En sann pärla av en egendom som kommer att vädja till många. Denna nyligen moderniserade radhus ligger bara några minuters promenad från stadens centrum. Floden Ouse och populära restauranger ligger också mindre än 2 minuters promenad bort. Det finns också en diskmaskin och tvättmaskin / torktumlare tillsammans med gott om skåputrymme och matplats för 4 personer.

Köket kommer med dubbla altandörrar som leder ut på ett välskött innergårdsområde med bord och stolar för 4. Bara perfekt för att njuta av sommarkvällar och skarpa höstdagar.

Den andra våningen i fastigheten har en modern badrumssvit med dusch över badet. Ett flexibelt sovrum upptar också denna våning. Sängarna i detta rum kan antingen ställas in som 2 sängar eller en dubbelsäng, vilket gör det till ett bra alternativ för familjer.

En trappa leder sedan till tredje och sista våningen där sovrummet kan hittas. Ett mycket väl presenterat dubbelrum med matchande sovrumsmöbler.

Excellent

I have had a great week here. The house is lovely and is in a great location, just a short walk from the railway station and also the city centre. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit York .

Super cottage

The house was perfect. Super clean and very comfortable. Excellent location. BishopThorpe rd has a great wine bar and fish and chip shop. Zuzanna was a great host, good communication. Look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful Exploration Base

This property was perfect for our stay in York. Clean, well equipped, just a short walk from city centre attractions. Lovely welcome pack. Cannot find anything to fault. Would certainly highly recommend.

Location, location, location

Fantastic location - so close to the city centre but tucked away on a no through road. Cute traditional terrace with lots of nice touches, such as an assortment of condiments, plenty of tea and coffee plus wine and milk chilling in the fridge. A on street parking pass is included, but York is so compact that we walked everywhere. The courtyard was a bonus as it was very warm for our first few days. Communication with Paula pre and post stay was great - so helpful and welcoming.

Clean, Cozy & Prompt Response

Love the space of this 3-storey house. It was comfortable & cozy. As it is an older building, there seemed to be a slight musky odor when we first entered. And a bit of a water leakage in the kitchen. But the response from the agent & owner were so prompt and helpful, it made everything better. Overall a wonderful stay!

Family from California

This beautiful apartment is the perfect lodging for a stay in York. It has everything for comfort and security. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen/laundry, and patio. There are chargers, a Bluetooth speaker, a washing machine with drying rack, patio set, and beautiful furnishings. On the next level is a lovely bathroom (with closet and additional drying rack), and a bedroom with two single beds. Up top, there’s a cheery, light-filled king-size bed bedroom with lovely rooftop views. Everything is spotless and designed for beauty and comfort. We will definitely book this apartment on our next journey to York!

Lovely property in great location

Second time staying here and we will definatley book again next time we are in York. Everything you could possibly need in a fabulous location close to the centre and all the restaurants/nightlife and tourist areas but in a quiet street a few minutes walk away. Perfect.

Highly Recommend Lovely house excellent location within 5 mins walking to town centre

Lovely little place, Spotless clean very well presented twin beds huge super king size on top floor room plus sofa bed. Plus everything you need including, washer, dishwasher, washing machine. Everything you would expect in your own kitchen even down to washing up liquid and bleach. Even tea,coffee,sugar & a fresh bottle of milk in fridge. Plus a stunning touch of a cheeky little bottle of Red Wine sitting on dining table.. Highly Recommend will stay again x

Buckingham Cottage fit for a Palace

Lovely house in a great location

We had a lovely 4 night stay here over half term. The condition/cleanliness of the property was immaculate and the location was perfect too. A quiet side street but literally a 5 min walk to one of the main bridges into the centre of York. Great for a family of 4 too. Would definitely rebook if/when we return to York.

Perfect Location for a City Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is spotlessly clean and has all the finishing touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is well equipped and extremely close to the city walls, no car is required as everything is accessible on foot. My only advice would be to purchase a couple of fans, with our summers getting warmer it’s very hot in the evening (especially on the top floor)

A wonderful place to stay

Perfect for family

My wife and I stayed here three nights with my two teenaged kids, and it was perfect. The house is extremely well appointed (kitchen equipment, washer, soap, sheets, towels, etc.), very well kept, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as well - inside the old walls, but not in the busy east side of the river. The host's information and communication were complete and effective, right up to when we arrived. Our only issue was being Americans not used to some of the appliances, but we figured it out. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and the price for the four of us for three nights was exactly as I'd have expected. Definitely the nicest place and best experience we had along our 2-week, 4-city vacation.

York getaway

Highly recommend. Beautiful cottage 5 minutes walk from centre of York. Host has gone above and beyond with great touches like tea coffee milk and sugar supplied plus tea towels dish clothes and washing up liquid. Hairdryer was great surprise for me as I had forgotten to pack mine! Towels and bed linen of great quality. Heads up to those with mobility issues: there are two sets of stairs in this property which are quite steep. Weather did not allow us to use outside space but there are cushions for the garden chairs and warm blankets should it be a little chilly of an evening. Couldn’t fault it.
