NÀra till barnvÀnlig fin strand men med dyra solstolspriser!! NÀra hamn med mycket restauranger , kanooon Estepona : en fantastist fin stad (gamla delen) med mysiga grÀnder och restauranger och en stooor hÀrlig strand (normala solstols-priser) utanför en ljuvlig strandpromenad //Tack Tanya

Nice property great location and everything you need for a holiday. The property is a bit dated and we had an issue with a bed but this was resolved very quickly so host is definitely helpful when things need fixing. It was large enough for a big family plenty of space for everyone and everything including supermarket on doorstep. There was a Sunday market to browse and some nice items to buy including Spanish pottery which I love. Unfortunately it broke in case, no surprise there :( . But yes definitely recommend for a larger group.

Lovely Visit to Estepona

Great location to walk to all that the Estepona Port and downtown has to offer. Easy location for day trips to Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Mijas, Ronda, Malaga and more. Home was clean and kitchen was well stocked and the management was most responsive. Enjoyed our vacation so much!

Good location to visit Estapona

The apartment is spacious and the view is great. The location could not be better, just a short walk to a wonderful beach, great restaurants by the harbor and a short walk (20 min) to the old town. One parking space included on site and you can park on the gravel area below. Dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen was great.The apartment is old-fashioned and outdated which could be renewed for better experience. And it should be noted that there is no BBQ on the balcony as shown in the picture. The BBQ in the communal garden is closed in winter, but you can specifically request to open it, but it would need to be given a good cleaning and replace the baking rack. Wifi is also limited.Tanya was very helpful and immediately assisted us with anything that came up and she took suggestions for the apartment well.

Lovely house near Estepona

Loved the location of this house, so close to the facilities of Estepona, a fabulous beach and a handy supermarket. Great pool. House had everything we needed (maybe a few more wine glasses would have been nice!!)

Great Stay

Lovely spacious property, great location near bars and restaurants,and only a short stroll to the town center Couldn't have picked a better place for our Solihum cup trip .Host was very helpful with any questions we had which were not many .

Great location , spacious property

Five fifty plus golfers clubbed together for this property and what a great find! The house was spacious having four good sized bedrooms and two living areas. The rear access to the property gave us a two minute walk to the left for El cristo beach , the best beach in Esteopona, and to the right you are in the port in five minutes for all the bars/restaurants there! It was either a twenty minute walk to the centre of Esteopona and all its attractions or a two minute taxi from the port for just five euros. Our host Tanya was a pleasure to deal with and extremely prompt with all answers to our queries. Having been to Esteopona seven times now I would say this was our best choice of accommodation! Thanks a lot!

Ideal location and home

Perfect spot for Estepona Harbour and Town, within east walking distance to all of the fabulous restaurants and beaches. The villa is large and clean with plenty of space for 10 guests and lots to keep all ages entertained.

Hemos estado bien. Las camas podrían ser mås cómodas. Algunos somieres le faltaban tablas. Las sartenes muy desgastadas. Hemos echado en falta manteles y algo para cubrir los sofås. La comunicación con Tanya muy fluida. Y sus representantes muy eficientes en todo, eso sí, no hablan español :)

Casa y servicios muy mejorables

Como puntos favorables a destacar: - Vistas al mar - Cerca de la Playa y puerto - Comercio y ocio cercano - Piscina comunitaria - habĂ­a luces sin funcionar (la de la campana y la de la cocina) y arreglaron las de la cocina pero la otra no
 Puntos negativos: - Cuberteria y vajilla para 10 personas escasa - la secadora no funcionaba - el tendedero estaba sucĂ­simo - aparcamiento solo para 1 coche y la casa es para 10 personas - tv sin canales en español - todos los colchones (6) muy incĂłmodos eran colchonetillas (menos 2 que estaban bien) - mala accesibilidad para ir con carro. Todo eran escaleras - solo 1 juego de llaves para entrar por la puerta principal (siendo la casa para 10 personas) En tĂ©rminos generales el alojamiento era grande pero los recursos y estado de muchas cosas era muy deficiente para el precio cobrado.

Excellent stay :)

The town house was more than big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. The location could not have been better. Pool is a good size, (currently opens 10-7 (first hour is for over 60s) but my children went in during this time with no complaints. Life guard on at all times :). Access to the beech is 5m tops and its a lovely beech. Emails with Tanya (host) prior to going could not have been any better and we had a number of date/time changes due to Covid. Couple of minor issues when their which Steve (property manager resolved very quickly and impressively. We would look at returning in the future.

5 week visit in Feb/Mar 2020

5 weeks sitting in the winter sun watching the boats coming and going from the harbour - Bliss! Two wonderful not overlooked terraces with sunny and shady areas to sunbathe or dine throughout the day. Property was immaculate and clean on arrival down to the last teaspoon. We were just a couple but there would be plenty of seating and equipment fo a large party. Beds and towels changed every week by a very friendly and efficient team. The common garden areas are well maintained by a full time gardener/caretaker. The pool looked SO inviting but even in the exceptionally hot weather we enjoyed (even for a Costa del Sol winter) we resisted the temptation of a dip! Only slight drawback would be if steps are a challenge for you. The house is four stories (if you count the roof terrace) and the small and secure urbanisation where it is situated has steps and a steep slope to/from the car parking and beach/harbour area. Highly recommended

The property was all we hoped it would be and everyone who came enjoyed the experience.

This was a family holiday and therefore a few 'groups' evolved. There was plenty of room for everyone either to get together or do their own thing. There were one or two issues that needed ironing out but this was done quickly and efficiently by the local 'man who can' He was very efficient and sorted out things for us swiftly. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend Estapona (and this villa) as a good base for a holiday. One week of wall to wall sunshine helped!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Estepona town is to the west of the Cost Del Sol at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and enjoys all year sun.

The coast comprises 21 KM of coastline with clean pristine beaches, dotted with chiringuitos (beach bars), sun loungers to top up that tan, exercises pit stops and children’s mini play parks.

Estepona Port has numerous bars and restaurants, all overlooking the harbour. Every Sunday, the Port hosts it’s market, and ideal combination of lazy shopping and Sunday lunch.
The town, hailed the ‘Garden of the Costa del Sol’ remains unspoilt and retains its historic charm with protected areas showcasing Roman historical artefacts.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are great for designer shopping and celebrity spotting!
The famous rock of Gibraltar is steeped in history and makes a great day out with fantastic duty free shopping.

Ronda is simply beautiful, Fuengirola is bustling, and Casares typifies the Spanish White village.
