The apartment
Optimally planned 2 bedroom apartment with a fantastic seaside location . The apartment is very bright with a nice balcony that offers a stunning view over the sea and the nearby Karlberg castle. The living room and kitchen are connected to create a big and social area in the center of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated last month. Nice bathroom, renovated 2012, with bathtub and washing machine. Two bedrooms, one big master bedroom with large wardrobes and a 210*210cm continental bed, and one guest bedroom facing the balcony. Beautiful 30's details such as fish bench parlor, generous ceilings and large windows.

The apartment is located in a very popular area with everything you may need outside the door, quiet but in close proximity to everything that Stockholm has to offer. Outside the gate there are beautiful hiking and running trails along the water as well as kayaking. Fridhemsplan with shops, service, gym and popular VÀstermalmsgallerian with its wide range of shopping is just around the corner. A short walk over St Eriksbron is the whole of Birkastan's range of taverns and restaurants, including the popular restaurant street, Rörstrandsgatan. Very good communications with proximity to the blue and green subway and just outside the gate bus 59 stops, which takes you to the city. Add an unbeatable city-center location with the central station and Arlanda Express just a walk away.
