The location was great for the things we wanted to see, Crazy Horse, Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Custer Park and Devil's Tower. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Rapid City.

This was the perfect location for our trip ‘home’ to Rapid City. We were all raised with 2 miles of this property so that was convenient for us to get back to our roots. We were so comfortable here and enjoyed our time as a family…. Sharing meals and enjoying cut-throat UNO (a long time family game that breaks all ties to family..lol)Thank you again for helping making our trip a memorable one!

Great house for a large group of people. Very clean. Two of the bed rooms were a little miss leading pictures make it look like a separate bed room but beds are in open areas in the basement. Host showing up when we were out and about to put the garbage bins in the garage was a little unsettling. But otherwise great place quiet neighbor hood.

Needs updating on electrical outlets especially in bathrooms- no outlets. AC units in windows are very noisy.- need central air.

Thank you for staying with us. The home was built by my parents in the 60s without ductwork hence no central air. Outlets were purposely omitted from the bathrooms for safety reasons. We do appreciate different generations visiting who enjoy the older, well built homes. We apologize for any inconveniences

CLEAN! Wow we have never stayed at a cleaner home! We visited South Dakota from Illinois, 10 people total 4 adults, 6 children, all under the age of 13. This house was so perfect for us. Very well stocked in a great central location in what felt like a very safe neighborhood. All the upstairs bedrooms had air conditioning units, the beds were nice and we enjoyed all the board games. Overall, we had a great experience in this house and I truly cannot express how clean this home was.

Exactly What We Needed for Our Trip

We had a great stay! The house is older, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our group. It was the perfect home base for all of our South Dakota adventures. Comfortable, cozy, and just right for relaxing after a long day of exploring. We’d stay here again!

Clean place, close to major attractions

Though it’s bit dated style, property was kept very clean and we enjoyed our stay as it’s close to major attractions near Rapid City. Would recommend for people who like old style and clean place.
