The house lies on a large plot lined with trees and with vineyards. You will enjoy a very privileged situation and a lot of privacy, barely any neighbors around. You will be just 600m away from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystal clear water, for its tranquility and for the quality offered by its restaurants and many shops.
The villa is divided onto 2 floors connected by an inside staircase. On the upper floor you will find the 2 living and dining rooms and the kitchen. This impressive has large glazed doors which open directly on the garden, the pool and the outside dining area.
