The vibe of the home from the moment you walk in sets a tone for a relaxing evening. The host was in excellent communication and was very kind to us. We loved our stay in Albuquerque!

The property is in a very good location. The host was very responsive and communicative. The beds were comfortable. However, the place showed some definite wear and tear and was a bit dated. There were tears in the sofa, a screen was missing from the back sliding door, the reclining chair didn't recline. Things like this were found.

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay. We loved the backyard and spent a lot of our time there. The host was very attentive and communicated clearly! We felt very at home! Will stay here again if the need arises.

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, well appointed property. It is in a lovely area of Albuquerque and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. I recommended to anyone looking for a comfort and convenience.

This was a wonderful place to spend two weeks. To be clear, the statement "everything is brand new" is no longer accurate, but the views, quiet safe neighborhood, covered patio with fountain with running water and over sized windows looking at the mountains was hard to beat. The owner, Christine, and her "Man Friday", Robert, were very responsive, pleasant and helpful when called on. It's a place to which we will return.

We have stayed here multiple times and always want to come back! The location is just the best. Waking up to the views of the Sandias is priceless!Our dog appreciates the fenced in grass backyard as well.

Very family friendly. Perfect location for balloon fiesta, Sandia Tram, & casino. My granddaughters loved the nearby park, & utilized the walking trail to walk to a near by coffee shop.

Perfect location for a vacation in Albuquerque. Very spacious and well appointed. Could accommodate more with the pull out sofa in living room. The sofa was comfy, not like the old type. All amenities and more. Thank you Christine for an awesome stay.

Great location for family and dogs

We all loved our stay at this great location! The mountain views were gorgeous and the accommodations were very comfortable. Easy access to town and trails. And our pups were very comfortable as well with the sweet backyard and nice neighborhood for walking.
