We loved it, we’d stay again. Perfect home, clean, great location, nice furniture and kitchen supplies. Absolutely a favorite of all our NC Beach visits. We will be back.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing week at Bella Vita! The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of space for meals and lounging. The kitchen had everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool and the deck overlooking the sound made a great place to watch fireworks up and down the beach! The walk to to the beach was short with a nice private access! It was a great week with family!

Ladies Beach Weekend

We arrived in the North Topsail area around 12:30pm on our check-in day and we got the lucky phone call that our house was ready to check-in early. We picked up the keys in the Sneads Ferry Access Realty office where everyone was very pleasant and the house was only a 10min drive from there. Everything was exactly what we expected and wanted, just like the photos. We had a beautiful private pool to enjoy, the house was perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated. We also very much enjoyed the private beach access, just across the street. Beds were all very comfortable and the house was clean and well cared for. We slept 13 adult women very comfortably, with plenty of bathrooms and area to spread out or be together on the third floor and main living area. The views of the ocean are pretty from the front of the house, but the views of the intercostal waterway from the 3rd floor living room and deck are absolutely priceless!! Thanks for a fantastic getaway weekend!! We would definitely enjoy renting this home again in the future!!

Beautiful and convenient!

This house was big enough for our family of 16, and was beautifully decorated. We kayaked, crabbed, and fished from the dock, which kept us entertained every evening at sunset. The beach access was directly across the street, which was also very convenient. This house provided an outstanding beach vacation!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Clean!

We loved our multi family stay in this beautiful house. Perfect for all the married kids and grand kids. The pool was perfect for relaxing after spending a busy morning or afternoon chasing the toddlers at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and enough room for all. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful new house

As the first renters in this new house, we had a great experience. The pictures in the listing are exactly what you'll get. The house had just been finished being built, and there were a few glitches, all were minor, and what would be expected from a new home. The property management company was Very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We rented the towels and linens, and when we needed more, they answered our call after hours and had them there in an hour. We had a family reunion there, and all 16 of us fit comfortably in the house. The living room/dining area was big enough for all of us, and if you wanted you could relax on a deck or in your room. The decor and furnishings were quite nice and not overdone. Being there the first week of April, it was not exactly beach weather, but the beach was just across the street and over the dunes. The only inconvenient thing, which they did warn us about, was the water heater is a standard residential size. This becomes an issue if too many showers, and the washer, or dishwasher run in too short of a time. All of us did agree that we would like to go back to this house again.
