Great location in Rosemary Beach. This was our first time visiting, stayed for 5 days in July, and a great time. The remote didn’t work well the first night, and we had it replaced with another one the next day by management. Sheets, linens, and towels all clean. There was 3 of us and probably would not recommend much more as it is a smaller place with 1 bathroom (and remember no oven). My 13 year old stayed on the sofa bed and said it wasn’t comfortable, but many aren’t. Recommendations: would bring a shower caddy as there is no place to put your shower items anywhere. Overall very nice place and would recommend it.

Sweet compact functional stay

Loved the space, yet the bricks by the gate going into the property were an accident to happen. Bricks were loose and area unusable. Sometimes the people staying in the larger home behind our place parked in front of the gate entrance making it difficult to walk over the bricks. We had a 19 month child w/us and his stroller. Recommend getting it fixed.

Perfect accommodation for a family of 4!

This was our second time visiting Rosemary, first time staying in one of the carriage houses. We loved it! Our 3 year old took the sleeper sofa and our 1.5 year old was in a pack n play we brought from home, while my husband and I took the main bedroom and it worked out perfectly. We love how close this place is to the beach AND our favorite Rosemary beach pool!

Pretty but Ergonomically Challenged

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was very nice but there were some things that we found a little awkward. The TV in the living room was small and attached to an extender so you could pull it out from the wall, swivel it 90 degrees to face the couch but it was till so far away, it made it difficult. The bathroom has a full wall of mirrors and due to the fact that it is a very narrow space, when you sit on the toilet you are basically knee to knee with yourself looking in the mirror.The dining chairs were too short for the table. The pans had scratched Teflon and a layer of dried on egg. The aesthetic was nice but the design lacked practicality. The area is beautiful and the booking agency did a good job of checking in with us.

The property manager was prompt with answers such as the type coffee machine and condiments and equally as prompt when we arrived. I really appreciated the coffee creamers! The bed was comfortable and the bath towels, shower, etc. were great. I loved the mounted magnifying mirror. My only wish was for a balcony……

Peaceful

Loved our short stay - perfect for daughter and I to get away for couple days. Great to have bikes and didn’t use car once. If you want to stay longer on last day hard to do so as now you have to have an amenity card for beach instead of code. So you can’t stay to enjoy beach - need to have an amenity card for this use. I would suggest a drop box somewhere

Wonderful little getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! What a beautiful place and town. Everything you really need is within walking distance. The beach is stunning. Perfect restaurants for every craving. Parking is a bit of a drag as the area is busy busy. Also, no private access to the cottage. But that’s not a big deal really. All in all, highly recommended!

Worst condo rental ever

I am not happy at all. It has been one problem after another....... This is ridiculous at this point. I have a random microwave on my floor to try to cook. I can't do laundry. I had to figure out how to reset the main tv remote so it wouldn't blare at volume 100. The bikes had to be redelivered because one has no pedal and one had a seat that was sideways. The front steps in front of the entrance to the walkway have caved in. They were not like that when we left this morning. This is completely unacceptable. I want those stones at the front door documented. Someone could break their ankle or leg or worse walking over that. This stay here so far has been FAR from a vacation. And that's coming from a Floridian that was born and raised at the beach in this state. This stay definitely wouldn't happen to anyone at the beach where I come from. I am not happy. At all. And nobody from VRBO or 30 A Luxury rentals has reached out to me. We were so unhappy that We checked out a day early and stayed somewhere else
