Det Ă€r perfekt för semester med vĂ€nner eller familj. Newley renoverades för 2017 med 5 sovrum som sover upp till 12 plus en resesĂ€ng. Den har 3 badrum och ett modernt vĂ€lutrustat kök, öppen planlösning och matsal med dubbelt höjd tak som ger stugan en stor kĂ€nsla för utrymme, det Ă€r ett hem hemifrĂ„n. Det har en sĂ€ker trĂ€dgĂ„rd för barnen att spela för och utanför gatuparkering för 3 bilar. Plus det Ă€r intill vĂ„rt andra hus The Tides (egenskapsförteckning: 8129974) som sover upp till 9. Layouten pĂ„ Two Tides Ă€r nere den har 2 badrum och 3 sovrum, ett Ă€r ett sovrum med dubbelsĂ€ng, en har tvĂ„ uppsĂ€ttningar vĂ„ningssĂ€ngar sovande 4 och det tredje sovrummet har en bĂ€ddsoffa i den som om den inte anvĂ€nds har en tv och dvd-spelare SĂ„ perfekt för att sĂ€tta en film pĂ„ för barnen eller sitta och lĂ€sa en bok. Wonderful weekend trip from London

We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!

Wonderful stay at Camber Sands cottage

We booked the cottage 17-19th May for a girlie hen weekend for our friend who is getting married soon, group of 12. The cottage has everything you need and more, the lounge/dining area spacious and open plan which was great for our group. There is outside space too where we sat for some drinks in the afternoon. The cottage location is great, few mins from the sandy beach. We also walked to the nearby Owl pub recommended by the host, the food was fantastic. The area is quiet, only a few seagulls being noisy in the morning. We would highly recommend and will look to book again in the future!

Great for a weekend break with family

Lovely property situated virtually on the beach. Great for children as the sand is suitable for ball games, castle building etc. and the sea is shallow as it goes out a long way. Lovely garden. Not a lot in the way of amenities in the immediate area. We were lucky as the weather was glorious. Good communication from the owner.

Staycation

Great property, very clean with great quality linens and towels even beach towels. The house had everything that you could need and is only 5mins walk to a wonderful sandy beach. Local shop with all that you might need. We would highly recommend it and will most probably come again.

Great location

Stayed here for a week as a family of four. The property is spacious and a perfect location for days on the beach, which is a short walk away. The provision of beach towels is a nice touch. There is a wide selection of books and DVDs supplied, which is great along with some toys for the children. There are also many games, but we found a lot of them are missing pieces and not able to be played. The property itself is nice, but needs a few maintenance items addressing in order to reach its potential. Kids loved it and want to go back.

We have just returned from staying at Two tides in Camber, this cottage is absolutely brilliant for a family holiday, very spacious and clean. The owners have put great thought into the needs of those staying - we will definitely book again.

Great family getaway

Despite the weather we had a wonderful time for a week in the cottage. It’s so spacious we didn’t feel we were getting under each others feet, even on rainy days. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of games, books and DVDs to keep the kids occupied.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Two Tides as one of four families to celebrate new years and had a wonderful time. The property is in a brilliant location and the open plan format is perfect for large groups. Communication with Louise was amazing before and during our stay and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again one day

Family friendly

Excellent accommodation for large family, everything you need with 3 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Small garden for all to enjoy. A five minute walk and you're on the lovely large beach of Camber Sands, plenty to do and see locally.

Sunny Holiday Stay

We had an amazing holiday stay at this property. The location is perfect with close beach access and a nearby small corner shop for any last minute purchases. The property had lots of space for all 10 of us, and the kitchen and dinning facilities/accessories had everything needed to cook a large celebratory meal one night. Fantastic house & location

We are a group of 10 friends that stayed for a few nights in June. From the start the owners was incredibly helpful and informative. The beach house (how we all named it!) was perfect and even better than expected. It has brilliant living space, indoors and out. Beds were super comfy too! Spotlessly clean and really well appointed, lots of kitchen equipment, washer, dishwasher, huge fridge freezer! Although we were there for only a few days, the beach house would be ideal for much longer breaks & holidays. The location couldn’t be better. Literally a 60 seconds walk to the beach and to some really good food pubs when we wanted to get out (although we really didn’t feel like leaving such a lovely house). We all highly recommend, just book!

By the beach in February

Two Tides was ideal for our needs. There was plenty of room for us all to eat around the same table, space for the children to play, comfortable bedrooms and a quiet atmosphere. Large kitchen. A long and very clean beach just five minutes walk away. Children enjoyed running in the sandhills. A very relaxing break.

Fantastic 50th Celebrations

Four families came together to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The house was perfect. Lovely open plan design with lots of space. Comfortable bedrooms and great bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you could ask for, and more. Location was fantastic. Can not find anything negative to say - we will definitely be booking again!

Comfortable and spacious house in a great location.

An excellent spacious house for our family group of grandparents, parents and young children. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Nice touches - games, toys and DVDs for indoor entertainment when needed, and beach towels. We felt at home straight away. Great location with sandy beach a few minutes walk. We all really enjoyed our stay very much. Owners very helpful.

Two tides is a lovely property , perfect for large groups there is plenty of space plus the kitchen is well stocked . The garden is beautifully kept and great for BBQ's and eating outside. The beach at Camber is fabulous plus there are lots of places nearby to visit.

Great property and location

Really enjoyed our stay at Two Tides. The property is ideal for a large family group, very modern and comfortable with all the facilities you need. The location couldn’t be better with the dunes of Camber at the end of the road. Highly recommend this property.
