Well done!

This condo has a convenient layout, is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bath which is very convenient. The golf cart is a plus! Molly was accommodating to our early arrival and checked on us to make sure everything was in order at our arrival. We love staying on this end of the island! Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Wild Dunes Fall break

This is our 3rd Fall break staying here. It is super clean and the owner, Molly, is very attentive. Works great for our family of 5. Kitchen is well equipped. Love the community and the beach. Located on a quiet end of the resort. Walk, bike, golf or just sit at the beach or pool! Would highly recommend for a family.

Great place. Excellent location. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Easy access to the pool and beaches. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to head to the IOP area!

Great Villa - would rent again

Molly was very easy to work with and the villa was great for our needs. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We ran out of time to do everything that we wanted to do. General good to know information: The pool and tennis courts are just a few steps away from the unit. The beach access is at 6600 Palmetto Drive which is about .75 miles from the unit. If you have mobility issues, this is not the unit for you. This is a tri-level unit. The master is downstairs and has a private sitting porch. One bedroom/bathroom is on the entry level (2 sets of twin bunk beds) and the kitchen, living room, and screened porch are on the upper level. One bedroom and bathroom are just a few steps up from this level. I forgot to pack beach towels, so we made a quick trip to Target. This is a great area to walk, run or ride bikes! If you are going to eat out, make reservations early. Traffic was a little busy when we were trying to leave the island on Saturday night around 6 pm for dinner, so plan accordingly. I would definitely rent this unit again

Beautiful Villa!

The villa was clean, furnished nicely, and had a great view of the Links Course. As a property owner on the island, I would definitely recommend this unit especially if you are a golfer or play tennis.

Perfect for our family

This was our 2nd stay at 40 Linkside. Molly, the owner, is super easy to work with and a very nice lady. We have a family of 5 and there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked, for a rental unit. The gas grill is a nice feature, so you can stay home and cook. There was a golf cart for transporting stuff to the beach, or cruising around. If you like to walk or bike, there are sidewalks and paths 40 yards from the front door. There are too many good things to mention about this place, so just book it! CB from Knoxville

Comfortable condo in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had been coming to Wild Dunes for years but had never stayed that far back on the island. Must say we enjoyed the location - having golf cart available made the beach easily accessible. We also brought bikes and were able to get around quite well. I was initially a bit worried we would be tight on space with 8 people but the layout of the condo was wonderful and had plenty of space for everyone. Very much appreciated how responsive Molly was and quickly took care of a few minor matters. We would definitely stay here again.

Very confortable

Accommodations fit our needs for us, our daughter and son, daughter in law and two grand daughters. Well appointed and clean. Separate sleeping quarters and baths gave everyone their own space. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary supplies albeit the ice maker not working, no big deal, there was a bag of ice supplied. Great amenities in the development with the condo and the availability of the golf cart was a welcomed bonus. Close to stores and restaurants and easy day trips to Charleston for all it has to offer. A great thankful Thanksgiving weekend.

Home away from home

The Villa was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There was a lovely golf course view from the master bedroom. It was perfect.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped, which is very rare for rentals of this nature. The rooms were spacious which gave everyone the opportunity to enjoy their own space as needed. Pool and tennis courts very accessible and well maintained. I have rented in the area for over 20 years and this is the most impressive house we have stayed in.

Overall nice stay

The villa was beautiful and we loved Wild Dunes. The villa however was not cleaned very well when we arrived. The floors were very sandy and dirty. It appeared the bare minimum was done to prepare the villa for our arrival( when stripping the linens to prepare for our departure we found a dead bug).The golf cart was a great amenity! We never received the code to get us into the villa so we had to contact the owner, who was very quick to respond back to us! We had a great week, just think possibly a new cleaning service should be used.

What a great week!'n

We had a wonderful time at Link Side Villas, #40. It is bright, light and pretty. Molly was a great hostess catering to our every request. Great location and the golf cart made every trip a party.

Great family spot.

This location was a great spot for us. The pool was right across the street so it was very convenient. The golf cart was key for going to the beach (or you could rent bikes). The place had beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys to take along, which was nice since we didn't bring all that stuff along. The Weber grill was great for cooking. The drive into Charleston was easy. Molly was very responsive to an issue with the golf cart tire and had it fixed the next day! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice for getting ready. We would definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing condo in Wild Dunes

Molly was very accommodating during our stay and responded to our minor questions quickly such as determining where the closest grocery store was located. There are several levels to the condo which allow everyone to have their own space. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom with an attached porch and watched several deer walk by our window along the golf course one evening. Our son, his wife and 2 small children stayed in the bedroom with bunk beds. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened-in porch off the kitchen. The open floor plan for the kitchen, dining & living room allowed us to interact easily. The kids swam in the pool which you can see across the street from the condo. We took the golf cart to the beach house area to walk along the ocean 1 day. A neighbor recommended that we drive the car to the beach access area and then have someone go back to drive the golf cart down because cars cannot be parked by the beach house. The next day it was drizzling so we didn't want to take chairs, etc. and just walked to the beach. There are also chairs & umbrellas for rent at the beach. There is a washer-dryer available which is very handy. We stayed the second weekend of May and it was very quiet. We were the only ones at the pool & sometimes on the beach. We found some nice shells including 2 perfect sand dollars which we put in a shadow box for the kids as a remembrance of our great adventure at the Isle of Palms. Also, Charleston is a short drive away and well worth the visit. Lots of history, local hospitality, & wonderful food. I almost forgot to mention that Molly was very prompt with crediting our deposit. Thanks Molly-we really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was perfect!

40 Linkside is a paradise. Our family loved every minute.

There are tennis courts and a pool across the street and it is a short golf cart ride to the beach. We will visit again. Molly is awesome to work with and quick to respond to questions.

Overall a very nice property in a lovely and convient setting within the Wild Dunes Resort.

Convience of having a 4 person golf cart was awesome not to mention a swim pool and tennis courts right outside your front door.Met some very nice owner neighbors and even got invited in for cocktails! There were a few "glitches"( like garage door not operating) but the property owner took care of them asap. MAY return next year and stay longer. Eric and Sue from Philadelphia,Pa

Wonderful!

We stayed here during Thanksgiving to celebrate with other family that traveled to and lives in IoP. There are simply not enough superlatives to describe our stay. The house is lovely, clean, well decorated, and as someone that likes to spend time in the kitchen, extremely well appointed. My cousin's house was about a mile away, and having the golf cart was a great and fun way to make that trek, especially with the kids. My daughter is on her school tennis team, so having the tennis courts across the street to practice was extremely convenient, as were the tennis racquets in the house, since I forgot ours. In summary, we loved our trip and our stay at Molly's house, and we will definitely be coming back here for Thanksgiving next year!

Our family has owned in Linkside Villas for 15 years, and we have shared many great memories in this beautiful area. The beach atmosphere and privacy that Wild Dunes provides, close to historic downtown Charleston, has been a perfect fit and is a 2nd home to us.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Linkside Villas is the perfect blend of quiet golf course and marsh-front secluded setting with access to the private beach at the Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House, including all the amenities. It didn't take long for us to start asking "Why don't we live here?"' every trip back home!
