Great Ocean View / 500 Ft till Waikiki Beach, $ 150 / nt

Den här hörnenheten på Aqua Pacific Monarch Hotel ligger på 20: e våningen. Utsikten är fantastisk och hotellets läge ligger i hjärtat av Waikiki. Från hotellets ingång är det 500 meter till sanden på Waikiki Beach. Min 87-åriga mamma brukade gå den på 10 minuter. Jag fick lägenheten så att mina föräldrar kunde besöka varje år men de kan inte längre göra den långa resan till Hawaii. Så jag hyr lägenheten ut för andra att besöka. Jag hoppas att du njuter av din vistelse om du väljer en semesterbostad, men respektera det som ett hem-hemifrån.

Det finns många restauranger i området och hotellet ligger nära nattliv och shopping. Hotellet har ett rekreationsrum på översta våningen med vacker utsikt över Ko'olau-bergen. Takpoolen och badtunnan har också fantastisk utsikt. De gemensamma områdena på hotellet är snyggt och rent. Du har tillgång till alla bekvämligheter på hotellet men du behöver inte betala hotellets aktivitetsavgift. Du kommer inte kunna få badhanddukar i receptionen men jag har badhanddukar i lägenheten. Jag betalar för Wi-Fi i rummet. Några andra mindre bekvämligheter på hotellet är bara för dem som betalar bekvämlighetsavgiften som dagstidning, gratis transfer till Ala Moana, strandstolar (det finns ofta några i min lägenhet kvar av gäster), kaffe på rummet och gratis tillträde till två museer. Jag slår vad om att du kan köpa dessa bekvämligheter om du vill på egen hand för mycket mindre än $ 25 plus skatt per dag.

Det finns ett litet men funktionellt kök med allt du behöver för att spara lite pengar genom att äta några av dina måltider i lägenheten, alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Naturligtvis, eftersom det erbjuds till ett så lågt pris finns det ingen städservice.

Fråga mig om parkering. Pacific Monarch är ett trestjärnigt hotell och inte precis vid stranden. Det finns mer lyxiga platser att bo på men mycket dyrare. Det finns också billigare platser, men varför inte ha en prisvärd havsutsikt på en bra plats?

Great Condo

Location is perfect, view is amazing, check in process easy, communication with owner wonderful. Condo fit our needs perfectly. Air conditioning might not fit some peoples expectations but I found it comfortable and the fan in the bedroom helped during the night. Be sure and check out the storage bench on the lanai before purchasing anything as people, including us, left things for others to enjoy. Same goes for cupboards in the kitchen. Many shopping bags left too if you go to the grocery store like we did. Definitely plan on returning.

The Perfect Location

We stayed a total of 7 nights at this location for our vacation. The places is in the perfect spot to visit all of Waikiki by foot and easy access to the beach. It had everything you needed for longer stays and you were in walking distance for plenty of shops and food. The pictures do you do this place justice and it deserves the high rating it has. Steven also had great communication and check in on us during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again

Excellent Place to Stay

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you needed to make you feel right at home. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to everything. The owner, Steve, responds to you promptly if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this condo!

We had a stream less check in, keyless entry to floors, security, property owner, Steve, was fantastic, very prompt answering questions. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this unit. Only downside was ac but that’s not the fault of owner, he is in the process of getting new, it worked just not able to keep up with Hawaii heat. We loved our stay!

Excellent Stay/Ocean view/Great Host

Place is fully stocked in the kitchen and for the beach. Amazing sunsets and ocean view from spacious lanai. Host is very responsive and accommodated late check out. Highly recommend and will return. Central location to everything. Place looks better than in photos with updated laminate flooring and furniture.

Wonderful place to hang your swimsuit

We stayed for 10 days in Steve’s 1bedroom condo on the 20th floor. The views out the wall to wall windows are stunning whether it’s sunrise or sunset. Kitchen has all you need. Grocery store just down the block. Roof pool great way to either start or end the day. Fireworks visible from the pool deck. Bbq there too.

