Tolle House är ett historiskt viktorianskt hus i två våningar som byggdes 1898 och har renoverats och uppdaterats konsekvent under de senaste åren. Denna speciella 5 sovrum 4 badrum hem behåller sina ursprungliga Douglas grangolv, dörrar, hårdvara och baseboards hela. Några av de ursprungliga ljusarmaturerna hänger fortfarande på sin plats också. Hemmet förblir tro mot eran och låter det inneboende skönheten i det gamla hemmet lysa igenom. Det är bara några kvarter promenad till parken, ett dussin restauranger i världsklass och centrum. Njut av den lugna tillflyktsorten i ett gammalt, gammalt hem fylt med en blandning av fina antikviteter, moderna bekvämligheter och nya möbler av hög kvalitet. Slappa av i den privata, skuggade trädgården, komplett med en pool, bubbelpool och grill - ett bra ställe att njuta av en måltid med ett glas fint Paso-vin.

• Master badrum med ett steg-in marmor kaklat dusch och piedestal handfat.
• 2: a sovrummet (övervåningen) har en queen size-säng och har också ett angränsande badrum med en dusch.
• 3: e sovrummet (övervåningen) har en queen size-säng.
• 4: e sovrummet (övervåningen) har 2 enkelsängar.
• Ett tredje badrum (övervåningen) ligger i slutet av korridoren, komplett med det ursprungliga badkaret för klöfot. Detta bad delas mellan ett tredje och fjärde sovrum.
• 5: e sovrummet (nedervåningen) har en dubbelsäng och tv.
• Nedre våningen bad med steg i dusch.
• Alla sängar har madrasser av hög kvalitet, kuddar som inte är allergiframkallande, dynor och sängkläder i egyptisk bomull för en perfekt natts sömn.
• I nedre våningen hittar du ett fullt utrustat gourmetkök med granit- och slaktblockräknare och nya apparater i rostfritt stål.
• Matsalen / vardagsrummet ligger på ett antikt ekbord som enkelt kan ha plats för 10 eller mer.
• Formell salong med gott om extra utrymme för att läsa en bok, spela kort eller smutta på ett glas vin och en bredbilds-TV för att njuta av en film.

Wonderful house for our group. Plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy but also so many areas where we could have game time, eat and enjoy wine and cheese! House was super clean, plenty of linens, we had absolutely everything we needed. The only “issue” was the older windows- they are beautiful but a little difficult to close. Overall- a wonderful house.

Historically Great

Loved this place. Hot tub was perfectly hot BTW.... 7 minute walk to downtown (and downhill). The Sonos system in the kitchen was such a pleasant addition to the vacation. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms are in tip-top shape which is a big deal. Would absolutely come back to this spot.

Quirky but lovely

I initially felt like I was taking a bit of a risk with this one but we ended up having a lovely stay. It was nice to be close to everything so we could walk. The bike shed was very well equipped, the showers were hot and had good water pressure, and the kids had fun in the hot tub. The neighborhood is relatively quiet at night and felt quite safe. I would stay here again.

2023 EOD Wounded Warrior Foundation Bike Ride

This was our second year at the Tolle House. We had 8 people and the house easily held us all. The Jacuzzi never really heated up even after following the directions provided in the emails. Maybe next year we will be able to crack the nut on how the thing works. The only anomaly we encountered was when we woke up on the morning of the 11th to find we had a bat in the house. after opening the the front and back doors we were able to shoo the little rascal outside.. We did a quick look see to see if we could find any way it could have made its in house via the attic but had no joy. The owner may want to get someone in to check out if there is some breach in the interior walls/ceiling we weren't able to find. Other than the above notes we were all very happy with our stay in the Tolle House and are looking forward to next year. R/ Dave Crowe

Paso Robles Stay

This was a perfect property for our group. The location was close to town and made for a more enjoyable experience. The house itself was roomy and comfortable for our group. Communication was superb - prompt and professional. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Our stay here was amazing. Walkable to the main restaurant area and quite neighborhood. Beautiful house with a lovely pool, would definitely stay here again.

this was an excellent property for our family group - the pool was great given that it was very warm. the place is well equipped. Good sitting /dining space inside and out. we had minor problem with the BBQ that was fixed by Evolve team. Other features - walk to shops and cafes, quiet area

Fam Visit to Paso

Charming house, freshly landscaped, lovely pool. We had some issues with the temp controls but it was unusually hot and prop managers responded quickly to our issues. Also fantastic location in proximity to downtown. Overall great stay for a family vacation to Paso. Would def recommend.

Historic downtown with pool!

Family and friends trip to Paso with 8 total people, for a wild pig hunt and wine drinking. Great location for such a large house. Property was clean and pleasant. Wish the pool was warmer, but no real complaints.

Womens Getaway w/Space to Gather

The Front of the home has a unique, stately facade with newly landscaped drought tolerant yard. Struck with the side porch, backyard pool, shaded grassy areas for dining and relaxing. However tsetting the spa to temp took our group a while to figure out. It is worth it.The home itself is clean and airy. Upstairs hallway and rooms are generous The stairs are steep, narrow and really a challenge if you have any mobility issues. The handrail on the wall needs to be lengthened to the full run of the stairs and is wide for those with smaller hands. Getting luggage upstairs is not really a two person assist. The home manual states the need to be careful on the steep and narrow stairs. Also be careful of the wood surfaces that are original to the home especially the front door. The location felt safe and was so charming. For our group we actually lazed about in comfort and stayed in 2 nights more then we planned. After terrific days taking in fabulous wineries; ex. Daou we were happy to eat, swim, connect in this mainly relaxing home. As a word of warning be safe as you step from the back steps out thru the pool gate. Narrow stepdown and could be tricky to navigate with plates of food or beverage. Overall all the amenities we wanted and more.

Great location!

Our group had a great experience! The location of the house is wonderful. We were able to walk to downtown Paso Robles with ease, and the proximity to Vine Street, which runs all the way through town, made getting around very easy. The historic feel of the house was great and the large dining area served its purpose well for our large group!

Great pool and space for a group

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with gear and cookware, plus a decent pantry of spices. The pool was clean and remained a comfortably cool temp even during the 110+ degree heat wave we saw. The outside space was well kept and well furnished (maintained landscaping, patio and lounge furniture, pergola shade). The location was convenient, just a half mile flat walk through a pleasant neighborhood to the square (coffee, food, playground, tasting rooms). Communication with the property management was responsive and clear.

Besides that, we love being able to walk to numerous world class restaurants and to be able to walk home again after enjoying some local wine!!

We love just hanging out here, whether surrounded by friends at the grand dining room table or out by the pool having a bbq. There is always something fun going on at the City Park or fine wining and dining to explore - all within walking distance! The road biking in the area hooked us.
