Den sofistikerade elegansen, The Art House, är en vacker, noggrant underhållen egendom med två sovrum, ett kvarter från historiska centrala Ocean Springs, och bara några minuter från den vackra Front Beach.

Great vacation

House was perfect for my wife and I and our two friends. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Springs and a quick drive or ride share to the casinos in Biloxi. Check-in and out process was super easy. Great experience, hope to go back again.

Booked late, spur of the moment type thing, while traveling i learned that the courtyard was shared amongst property guests. Had reservations about the property. Arrived and what a pleasant surprise. The house is perfect for two fishermen, beds where awesome, private, orher then the damn train, host was on point and we caught a live well full of fish in 20 knot winds. I will be back.

Great location!

The Art House was a perfect location to downtown Ocean Springs. Just a quick walk and you are near all of the acitivies. The bikes offered by the host were perfect too! We always love our time in Ocean Springs!

Good Times in Ocean Springs

We enjoyed our time in the best small town in the U.S. The house was very clean and nice. Location is A+++++ Loved the bathroom with a TV, large shower and hot tub. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Art House deluxe

In a nutshell I would buy the place if and when it is on the market.Location perfect. Close but not too close to Washington Street which is in walking distance.Art House lived up to its name in decor and decorating touches. Spent more time than I care to admit appreciating pictures on walls and nice touches inside and out.Layout of the house is free flowing and expansive helped by the vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is large and roomy.Huge indoor/outdoor patio adds huge space to the experience with the seasons. The huge outdoor fountain was a great audio and visual focus. The outdoor accent lights were a nice backdrop at night.About the trains. They come by that’s for sure. Oddly enough I came to looking forward to them. I came to regarding them as a plus with their power and majesty. By the end of the stay I enjoyed them more and more and the retail charms , the golf carts of Washington St , traffic etc less and less.It comes to this. The special charms of the Art house grew on me. By the end of my four day stay I much preferred staying in then going out. From my standpoint this is the highest compliment and endorsement I can give.

OS just for fun

The house is very comfortable and has a lot of fun art. The location is great and the porch and patio are gorgeous! We sat outside on the porch for hours. We would definitely stay at The Art House again.

80th Birthday Trip

Four generations of women/girls enjoyed this excellent home with faboulous outdoor space. We loved the kitchen & bathroom too. It could use a little more seating & some type of end tables in the living room.

Quiet/relaxing

We enjoyed our time at the Art house. The property was clean, modern, and artsy. The kids loved the pool and we were just minutes away from the beach. The outdoor patio was so relaxing/refreshing. There are plenty of restaurant choices in the area. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous! You can tell when you walk in the door, this home is special. Close to town (walked to coffee shop and got a latte several times) it is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork ( I love art) very clean and well maintained, I had everything I needed. Great communication, easy check in and check out. Incredible find!

Perfect location so close to my daughter and grandchildren!! The boys could walk or ride bikes to visit Grandma in the neighborhood!! Outside area was stunning and we spent most of our visits outside! Spectacular home fully appointed to meet all of your needs. First class experience for the entire week.

Nice but very noisy

There is a busy train track right next to the property. We would have liked to have known that there were several trains coming and going several times a day and throughout each night that wakes everyone up. Also there is a very noisy AC right outside of the bedroom that wakes you up and keeps you awake. Property should not be marketed as fenced in for small dogs, there were places that were not fenced where small dogs can get out and not be safe.

Gorgeous!!

Pictures don’t do this property justice. It was so beautiful and very convenient to downtown shopping and food. Only con is the train noise. The first night 3 went by during sleeping hours but I did fall right back to sleep. The owner makes this well known in the description so we just found it to be part of the charm of the property. Loved this house!

Both are lovers of art, but most of all their hometown, friends, and family who frequent this property often due to its welcoming vibe.

Once you have seen the Art House, you will understand there is nothing else quite like it on the Coast. Outside, its quaint and unassuming appearance opens to reveal a meticulously designed and maintained home created with enjoying the outdoors in mind. Even the artifacts in the home are unique, collected from travels over many years.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In the Art House, you will find an expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The beautiful dining room table seats up to eight dinner guests under a beautiful chandelier. Though there is only one Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the two king bedrooms, it is equipped with a walk-in shower that has seating and eight jets. The large Jacuzzi tub provides a spot to relax and unwind.

Outside, the expansive deck brings the outdoors in, with an outdoor lounge and dining area with also an oversized fireplace. The patio is surrounded by seasonal flowers with a large fountain that fills the background with the sound of splashing water. It's truly a magical place.
