Förtjusande hem med två sovrum belägen på den önskvärda västsidan i anslutning till tennisbanor, racketbollplaner, formella trädgårdar, stor ingångsbassäng, vattenpark och cykelspårsystem för staden. Mindre 1/4 kilometer från Story Book Island och Legion baseballfält och inom 1/2 mil från 40 restauranger och shopping.

Detta hem var helt ombyggt med trägolv, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, vita emaljerade skåp, välvda tak och fönster i överflöd. På bottenvåningen finns två sovrum - ett med en king size-säng och ett med två enkelsängar. Tvättstuga och badrum med stor dusch. Den lägre nivån har egen ingång och hyrs intermittent men ingår inte i detta utrymme. Ett garage tillgängligt samt extra parkeringsplats.

Nice cottage!

Came to Rapid City to consider moving there. Stayed in this cute cottage across the street from a big park. Very comfy king size bed, kitchen and bath have everything you could possibly need and more. Nice having a garage too! Look out for the bunnies and deer in the front yard!

Great home & location.

My family of three really enjoyed staying at this rental. It was the perfect base for all of our South Dakota adventures. We loved the home set up and having a kitchen to prepare our meals. Bonus on having laundry available and garage for our car.

Wonderful place.

Julie's place was way more than we expected. It has a well stocked kitchen (we cook from scratch). The furniture and bed were comfortable and the house is right across the road from a massive park with tons of walking paths. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Cute 2 br in the perfect location

We came on the best weekend when there were fall festivals and trick or treating at businesses. This home is a cute little 2 bedroom with 2 twin beds in one room and one king bed in the master. It’s in the middle of town in between so many attractions. Easy check in and easy check out!

Wonderful place to stay!!

We so enjoyed staying here! It was myself, my husband, and our three kids, so a full house! It was clean, cozy, and well stocked! It was the perfect base for us to explore all the nearby attractions and come rest, eat, and unwind each night. The beds were comfortable, Julie was so responsive, and even provided an air mattress for my third child! If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay again!

Cute house

Lovely home and very well set up. Extremely comfortable bed. There are tenants in the basement which was fine but not well documented so a surprise when they arrived home. There is some road noise from the street in front of the house but not an issue. Very close to the river bike path which was great. Close to two groceries stores as well.

Rapid City gem

When we searched for a place to stay, we picked this property because it checked all the boxes of what we wanted in our price range. Some of the benefits important to us were a good neighborhood, a washer and dryer, a Keurig maker with k-cups and a garage. This place provided all we needed. We were not at all disappointed when we occupied this home; in fact, I would like to live in a home like this in a neighborhood like this. This is a great Rapid City community close to the Black Hills with a lot of things to do and see. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This house was in a great spot Close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet. We even had a deer in the front yard. We were able to visit Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway, and Devils Tower. We had a great time.

Visiting Rapid City for Red Pill Expo

We were in town for a conference and we didn’t spend much time at the house. However, it was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location. I wish we could have stayed longer so that we could have visited some of the iconic places and points of interest. Nice place to stay! Highly recommend!

I am excited to share one of my favorite places on earth with you. I am a native Rapid Citian - born and raised. My father owned the local Ford dealership and my Mother raised us 4 kids and was voted volunteer of the year for the City of Rapid City. I received my degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines in R.C. I now live most of the time in Minneapolis but try to come out as often as I can because the Black Hills fill my heart and rejuvenate my soul. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

You won't find a better location than this home for a vacation property. It is directly across the street from a huge park system with picnic areas, the City soccer stadium, horse shoe pits, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, racquetball courts, water slide and pool, formal gardens and a running track as well as the bike trail which runs through all of Rapid City. The trolley runs along the street. The senior center is less than a 1/2 mile up the road and there are two grocery stores approximately 1/4 mile away. Many convenient restaurants are within walking distance.

The home is charming, updated and has all the amenities you'll need. My favorite spot is a cup of coffee on the front porch snuggled into the sofa in my robe and slippers.

If you want to be in the town of Rapid City, you won't find a more convenient location than here. The home is located on the City bike trail and across the street from all of the park amenities you could want: racquetball, soccer, bicycing, swimming pool, formal gardens, horseshoes, etc. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and tons of casual restaurants.
