Nya strandnära hus i Pirates Beach

Beläget på en lugn cul-de-sac i fantastiska Pirates Beach, är denna fantastiska nya hem en 7 minuters promenad till stranden. Inuti hittar du 3 sovrum - en kung (gästrum), en drottning (master bedroom) och en gäst sovrum med två enkelsängar. En soffa i vardagsrummet fälls ut för att sova 2, vilket det maximala antalet personer till 8. Varje sovrum har en stor väggmonterad TV (48 ") och en annan stor TV i vardagsrummet. (baskabel och Netflix finns). Det finns 2 badrum i huset, och en dusch ligger nere. Gratis trådlöst nätverk.
Det gourmetkök har Corian bänkskivor, rostfritt stål apparater och alla köksredskap finns också. Det finns en stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare och sängkläder tillhandahålls.
Det finns en underbar uteplats för att njuta av vindbrisen och en ny grillgrill (kol) nere.
Den Elissa ligger nära många Galveston restauranger och sevärdheter, inklusive Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Pleasure Pier, och den historiska Stand District.
Vår strand hem är avsedd för den tysta åtnjutande av våra gäster. Minsta hyra ålder är 28 och vuxna kan inte hyra den här egenskapen på uppdrag av minderåriga gäster. Absolut ingen rökning eller husdjur. Du måste följa dessa Uthyrning Politik och alla indelnings begränsningar. Hyresgästen måste ha ett giltigt USA-körkort. Stranden ligger 7 minuters promenad. Om du vill ha en golfbil rekommenderar vi Rick's Beach Rentals (409-632-0256). De kan ta dig en golfbil och hämta den när du lämnar. Var medveten om att du förmodligen behöver boka tidigt, särskilt under sommarmånaderna.

Awesome stay and great communication!

Nice and quiet neighborhood! Great communication. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Close to the beach. Pirates Beach is not crowded at all. Far enough away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to all the attractions.

Great property

Brand new property located in the rear of Pirates Beach. We had a great time, and the home more than met our expectations. We appreciate the owner (Greg) communicating with us through out the process as well as a speedy return of the deposit money. We look forward to working with Greg in the future.

Awesome property

My family and I had an awesome stay at this property. From booking, check in, the stay, and check out was super easy and flawless. The house is super nice. It was clean and the furnishings are great. This house is stocked with anything you may need! This is by far one of the nicest rentals I have encountered. You will be happy you chose this rental, don't hesitate, rent it!!

Relaxing Getaway

The stay was super smooth and stress free. This property is stocked with everything you could possibly ever need. All the beds were super comfortable for everyone and we really enjoyed our evening walks. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Owner was responsive. The home was clean. It is in the back of the neighborhood which we knew upon booking. The fridge didn’t cool very well and dryer took several cycles to dry small loads. Otherwise all was well. Thank you!

Amazing house and location

The pictures of this very clean house don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Quiet neighborhood and a very quick golf cart ride to the beach. We loved riding around in the rented golf cart to the neighborhood store and to enjoy the evenings. You can walk to the beach if you want. Beach was never crowded. Host was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back. I would not hesitate to rent this house.

Lovely Getaway

We loved the place and had a nice trip it is clean and well stocked-it was our second time staying there - only one minor complaint the pet hair-I’m not a pet owner so would rather not have to deal with that at all getting on our clothes and things. Other than that another great stay.

Cozy retreat

Had a wonderful stay with our family here. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It is very cozy and clean and had everything you need! We flew in from Denver and didn’t have to buy and extra supplies for the home from toiletries, cooking supplies or extra towels. The walk to the beach may be a little long for younger kids but was fine for my 10 yr-16yr olds. Location was super close to great convenience store (that had many grocery/food items) and beer/liquor, as well as a fresh seafood market and pizzeria next door. You don’t have to travel into town often if you don’t want to! The owner was great with communication and helpful with any questions we had. The neighbors were also very kind and friendly as well. Overall, a great experience and the place was super roomy and beds were very comfortable!

Family time

This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners are great to work with. We definitely needed the cart we rented to go to the beach. With the kids and “stuff” we took, the cart was needed for our group.
