else involved was a pleasure. A really nice touch was the welcome pack. Thank you. Would highly recommend

Lovely Pool

The villa was lovely; secluded, clean with a lovely big pool and plently of outside seating. Nice touch was the chees, bread, water and wine. Thank you. The villa is remote, which suited us so you would need a car although there is a bus stop at the end of the road.

Traumhaft

Ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einem wundervollen Pool und Außenbereich. Es fällt schwer zu entscheiden, ob man zu den wundervollen Stränden in der Umgebung fahren oder doch einfach Zuhause entspannen soll. Die Kommunikation vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt war sehr nett, offen und schnell. Der perfekte abgelegene Platz für einen unvergesslichen und ruhigen Urlaub.

Relaxing Girls Getaway for a 50th celebration

Just back from a fabulous 4 night stay. We were looking for a secluded villa with easy access to shops/restaurants/bars if we felt we wanted them and this is what we got. The villa was lovely. The outdoor space is fantastic. So many different places to enjoy the sunshine or the shade. The pool was gorgeous and although it wasn't heated we were able to enjoy it everyday. Kitchen was really well equipped and beds were comfy. Uber is the way to travel. We had booked transfers from the airport but were let down by the company on the way out after there were long delays at passport control and the driver didn't wait for us. An Uber driver was there within 5 minutes. So cheap and convenient. We shopped at the nearby Aldi or Lidl. $5 in an Uber. And we only ventured into Albufeira Old Town once which was about $10 each way. The host was really helpful before we travelled and we had numbers for contacts nearby if we needed them but didn't end up using them. Would highly recommend if you want to be able to relax and enjoy a very private villa but still be close enough to take in the sights of the Algarve.

Wonderful!!! Place with beautiful pool!’ They even left wine & baguette for us. Arrived late in the dark so don’t recommend that. Impossible to find without having the gracious host on the phone. Also there are hidden drawers inside drawers in the kitchen which we didn’t discover for several days so no wine opener u til then😳 We would come again if we return to Algarve 😀

Serene and secluded

My husband was interested in a place near all the best golf and he found it. I was looking for a peaceful villa away from the tourists but central enough for trips to the beaches and towns nearby for daily excursions - while also finding a place from which I could paint. We both found what we were looking for. Walks to fountains, lunches at the beach, climbs along steep steps, incredible hidden gems of restaurants off the beaten track. The villa itself was beautiful. We grilled lamb chops we bought from the local Mercado for Easter dinner, fresh fennel and delicious fresh bread and desserts! We loved the villa! If we return to the Algarve, we would definitely stay there!

Relaxation in the Algarve

We fully enjoyed our time in Portugal, and it was made all the much better by this wonderful villa. Amenities were top-notch and it’s close to everywhere. You need a car and having a car will give you access to the entire Algarve region. The pool is fantastic although we went a little early in the season, and it was too cold to swim in(at least for us). Don’t miss this Saturday market in Loulé.

Aufenthalt 3 Wochen im Februar

Sowohl das Haus wie auch die excellente Betreuung vor Ort haben uns einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub bereitet. Das Haus ist großzügig, schön möbliert und bestens ausgestattet. Es ist sehr ruhig im Grünen gelegen und somit ideal für Gäste, die sich erholen wollen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Lovely House with great pool

Nice, clean house within 10 minutes driving distance to the beach. The pool was amazing, we felt very comfortable. Contact with the owner was great and thanks for the little surprise when we checked in.

Fab villa within easy reach of all you need

We had a fantastic time, really nice villa in a great location for visiting Villamoura and Albufeira. We planned to go out and about more but couldn’t drag ourselves away from the pool for too long! We had a great holiday, would definitely recommend and would love to return at some point.

Very spacious and well equipped and comfortable villa. 2nd Stay (and hopefully not the last!)

This was our 2nd time staying in Eleanor’s property and the experience was as good as the first. It has everything you need for self-catering with a large modern kitchen, BBQ, comfortable beds but what makes it is the pool area which is just prefect and much bigger than would be found at larger properties. Unlike our first stay we headed out a couple of nights to Villamoura and Albefeuria and ubers were easily accessed to and from the property and inexpensive. I can’t imagine it will be our last stay!
