Everything was within walking distance to downtown. The rental was clean. Theresa was very helpful. We came during low season which worked out great. Less crowds in October. Some restaurants & shops were already closed but there were plenty left open. We decided to rent a car ( public transportation was closed). We drove to Sconset. It is BEAUTIFUL. We definitely had a history lesson! We will be back!

As a long time summer visitor to ACK, this cottage on stilts on a street I’d never known was a find. Quiet, cozy and well located. Great for 1-2 adults. Off street parking a plus.

We had such a wonderful time at “Lizzie” Cottage! It was even better than we imagined. When we first got there, the door code didn’t work, but we were able to make contact with Theresa immediately, and she sorted it out for us remotely in just a few minutes! The cottage was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t need to cook while we were there, but we did notice that the kitchen was well-stocked and the cookware was fantastic—better than anything we’ve ever used in previous rentals. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. The location was perfect! We could walk to everything downtown, and driving was super easy, allowing us to get to all parts of the island without having to deal with traffic in town. We’re really hoping to come back someday and will definitely consider “Lizzie” Cottage or another one of Theresa’s rentals as our first choice!
