Vackra soluppgångar från vår balkong. Avskilt hem med 100 meter av strandfronten. Bara 20 minuter från Apalachicola, St. George Island. Carrabelle är en liten fiskeby, du kan chartera en båt för 1/2 dag eller 1 hel dag med bukt eller djuphavsfiske. Surfa fiske från denna fastighet är populär bland barnen och vuxna, även nätning blå krabbor. Den färskaste skaldjur du någonsin kommer att äta är här. Östersjön och skaldjursmarknaden ligger i stan. Offentlig strand med vacker vit sand, grillgrillar och badrum. Apalachicola har många antikaffärer och massor av historiska hem och är hemmet till den första ismaskinen som byggdes. Tates Hell är också tvärs över gatan hemifrån med naturstigar. Du kan ta färjan till Dog Isand för beskjutning och att titta på delfinerna

Great location. Would stay agsin

The house was very clean and roomier than expected. Sunrise/sets beaufitul. A bit of road noise at night but woukd definitely recommend. We enjoyed the deck and beach and exploring surrounding areas. Had a great stay

Quiet and enjoyed the beach

Property was great. Clean and quiet. Seen dolphins playing almost every afternoon, stingrays horseshoe crabs bald eagles flew over often. The water was calm great for my 3 year old granddaughter. Wish I would have booked for a whole week instead of 4 nights.

Great Stay

We loved being right on the water. The home was comfortable and very clean. E could drive in to town or over to Apalachicola easily, or just relax on the beach or deck.

Great Getaway, secluded Old Florida

Carrabelle Beach House Review

Very clean and dog friendly. Beautiful view of the St. George Sound and St. George Island. If visiting in the summer, be sure to bring insect repellent for the bugs, lots of horseflies out this time of year. Shout out to the owner for allowing us to bring our dogs. They loved the beach!

Relaxing - Just what we were looking for

We were looking for a quiet, private, beach front stay for myself, husband and dog. Great surises, beautiful view, and relaxing environment is what we got! Our pup enjoyed the beach!

Great week at the beach

My family had a great Thanksgiving week at the beach. The location to the water was perfect for my two kids and the fact that we could bring our furbaby along too was especially appreciated. House had everything we needed and we loved it!

Great beach property.

We loved our time here. Would definitely recommend bringing all cooking ingredients as there is nothing at the house besides. Salt and pepper. Everything else was wonderful.

Summer Getaway

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful and pristine! We saw dolphins and loved sitting out on the patio. The water is right out back and you are far enough away from neighbors that you never feel like you are interacting with others. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Quiet and comfortable

If you want seclusion and your own private beach, this is it. Saw 1 other person in our 4 day stay. We wanted isolation. Found it. Great place to bring your dogs and just let them romp and explore the sand and water.

Great place to stay & relax

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly & helpful staff. The place was very clean, comfy, shady & relaxing. Has a wonderful view & a cute little beach area. The shallow water is not clear in front of the house due to a creek/river flowing into the bay 1 house down. We seen lots of sting rays, jumping fish, coral, & hermit crabs. Great place for our dogs to enjoy the beach. I would suggest bringing chairs if you would like to sit outside under the deck, there is a table but no chairs. There is one circle web-string swing but that's it. No complaints.

Real Good Time 2023

Overall we loved the location, the beach, and privacy!! Area still in rebuild process from storms 5 years ago but was great for the R&R we were looking for. Home was well stocked and totally fine but in need of some TLC. Internet and TV did not work so that was a little disappointing for evenings and nights in. Will definitely keep on the list for future getaways!

Little getaway

We enjoyed staying here and loved the morning sunrise. There were a few things that disappointed us about the place. I’ll just leave it at that. I don’t know if I would stay again.

Perfect week on the Forgotten Coast!

We loved our time in the beach house and on the "Forgotten Coast". The beach out front was just lovely - shallow, calm, wonderful for walks and for our grade school-aged kids to explore and play safely in. The house was spotless and recently updated. It's got a great cooking kitchen (excellent selection of pots and pans though be prepared to bring/buy ALL of your spices, etc) and we cooked fresh seafood from the market down the road on three different nights. Deck was amazing for coffee, meals, and after-dinner cocktails. Overall, just a perfect experience and we will likely stay again.

Relaxing

The house is wonderful. From the living room and the kitchen, through a wall of windows you can see the water. You can watch the amazing sunrises from the deck with your coffee. It’s only few steps to white sand and water. This is the first time we have been on vacation that our boys never said they were board or ready to go back home. They went fishing everyday and caught plenty of fish. We would definitely stay there again.

Picture Perfect Mother’s Day Getaway

My husband and I had the best 4 day vacation with our two young boys. House was clean and well equipped. The beach was beautiful and clear. During our stay we never saw another person on the beach. It felt like our own little private island. The house is within minutes to local bait shops, grocery and restaurants. We spent one day on St. George which is only about 15 minutes from the house. Overall we loved everything about this house. It was the perfect getaway to rest, unwind and create new memories together as a family. We will be back again soon.

Great Property

We took 5 days for some quiet time with our dog and that's exactly what we got! Location is very quiet. We had the beach to ourselves. Home was very clean. Front porch is wonderful to sit and relax over the water. It was apparently horseshoe crab mating season and they were everywhere. We had a young black bear visit one night. He climbed the tree right by the house. He was a beauty! We didn't venture off. Mostly cooked in. Had a few rainy days, but had a wonderful stay regardless! Would love to head back again soon.
