Keurig Kaffebryggare med start-K-Cups. Dessutom finns det en kaffebryggare i kökskafferiet för dess gäster som föredrar sitt eget speciella kaffe. Probably the most organized and accurate communication I’ve had with a VRBO (or equivalent). Often you get over-sells on descriptions but this is on-point. Everything is labeled too (drawers/doors) which is great orientation in a new space. have been a return renter at this location b/c of the experience!

Most amazing stay!!

Owner was attentive and very accommodating. House was stocked with everything you could need or want. So organized. Clean, clean, clean!! Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc to not have to run dishwasher after each meal. Outdoor area is gorgeous and so inviting!! We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The only complaint is that there are a lot of electronics in the master bedroom which makes for a lot of light at night when trying to sleep. The lights from all of the electronics made it seem like a runway at the airport. Also, lights from outside that light up the trees come through the shades and make it very bright. Room darkening curtains would be a huge bonus in this room. We covered up all the electronics lights with towels, etc.

Family weekend

One of our best VRBO stays ever. The house was exceptionally clean and so many extras to make for a perfect stay. Beds were all super comfortable, plenty of towels for the whole group, everything labeled so we didn’t have to struggle to figure anything out. Instructions were easy to understand and location was close to everything. Beautiful home and back yard and just as described. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Thanksgiving Staycation

This property was the perfect location for us to stay with my family which included 7 of in total ranging from a 14 year old all the way to a 79 year old. The kitchen equipment was AMAZING for prepping our Thanksgiving feast, mornings sipping coffee and tea on the patio were lovely, and Gary was a very attentive host who made us feel very welcome. We hope to be back in the summer to enjoy even more patio time together as a family.

Beautiful clean organized house

This house is immaculate and very well organized. Everything is labeled. Beautiful outdoor space. Easy to reach the owner. We were in town to go on the Austin Steam Train wine tasting. This location was close to cedar park where we were going to catch the train. It’s about 30 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again.

This property deserves a 10-Star Rating!

Our stay was superb in every way. Every room--bedrooms, family room, dining area--is spacious. Furnishing are first rate--beds are extra comfortable, living room furniture has plenty of spots to relax; counter stools are the perfect height and the dining table seats eight! Bedrooms and living room each has their own premium television. The back deck had lots of space for stretching out or having a meal on the big table. The barbeque was there for use if we wanted it. The back deck opens onto a lovely grassy area with mature trees. This VRBO is unique--the owner has supplied everything you could need. Thick towels piled in every closet. Quality beach towels supplied. Soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Even a first aid kit for minor nicks and scrapes. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dishes, bowls, glasses and silverware. Quality pots and pans. The pantry is stocked with coffee and tea and other staples. Spices are in the cupboard. The fridge is huge, the gas stove looks brand new. In one kitchen drawer are ziplock bags and cling rap. Under the sink are dishwasher pods. In the laundry area is laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There wasn't a single staple that we needed to purchase. There is impressive organization throughout the house. The owner provides clear, detailed arrival and departure instructions. The neighbourhood is quiet. Do we recommend this VRBO? 110%. Would we return? Yes, without hesitation. Our trip was greatly enhance by staying here.

Wedding Weekend

User-friendly experience and lots of room

My daughter and I summarized the property as perfectly advertised and interactions with the property manager/ owner as professional. She’s 16 and so her words were “he’s kind of obsessed with making it nice”. What she means: everything was so easy for us. When you’re in a place just a short time, you typically have a high proportion of your stay learning… where are the glasses, which direction is hot on the faucet, which drawer has the hair dryer, etc. Here, so many of those things are labeled. Also, the AV stuff is organized. Kitchen was great- has everything you need. If we stayed longer I would have wanted to grill on the gorgeous back deck with nice and numerous outdoor furniture. Most of all the host/ manager (Gary) is an exceptional communicator and flexible meeting requests/ information asks. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Our party consisted of two families of 3, which the house accommodated nicely. The house is beautiful with a large outdoor space and high ceilings giving it a very open and airy feeling. It contained everything needed for a great stay... We didn't purchase any extras other than food and drinks for our stay. It has a great deck that overlooks a little lake, perfect for morning coffee and listening to the birds. There is access to a community pool for a small fee, but we did not check that out. It was an option though! Check in and out were very easy and Gary was easy to talk to and communicate with. Great stay overall!!

Pleasantly surprised!!

What a great experience! The property looked exactly like the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise, but we were blown away with just how meticulous the owner is to every detail within the house! The kitchen was beyond equipped providing EVERYTHING we needed for our stay, even so much as having things labeled so you were fully aware of where things went, or how things were operated. The decor was very well appointed, and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor deck is very inviting and great for gatherings. Our family was so impressed with this property. Should we ever need a home in Austin again, we will not hesitate to contact Gary!!

Gary sure has a nice place in Round Rock! Extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is super organized. The outside decks and the grill are nice as well. Gary made all communication easy and we had a great weekend.

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years in the Los Angeles area. This property is a second home for me as I love to visit Round Rock / Austin. The home can be easily accessed via I-35 and is on the border of Cedar Park & Round Rock. This property is great for me since when I visit on my own, I have everything I might want or need close by. When I want to cook at home there is H.E.B. where I can buy anything I might imagine to cook for dinner. Or if I want to go out for dinner there is more selection of restaurants than one could possibly want. And for fun, I go dancing at downtown Austin on Friday & Saturday nights.

There are 3 important things one should consider when investing in real estate - LOCATION, LOCATION, & LOCATION. When looking for a second home for myself, I wanted a location that would be in the middle of activities, event venues and employment centers yet a quick drive to downtown Austin. Close to over 30 event rental facilities including the newly completed Rabb House . Round Rock is the sports capital of Texas. There are sports facilities throughout Round Rock where many local, state & national tournaments are held. It is close to shopping including H.E.B. wonderful grocery store, Round Rock Premium Outlets and many more along I-35 and in Cedar Park on FM 1431. Close to the The Domain shopping mall via MoPac where Nordstrom opened their new store in September, 2016 and where Restoration Hardware recently opened their premier Gallery store with over 60,000 square feet on 4 floors. Many of these companies have reserved my home for employee transfers, visiting executives as well as store openings. Restaurants are abound to fit any palate and pocketbook from fast food to fine dining. Entertainment & Recreational venues are all around this property. So whatever one is looking for can be found within a few minutes drive from this property. And downtown Austin is a straight shot on I-35 which is about 20 miles close.
