SPECTACULAR VILLA LOCATED IN A PRIVILEGED AREA NEXT TO THE SEA

Villa Dreams, is a spacious and delicately white house with incredible sea views. It’s located in a very quiet area but at the same time close to the centre of Moraira and its beautiful beaches. It’s just 8 minutes by car from the centre of Moraira and 750 meters from the shopping centre Pepe la Sal. Nearby is Ifach Club de Golf with some of the best views of the Valencian Community.

The villa of 400 m2 and approximately 1400 m2 of land has a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and two covered terraces with comfortable furniture.

It ‘s distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, completely open to the outside, we can find on the right the kitchen fully equipped with all utensils and appliances and on the left a bathroom and the first bedroom # 5, with 2 bed of 90 and a fan.

On this same floor, there is also an immense dining room, the living room on two levels and the double bedroom # 2 with a spacious dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has air conditioning and direct access to the pool.

On the first floor, we can find the other 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and exit to the same terrace with sea views. The main room # 1 has a large dressing room and an equally spacious en suite bathroom, room # 3 has two beds of 90 and the last room # 4 with a bed of 150 has an en suite bathroom.

The villa also has WI-FI and a covered parking space inside the plot.

IMPORTANT:

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

Excellent Villa, had everything we needed for a family holiday.

Very nice villa with beautiful sea view. Perfect location with short walk to swim from cliffs and a short drive to the beach and grocery store is located close by.

Beautiful villa in a stunning setting!

Solhabitat is the best agency we have used in the 20yrs we have been spending our winters here! A special thank you to Hector and the team for the excellent service and attention to detail! The villa has signs of damp that needs attention. This was a minor issue and did not detract from a wonderful stay!

Family Gathering

When arriving at the villa it has a wow factor. The location is great within easy walking distance to the nearest supermarket and a couple of lovely restaurants. The sea view is breath taking . Although the kitchen and bathrooms are modern some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired and in need of upgrading, that apart our stay was amazing and we would return.

Lovely stay

Great villa for sharing between two families since bedrooms divided on separate floors. Nice pool area with close connection to the house and a short walk to the ocean. Modernise and extend the kitchenequipment, renew the sunbeds and pooltowels. Replace the keys with digital locks. Air condition out of order in the main area. Improve the wifi capacity.

Beautiful villa in lovely location

We spent two weeks in Moraira Dreams which is a beautiful villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac with views looking out to sea and Calpe Rock. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and the showers worked perfectly. It is a lovely place to spend a holiday. Unfortunately the weather was not too kind to us especially in the second week which brings to me to my one criticism. The satellite dish is only tuned to 1 English speaking channel and that is a true crime channel so if you are coming from UK bring a laptop so you can stream Netflix/Amazon. Overall I would recommend this villa for a family holiday. You advertise that the villa has a DVD player but there are no DVD's in the villa. I accept you do not normally come to Spain to watch TV but when it rains!!!

A wonderful location with spectacular views

Location, views, comfort, accommodation. Well designed villa allowing nine guests to spread out comfortably to share spaces together and to be private when required. A lovely ambiance. When works were needed the Solhabitat team were quick to take effective action. Excellent service. Whilst the property was clean and well decorated, there were two broken stair edging strips that detracted from the pristine appearance of the property and did require us to walk around them to avoid creating further damage. We were not informed beforehand when the gardener would visit the property and this caused some confusion and embarrassment for guests using the ground floor bedroom

Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

My family had a fantastic holiday at the villa, the view is second to none and it is very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and it's well located. One of the sunbeds was slightly damaged but apart from that, we couldn't fault the place.

Amazing Views

My family and I loved the villa which had spacious accommodation and truly wonderful sea views. Very well equipped kitchen and utility room. The back of the property could do with a fresh coat of paint. Also, the wall surrounding the back of the property is in need of repair and repainting!!!

Dreams

Lo que más nos agradó de esta villa fue sus vistas al mar y al peñón de Ifach. La ubicación perfecta ya que a 5 minutos andando tenías todo tipo de negocios y supermercados y a 5 minutos andando accedías a una privilegiada cala donde era una maravilla bucear. La villa está totalmente reformada en su interior y cada habitación tenía un baño con su ducha. Otra cosa que nos gustó mucho fue la ducha que hay en el exterior, cerca de la piscina, una maravilla. En resumen, recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera disfrutar de unas vacaciones de en sueños esta preciosa villa. Solo hay un televisor en el salón principal, quizás pondría otro en alguna de las habitaciones

Bastante satisfeita

No geral, não tenho qualquer razão de queixa. Gostamos bastante da casa e de todo o serviço. No entanto, não foi agradável quando de repente aparecem 2 homens no jardim (que entraram com as suas chaves) e nos mandam sair da piscina porque estavam lá para a limpar. Tinha sido bom termos sido avisados que alguém viria! O quarto mais pequeno não tem ar condicionado, razão pela qual acabamos por não o usar!

alojamiento confortable y comodo para vacaciones

Su decoración minimalista lo que limita la suciedad y la necesidad de limpieza, muy apropiado para vacaciones El numero de habitaciones y de baños incorporados lo que facilita la convivencia La piscina es imprescindible dado que el mar no esta fácilmente accesible sobre todo para niños y personas mayores Mayor claridad sobre la cercanía y accesibilidad al mar en las publicaciones de la web. Mejor calidad de visión de la TV que no permite ver bien los canales normales españoles
