Literally steps from the water, this spacious 3-story, 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhome features spectacular ocean views and is located on Okaloosa Island, in beautiful Fort Walton Beach. The Sea Turtle House is named for the 4 baby sea turtles that tried to visit us in the fall of 2020. Luckily, they all made it safely to the ocean.

Newly renovated with all-new appliances, bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors, you will enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your private balconies overlooking the white sands of the Emerald Coast. Hit the surf with included beach toys: 2 Kayaks (single and double), a stand-up paddle board, skim boards, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs/umbrellas. Fully equipped, so just bring your swimsuit. Restaurants and entertainment are just around the corner.

Sleeping accommodations include Bedroom #1 on the lower level with a Queen bed. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed and double bunk beds (sleeps 6 and great for kids) and Bedroom #3 is huge with a King bed and breathtaking ocean views. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is a Queen sized pullout Scandinavian Design couch in the living room on the 2nd floor that also sleeps 2. The 1/2 bath is located on the 2nd floor. There is also a portal crib.

A gas grill and a large picnic table on the patio of the first floor are perfectly suited for outdoor dining. The balcony on the 2nd floor features a round dining table along with a seating area. It is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail. Start your day on the balcony of the 3rd floor with your coffee in the morning while you watch the sunrise. Both decks are new and were constructed with aluminum structures and railings.

This smart house comes equipped with high-speed Wifi in case you need to do a little work on your vacation. Speaking of work, there is a private dedicated workspace so you can have a view while you work from your home away from home. 4 Smart TVs allow you to view your personal streaming services. For those who like to go old school, we have board games, books, and puzzles for all ages if you want to take a break from the sun. We also have a telescope and binoculars so you can view the stars at night and the dolphins during the day.

Destin and 30A are just a short drive away.

Please note that you must climb stairs to enter the property. There are 4 exterior security cameras. One covers the parking lot, one covers the side yard, one covers the patio and the last one covers the main deck looking out to the ocean.
