Välkommen till de vackra stränderna på Okaloosa Island! Du får ingen bättre utsikt över den vackra viken och det smaragdgröna vattnet än från vår balkong på femte våningen! Solnedgångarna är också hisnande! Vi erbjuder en mycket rymlig och bekväm 3 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, väggmonterad 40-tums platt-TV och DVD-spelare, tillgång till däck och fantastisk utsikt över havet! Befälhavaren badet har två fåfängar, duschkabin och bubbelbadkar. Det finns också en stor garderob. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV med DVD och tillgång till hallbad. Det tredje sovrummet har en våningssäng med en dubbelsäng på botten och en enkelsäng på toppen. Den har också en platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Hallbadet har ett badkar i full storlek med dusch. Vardagsrummet har två, nya, fullstora soffor (en är en sovhytt) med golv till tak glasdörrar som låter dig njuta av underbar utsikt över smaragdgröna vattnet i viken. Den har en 50-tums platt-TV med DVD. Matsalen har ett bord med plats för sex och 3 barstolar vid köksbänken. Köket har nya toppmoderna rostfria apparater med ett stort skafferi. Den är fullt utrustad för att laga mat och njuta av alla måltider om du inte vill äta ute på en av de fantastiska restaurangerna i området. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i enheten. Det stora däcket har fyra högstolar som låter dig se det vackra vattnet och solnedgångarna med en dryck du väljer! Vår enhet har allt du behöver för att uppleva en underbar, avkopplande semester!

Our favorite place to stay

This was our third time staying at the Water’s Edge property. We love the location and the amenities offered, especially the pool. Kitty’s communication was wonderful throughout the booking process throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Emerald Coast

Our stay at Water’s Edge was amazing! Checking in/out went seamlessly, Kitty was very attentive to our time here and awesome to work with! The condo was clean, very comfortable and kitchen well stocked to make us feel at home! Views from the balcony became our favorite place to enjoy the sunsets as it dipped into the gulf…daily walks on the beach looking for treasures and the waves crashing are memorable moments! Escaping WI weather and soaking up the sun on the Emerald Coast is what we needed to recharge our souls…We look forward to returning ♥️

Summer Family Vacation

The condo and view were beautiful! It was our family vacation for our family of 5, and we had room to spread out and relax. The furniture is very comfortable and updated from the photos. The balcony is the perfect spot for looking for dolphins and listening to the waves. The setting is beautiful, and the beach chair/umbrella service included feels like a luxury! The ocean is so clear!

The Best Condo by far!!!

Everything from the start of the booking was awesome! Kitty was very helpful and easy to work with. The Condo and location were perfect. The condo has everything that you could need and the space was great. Our family had the Best time and we have already booked for next June. We have been vacationing in this area for over 9 years and THIS IS THE BEST CONDO! The Beach chairs were perfect since I am required to stay out of the sun. A very good plus to the stay. The pools were very nice and the grandkids spent several hours in them! The condo was well designed and tons of sitting spaces.We also loved the pantry area! We can’t wait to return! Ft. Walton Beach Girls Trip

We had 6 ladies stay at this property on the beach in Ft Walton. The condo was clean and as described it appears to have been updated recently. It was a very comfy space for the 6 of us with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There were many cups of coffee and glasses of wine shared along with good conversation from the balcony. We also enjoyed the beach service included with the condo, when we made our way to the beach we had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas waiting for us. We enjoyed several local restaurants for dinner each night and also took a trip to the Gulfarium and walked through the Veterans Park Rookery to see the Herons in their natural habitat. The owner, Kitty, was very responsive and it was evident she wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Hope to return again in the future and stay at this condo.

Excellent room for a family

The entire process, from the initial request to book, to the check in/out was a breeze. Kitty sent all information ahead of time as promised and even texted me the day of check in to let me know the room was available a few hours early if we were already in town. The 4 chair/2 umbrella beach setup that was included was a nice bonus. The views from the room were beautiful. The in-unit washer and dryer are a must for us when traveling and the location of the room was convenient to the elevator as well. The hosts have made sure to provide a nice supply of everything you’ll need (towels, extra bedding, dish soap, pots, pans etc.) to feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. If you have a large family this unit is a great option. Thanks again to the hosts for sharing their little slice of paradise.

We had traveled to Destin for several years and wanted to invest in property because the beach area is so beautiful! It is the best beach in Florida with the most amazing water. The area has all it needs for a wonderful family vacation!
