Lighthouse Point 17C är en översta våningen 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet ligger på norra änden av Tybee Island med vacker utsikt från den privata balkongen! The condo har renoverats snyggt inklusive köket och alla bad. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa, en stor platt-TV och tillgång till balkongen med sittplatser, varifrån du kan njuta av den fantastiska havsutsikten. Köket har blivit fullt uppgraderat och har alla rostfria vitvaror och en under-counter front lastning full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. För kaffeälskare har detta hem både en vanlig kaffebryggare och en Keurig kaffemaskin. Matsalen har bord sittplatser 2, och sittplatser för 3 personer.

Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng, platt-TV, ansluten badkar med badkar och dusch kombination, och har också tillgång till balkongen. Gäst sovrummet har 2 anslutna enkelsängar och en platt-TV. Det finns ett extra badrum med badkar och dusch kombination precis utanför gästrummet. Stränderna i norra änden är naturliga och fridfulla utan verklig vågaktivitet. Titta på delfinerna och skorna reser genom kanalen. Lighthouse Point är ett gated condo komplex med privat strand tillgång, tennisbanor, lekplats, två stora pooler (45X25 och 50X20) och en barnpool (18X10). Komplexet ligger nära Tybee Island Light Station och Museum, och Jaycee Park.

First time in Tybee.

Pros: Great views! Plenty of amenities! Close parking. Cons: Fairly long walk to the water through venemous snake infested dunes. Didn't encouter one but signs are posted. You need to rent third foor to see the water but then need to walk up three floors with all your luggage.Rental agengy promply responded to a housekeeping issue. Would use the rental agency again but would stay closer to center of totown ce ter upon a return visit.

Last summer get away!

The property was just as pictured. The police department is right across the road and it was gated so we felt very safe. The room was nice and provided a full washer and dryer. The only problem i saw were in the main shower the upper shelf had not been cleaned, and had soap scumb still on it. The rug in the big bedroom could have probably beenwashed as well

Okay but the beds were horrible

In a nice location on the beach. The property was clean and as described. But the beds were so bad. Literally the worst beds I have ever laid on while on vacation or other wise. The mattresses are like so thin and non existent. My husband and I and the kids woke up sore every day from sleeping on them. We had a nice trip but we were glad to get back home to our beds. If not for that the property would’ve gotten 4-5 stars.

Too many flight of stairs.

The place is well organized, clean and has a lovely view from the back deck. The one thing to consider is that it is located on the top floor and has way too many stairs with a steep incline making it hard to access with a toddler and elderly people. I had a hard time carrying my luggage up and down the stairs and I saw that many other people were having the same struggles due to the many flight of stairs.

Great clean comfortable property! The views are amazing ! The only drawback is there are several flights of steps of fairly steep stairs to get up to the 3rd floor.

Beautiful property

The property and the complex was very clean and well kept. The pools were a little chilly, but very clean and pool area was spacious and very nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. Our first time to Tybee and we will definitely be back and will stay at the same place.

Beautiful spot

Lovely condo on the third floor overlooking the dunes and ocean/river. Well decorated and very clean! Loved watching the cargo ships come and go.

July 2020 Stay

We love staying at Lighthouse Point! This was our third year staying here and we had a great week! We stayed in 17C and we were very comfortable. We had four adults and two kids in our group, and there was plenty of room. Loved having the two updated bathrooms! We were able to relax and we enjoyed the 3rd floor view. It’s great to be so close to the beach and to be able to just walk down to the waves. Everything was very nice and we will definitely be back. The only thing we didn’t like was the very tight parking situation. We also got stung by jellyfish one afternoon, but it was all part of the adventure. We were fine the next morning. Thank you for a fabulous week. Can’t wait for next year!

Last minute weekend trip

Due to COVID-19 we had cancelled our vacation so last minute we decided to take a quick trip. We were nervous about being around a lot of people but this end of Tybee Island is very quiet and not overly crowded. We had a great time and very glad we came for a much needed change in scenery.

June 2020 Stay

Very nice condo! The set up, decor, beach access and condo updates were great. The parking was tight for our SUV but manageable. We had a few essential items missing that we expected to be available. Rental agency apologized, but we had to go to the office to get them and we thought they should have delivered them to us. The tvs in the two bedrooms were not working and we had to have them serviced. They did respond promptly. The complex was nice and quiet and we enjoyed our vacation.

August 2016 Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at lighthouse point. The condo was beautifully renovated & appointed. The view was gorgeous, we saw dolphins several times. The whole setup was comfortable, there was plenty of storage and modern convenience. We don't have any negative things that detracted from our experience. The only complaints were really minimal: we weren't told about the keurig and would have liked to know, we also would have loved to have a better TV package (no ESPN, etc) but were happy to find a HDMI cord. The parking was confusing. It was very very tight for our small SUV and the "no parking" sign on the driveway made no sense. The screen door was installed in the wrong direction and nipped us on the ankles several times. Seriously the overall experience was delightful and we'd love to return to both Tybee & lighthouse point 17C.
