The house was in a lovely neighborhood! Excellent location and even with the bad weather the lake view was lovely. It is Walkable to downtown Roswell if you want to traverse the hills, There is plenty of room for the maximum amount of guests to be comfortable if the weather doesn’t permit outside activities and the beds were indeed comfortable. The home needs quite a bit of TLC which we would recommend be addressed sooner than later. A more thorough cleaning service is highly recommended. The host was readily available when we had questions and provided what we requested in a timely fashion.

Incredible house, feels so cozy and perfect for hosting family in town! The host is very kind and communicative. I highly recommend staying at this property, it was a highlight of the weekend.

Good place. Only major issue is the the property driveway is on a 35* slope. Not a good selection on our part for ADA access.

The home was absolutely beautiful. It had everything anyone would want for their stay. It seemed the home was created to enjoy living! So close to Roswell yet once you arrive it’s like being in the countryside. With a beautiful serene lake-outdoor and indoor ample seating, high-quality appliances, and wonderful activities for all ages. I really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and watching the neighbor’s boys fish. We didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the lake because of wedding activities and We had a few days of rain and thunderstorms, and even the weather couldn’t damper our spirits. Friends and families stayed in nearby homes and we were all able to get together comfortably and have dinner at our house. If I could pick an area to live in Roswell, this would be the one. We loved our stay and will stay here again if available when we come to see our daughter.

My favorites include; Heron, king fisher, kaleidoscope of butterflies on the tiny island , Canadian geese and their gosling, ducks and their ducklings, one occasion a bold eagle! Deer, rabbits, chipmunks often. Of course the enormous carp too. We hope you come back soon!

What a wonderful experience! Met up with a couple of friends for a weekend getaway. The hosts were very pleasant and quick to respond to questions. The view was breathtaking of the water. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped with supplies. Location was amazing. Thank you for a great experience!

The property is clean, well supplied, close to restaurants and shopping. There is a beautiful view of a small lake in a peaceful neighborhood. Great for bird watching. Good communication with the host.

This was a wonderful place to stay during my son‘s wedding in Roswell, Georgia. Our only hiccup was that our code for the dropbox key was sent to the wrong email. However, the owner was very responsive, and we had our problem resolved within an hour or so I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Roswell and enjoying the charm and beauty of downtown.

This is a beautiful home. We had a short stay for a weekend wedding. We had all of our ladies in the wedding over. It was a cold weekend so the indoor activities were great. The lake was beautiful. This home provides excellent views and all the amenities you could ask for. The owners are great about corresponding. This place is a great stay if you get the chance don't pass it up. It's close to the main road, in a very quite setting. 5 stars.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay in this great home. Very quiet neighborhood on a small lake in a perfect location. Enjoyed time on the boats and fishing. Close to great restaurants and loved going into downtown Roswell.

Home base for exploring Atlanta and surrounding area

We stayed at this location while going to various places to explore Atlanta and the surrounding area. The home allowed us to spread out and enjoy some pool games and aligned with our expectations based on others’ reviews and the pictures provided.

Love this house!

This house was perfect for our family. Great living spaces and kitchen. Fun basement with lots of entertainment! Great location close to downtown Roswell. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Our Roswell trip

We enjoyed the property immensely. We only wish we had more time and could really take advantage of the lake and outdoor area. We plan to return again, maybe in April.