I can't say enough about our stay. Best price for our visit to the island. Clean, quiet and well stocked with the essentials. Great location. Great view. Easy check in/out. Friendly staff and clean building. Parking garage available that is connected to building. Owner was very helpful and just a phone call away.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at the property for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place. The balcony was beautiful to sit out on and watch the sunrise or sunset, and the early surfers hit the waves. It had everything you needed, and the host Steven was great at answering questions and promptly providing suggestions. The property was as listed, and the rooftop pool area was also amazing. The location was perfect for strolling around Waikiki and getting to the beach among other locations. We would definitely recommend this location and try to book here on our next stay.

Waikiki condo

We found the owner to be attentive and informative. The condo was as described in the listing - great location. Although there were some negative comments about the elevator service, we found the waits for the elevator to be normal for the style of building.

Nice Getaway

This location is perfect, just t blocks away from the beach well within walking distance. If there was one negative this to say about this property is the AC unit struggled to keep the unit cool during the day when temps went up a bit, however fortunately for us during our stay we had the trade winds that helped to keep the place cool. Other than that the place was wonderful and would definitely return!! Mahalo Steve!!

Perfect Place to Stay in Waikiki

This rental was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. The views from the 20th floor balcony are amazing. The owner was very responsive to questions and recommended restaurants and activities that all turned out perfect. Will try and rebook when we return. Great condo with great view

This was a nice clean condo with a great view. Even though the building is back from the beach, the unit has a good view of Waikiki beach. The covered lanai is a comfortable place to have a drink, meal, or just watch surfers. We could even see the Friday night fireworks at the other end of Waikiki beach over the buildings in between. Steve was a very communicative host who answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Waikiki.

Wonderful Experience in Steve’s Waikiki Con

Steve’s condo is everything as previously described- it’s a delightful little condo in Waikiki with superb views of the beautiful beach. It’s very clean, comfortable with everything imaginable that one might need included.- Steve has literally thought of everything.- shampoo, snorkeling equipment, reading materials, beach towels & chairs, a full kitchen, etc. I so enjoyed the covered patio to enjoy the views without more sunburn. The location is great - just a couple blocks from beach and all the shops. I’m a single woman and felt safe with my stay, as there is security from the hotel lobby to the rooms. 100% worth every penny

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location and balcony view is 10/10. It’s literally 2 mins from the beach! Much closer than I thought from the photos. There’s an amazing poke place right across the street, Waikiki market a block away for groceries and literally everything you imagine within 4 Blocks each way. Bus stops, bike and scooter rentals are within a block or two. Live music a block away at a neat outdoor restaurant pub.. Elevators are fast. Bed is comfy. Zero complaints. We will be returning! Highly recommend. It’s not a huge condo, but it is set up very well with everything you need. We’ll taken care of as well.

25 Year Anniversary Get Away

This was our 5th trip to Hawaii and Steve’s place was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! The place was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen! It was very clean & you cannot beat the view of the beach! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and the surfers every morning. Other guests had left beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats etc…This came in very handy! It was close to some of our favorite restaurants & we found a few new ones close by. Steve was very responsive when I sent a message and answered all our questions. He was a fantastic host! The only drawback is the AC unit is not big enough & has a hard time keeping the place cool, especially in the bedroom. He did have 2 fans in the unit, so that helped tremendously. He is trying to get a second AC unit approved for the bedroom, so hopefully he’ll be able to get that installed. So if you want a fantastic view of the beach, with a kitchen and a very responsive host, this is the place! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Best week ever at the best condo of all time 🤩

This place is PERFECT for 1-2 people! We had everything we needed and more. I’m sure some guests have left some of the hidden treasures that we used during our stay/ and I’m sure people take things as well, so all of these items may not be there in the future. But we were amazed at how well stocked the place was. The bench on the balcony had three chairs, two umbrellas, a shovel, tube, boogie board and a football. The kitchen has a four burner stove and oven, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee pot, crockpot, microwave and tons of dishes/cooking pots/ utensils. There was even tinfoil, trash bags, cling wrap, paper towels, dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar, honey, syrup and cinnamon in the cabinets. The place is also fully stocked with towels and beach towels. The rooftop pool, sauna and hot tub are all so nice. It was great when we didn’t want to get sandy at the beach. The view from the condo is INCREDIBLE. Truly waking up there every day felt like a dream. Our first day we saw a rainbow over the skyline and ocean, it’s actually paradise. Best part is the location. So close to everything! We had friends in town and everyone was jealous of the location we were at. Steven was super kind, helpful and easy to work with. We are definitely going to try and book this place in the future.
