Förtjusande hem med två sovrum belägen på den önskvärda västsidan i anslutning till tennisbanor, racketbollplaner, formella trädgårdar, stor ingångsbassäng, vattenpark och cykelspårsystem för staden. Mindre 1/4 kilometer från Story Book Island och Legion baseballfält och inom 1/2 mil från 40 restauranger och shopping.

Detta hem var helt ombyggt med trägolv, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, vita emaljerade skåp, välvda tak och fönster i överflöd. På bottenvåningen finns två sovrum - ett med en king size-säng och ett med två enkelsängar. Tvättstuga och badrum med stor dusch. Den lägre nivån har egen ingång och hyrs intermittent men ingår inte i detta utrymme. Ett garage tillgängligt samt extra parkeringsplats.

This really nice house in Rapid City. There is a park across the street and it is minutes from the wonderful downtown. Best of all it has easy access to all attractions the Black Hills has to offer Custer Park, Mt Rushmore, and Crazy Horse. Also just blocks from numerous fast food restaurants and groceries if you prefer that over dinning in. Nice porch and living room and has garage parking, and is clean and comfortable.We had an excellent stay and highly recommend.

Great place for our family of 4. Loved having a place to park in the garage with the pop up thunderstorms and the location was great. Close to a grocery store and the park across the street was nice for walks and we caught some tennis matches. Good home base for all the traveling outside or Rapid City.

Great location for all our activities in the area. The house was appointed with everything we need and was a great place for our family dog. I would recommend this place for anyone who is staying in this area. Easy day trip to Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park which is a special place. Hope to get back here again soon.

Great communication through the app. Great patience with an issue I brought upon myself. Host was beyond awesome, the location was GREAT. Rapid City is a GEM. The property was perfect. Quiet, cozy and super clean. Had everything we needed. Nice front porch with ceiling fan to chill out. House temperature was great, comfortable beds. Park across the street. We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Beautiful city park and we were fortunate to have lovely weather for site seeing trips.The only major negative for us was the condition of the mattresses that need replacing. Especially, the twin mattresses which were lumpy and sagging badly. And the worst twin mattress is the one on the right side of the room. Both mattresses are mismatched with box spring being longer than the mattress. Twin bed headboards are loose, unstable and squeaky. Also, I didn't realize that there would be a tenant living in the basement below until I heard voices the first night we arrived. The listing isn't quite clear on that detail. The owner was very responsive on the concern I had and she must have said something to her tenant as the noise level got better below. Then I was concerned about our walking above on squeaky floors. It all worked out. Overall, we were comfortable, enjoyed this property and would recommend to others.

The owner of the property couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location was also great. There is so much to see and do in the area and all of the sites were within an easy day trip. It's also near the downtown area with easy access to great restaurants and shops.

I am excited to share one of my favorite places on earth with you. I am a native Rapid Citian - born and raised. My father owned the local Ford dealership and my Mother raised us 4 kids and was voted volunteer of the year for the City of Rapid City. I received my degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines in R.C. I now live most of the time in Minneapolis but try to come out as often as I can because the Black Hills fill my heart and rejuvenate my soul. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

You won't find a better location than this home for a vacation property. It is directly across the street from a huge park system with picnic areas, the City soccer stadium, horse shoe pits, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, racquetball courts, water slide and pool, formal gardens and a running track as well as the bike trail which runs through all of Rapid City. The trolley runs along the street. The senior center is less than a 1/2 mile up the road and there are two grocery stores approximately 1/4 mile away. Many convenient restaurants are within walking distance.

The home is charming, updated and has all the amenities you'll need. My favorite spot is a cup of coffee on the front porch snuggled into the sofa in my robe and slippers.

If you want to be in the town of Rapid City, you won't find a more convenient location than here. The home is located on the City bike trail and across the street from all of the park amenities you could want: racquetball, soccer, bicycing, swimming pool, formal gardens, horseshoes, etc. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and tons of casual restaurants.
