The Fairways at Mauna Lani är ett privatägt gated utveckling ligger i det prestigefyllda Mauna Lani Resort ligger på den soliga Kohala Coast av Big Island. Njut av golf på en 30% rabatt på den världsberömda mästerskaps Frances H. I'i Brown norra och södra golfbanor. Mauna Lani Racquet Club har tre av de sex domstolar tända för kallare kvällen spela. Träna på Spa och Sports Fitness Club eller ta många av de klasser som de erbjuder. Poolen har körfält för simning varv. Mauna Lani har också en privat gated Beach Club utan extra kostnad med en restaurang. Du kan också koppla av på fri form pool med barn område, vattenfall och jacuzzi höger vid Fairways Town hem utan kostnad. Det finns en hel träningspass anläggning på fastigheten utan kostnad för din bekvämlighet.

Staden hem ligger på fjärde farled North Course och har vackert inredda av en inredningsarkitekt. Njut av solnedgången från de två täckta uteplatser. Rummet områdena vardagsrum och matsal är rymliga och det finns plats för åtta vid matbordet med ytterligare tre barstolar. Förutom kungen säng i Master Suite och gästen sovrummet som har två XL enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en stor säng vi har också levererat dig med två enkelluftmadrasser, 19 inches i höjd (lakan och kuddar ingår) för att rymma extra gäster. Lovely house

The house was perfect for our family. The rooms are big and the house is well stocked with everything you need to have a nice Hawaiian vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

One of the best

We’ve stayed at The Fairways quite a few times. Gail’s condo was very clean, well stocked and the location had a fantastic golf course view from the lanai. Really enjoyed our time there!

This 2-story condo was amazing! Everything we needed was there and lots of greater toys and supplies to bring to the beach. Great views, very quiet, wonderful pool and spa. A must stay!

This is nice property and well positioned on the Kona side of the island. It’s just north of the Waikoloa beach area, This location was great for getting around the Kona side. The Mauni Launi area is great. A grocery store, restaurants, and shopping near by. I really enjoyed the beach club access. It’s a nice beach, calm water, great for families. There was a restaurant and bathrooms to use as well. The listing is accurate, what you see is what you get. No surprises. Plenty of space. More than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, water and sand toys..We used this location to go to Mauna Kea visitor center, downtown Kona for a Luau, A-Bay, Hāpuna Beach, Mauna Kea beach, Polulu Overlook- Trail, Petroglyphs, and Keokio Bay. The kitchen has all the utensils, Saran Wrap, foil, spices, and tupper ware that you need for cooking and afterwards. Gail is experienced host and everything was smooth. I would rent from her again.

Beautiful property, quiet location and great amenities

We enjoyed our stay at Gail’s property. The townhome was very spacious and was very well equipped. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkelling equipment as we explored many of the local beaches. Gail was very communicative and provided lots of great information about the local area and restaurants.

Best rental home ever

My family stayed in Gail's lovely home for 12 days. It is one of the nicest rental homes that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Access to the beach club was terrific as well as all the other amenities at the resort. Gail's tips about discount golf fees were great! We hope to be back!

Awesome condo!

The condo was veery clean. The view is amazing and very private. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils.The owner is great to work with and responds in a timely manner. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location, great communication from owner!

We have stayed at this townhome development many times in the past, so we were familiar with the location and complex. Gail’s unit is super clean and has all the amenities that you would need. Gail is prompt with replies and emails…we appreciated being her guests and would certainly rent this unit again in the future!

Best Location on the Island

Fairways condo's at Mauna Lani are on the the best places you can stay on the Big Island. Gail's place is very nice. She allowed us to check in a little early upon our arrival which was great except the place wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived so we did end of doing quite a bit of cleaning on our own though it didn't impact our overall experience. Unit is spacious and well equiped with everything you need.

It is my understanding that the cleaning lady was there to complete the clean when you arrived and decided to have lunch while she finished the job. Check in was at 4:00 and I was just trying to accommodate your earlier than normal arrival. There was no need for you to do any cleaning as my housekeeper was there. I am glad that you enjoyed our beautiful townhome.

Everything you need to enjoy your time on the island

Mahalo, Gail! We had an amazing vacation. Your home was very clean when we arrived, and you were responsive when we needed to get in touch with you. You had everything we needed for beach and pool days (sand toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floaties, cooler, towels, snorkel gear, etc.). Oh, and having access to the beach club was a huge bonus. :)

Wonderful Property

We’ve stayed in this area of the big island multiple times and this property was definitely our favorite. Great layout, nicely furnished and a well equipped kitchen with a wet bar and grill out back. The community itself is very quiet and has a nice pool area. Access to the beach club is a big plus with a nice protected beach and plenty of shoreline access to enjoy the ocean. Holoholokai Beach Park is right around the corner with even more shore access and a great place to catch the sunset. Gail is also a highly responsive owner and very easy to communicate with. Had a great stay and hope to return soon.

Wonderful place!

We had such a wonderful time in this home. It was clean and spacious, and it had a lovely view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners at home, and the garage had everything we wanted for our trips to the nearby beaches. It was a definite plus that the swimming fins and masks fit each member of our family perfectly! Gail was easy to get in touch with, and her recommendations on walks and restaurants were great. Thank you for sharing your home! We hope to return!

It’s a 10!!

Beautiful, relaxing, quiet. This property is a 10. My family and I enjoyed this beautiful house and property; the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, beautiful walk in shower, the sunsets and sunrise amazing. Loved having ice chests, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc available for our use. The property owner Gail, was easy to work with and so nice, we asked to extend or trip one more night (change in flight) and she was so accommodating and approved the night quickly and without hesitation. Thank you Gail for a wonderful stay!!!

Great Stay

We’ve stayed in several different condos in this complex over the years and this is probably the best overall. Unit was very clean and the location along the 4th fairway is private with nice views. The AC barely cools the second bedroom, which was a bummer in the afternoon, but opening all the windows makes it reasonably comfortable at night. To be fair, all the 2-bedroom units we have stayed at in this complex have the same issue…just not enough airflow to the back bedroom. The owner, Gail, was easy to deal with and had great communication. Overall a great week at Mauna Lani and we’d gladly stay here again.

I have had a love of the Hawaiian Islands since the 1970's when I moved to Lahaina, Maui for a 9 month stay. Dave and I chose the Big Island because it is more low key and less crowded than Maui. We chose Mauna Lani because of the incredible amenities. We love the two spectacular golf courses, the tennis center, homeowners beach with fabulous snorkeling, and the beautiful walks. We also found so many white sand beaches to choose from in close proximity to our town home. We have found our Heaven!!

We chose the Fairways at Mauna Lani because of the proximity to the beautiful Fairmont Orchid, the spacious floor plan, the golf course view, the quiet surroundings, and the spectacular grounds. I have seen all the other town homes complexes and I would not move anywhere because the Fairways is the best.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is our second home so we have furnished it beautifully and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We have a screen on the front door so that it can be left open along with the back slider to get the wonderful cross breeze. Air conditioning isn't even necessary most of the time with the screen doors. It is so much more comfortable than the air conditioning. I love our view of the golf course and the lava in between. It is so unique and beautiful.
