Aruba Beach Getaway II är en av två sidor i en fristående duplex i den nya Leeward Bay-underavdelningen. I själva verket är Aruba Beach Getaway II en av de bästa fem sovrummen på North Padre Island, det är det närmaste fem sovrummet till stranden och erbjuder oöverträffad integritet.
Denna fastighet är en del av Leeward Bay-underavdelningen men sitter helt borta från resten av radhusenheterna. Gästerna kommer att njuta av en gemensam saltvattenpool som ligger strax utanför din grindport, den är också uppvärmd för åretom njutning. Flera grillar och reserverad parkering finns också för varje fastighet i detta komplex. Du kommer att vara en kort promenad från stranden och All New Schlitterbahn Water Park ligger precis runt hörnet. Många restauranger och turistbutiker ligger bara 2 miles bort och många attraktioner ligger inom en kort bilresa.

INTERIÖR
Om du bara bokar Aruba Beach Getaway II kommer det med 5 sovrum / 3 badrum och ett loft. Nedre våningen har du ett öppet vardagsrum, kök och matplats samt ett sovrum med en king size-säng, badrum och tvättstuga. En ny ny tillägg till nere erbjuder ytterligare två sovrum och ett annat badrum. Ett sovrum har en queen size-säng och det andra rummet som är perfekt för barnen med en tvilling över full våningssäng och dubbelsäng rulla säng också. Ytterligare två sovrum med king size-sängar är på övervåningen tillsammans med ett loft som har en full storlek futon för att sova 2 extra gäster. Det finns också ett badrum på översta våningen. Det finns en queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och en full storlek futon på loftet för att sova totalt 16 gäster på den här sidan av duplexen. Andra funktioner ingår ett fullt utrustat kök, TV i varje sovrum samt vardagsrum och loft, 2 DVD-spelare och ditt eget privata WiFi-nätverk.

Sängkläder för varje säng och badhanddukar för varje gäst tillhandahålls. Det krävs en kortaste vistelse på två nätter. De upphandlande gästerna i Padre Escapes måste vara 25 år eller äldre. Gästen måste ha ett statligt körkort eller annat acceptabelt ID. Inga husdjur tillåtna.

Lots of beds!

Clean and simple space. Everything is as described, plenty of room for our group of 11, we could not hear the neighbors. Pool is heated and kids swam for hours even tho it was chilly/windy.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having the pool right outside our back door. With our stay moving into the off season, we had it mostly to ourselves. We loved the short walk to and from the beach. There were a couple of minor issues, though: not having a supply of trash can liners available and having to purchase some was inconvenient; the pans had some burned-on particles and needed to be scrubbed before we could use them; and the worst part was the ants. There were ants on the front porch that got into our beach toys and they had to be shaken out each time. There were also ants in the rocks around the pool, especially near the barbecue grill. I was grilling on our last night and i was stung several times on my feet before I realized it was the ants. The morning we checked-out, I also noticed an infestation of ants in the upstairs bathroom near the shower.

Wonderful duplex close to Whitecap Beach

This was the perfect size for our extended family. We came for a week to celebrate our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Loved the location, size, and pool. First time to Corpus Christi and first time as a large multi-family vacation. The duplex had a well-stocked kitchen and great balance of restrooms to bedrooms. Thanks for the new memories!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was quite crowded at times. Only one bed in kid's bunk room was made up. Kids made their own beds. No access to Kokomo Yacht Club which would have been perfect.

Perfect Family Roundup

We had my brothers and their families and our mom (15 in total including a 6month old) all meet together for a family beach getaway! We had a wonderful stay! The room sizes fit perfectly for us all and we had just enough bathrooms that we didnt have to wait long for our turn. We walked the short 2 block walk to the beach every day with our chairs/ canopies/ coolers/ etc. in tow with beach wagons. We did bring some dry goods and snacks with us but went to purchase all the cold goods and more snacks at the Island IGA. I would recommend stopping at HEB before crossing the bridge from Corpus Christie to the island. The IGA was pretty pricey. The house had plenty of pots/pans/ and cookware. We washed a load of towels every morning to have clean fresh ones ready for showers after the beach which was so nice to be able to do. The kids loved the pool. The back patio was perfect to relax in the evening and share laughs at. The dining table and bar area were big enough we could all share meals together. The beds were comfy so we all slept well. And the front rooms having their own air conditioning made them even more comfortable. I think the only draw back would be the walls are very thin and you can hear everything so make sure to bring a fan or sound machine. But all in all a very wonderful and family friendly place to stay!
