Det stora sovrummet har en hög katedral tak med takfönster en mycket bekväm king size-säng, platt-TV och master bad med jacuzzi. Våra andra 3 sovrum har alla queen size-sängar. Plus en queen size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Detta hus sover bekvämt upp till 10 personer.
Tvättstugan är fullt utrustad med en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla apparater har uppgraderats, och huset är nyligen möblerat. Vi hyr bara till 25 och äldre och rabatt inte priserna. Inga husdjur, rökning eller husfester.

Friends Annual Get-Together

This house was perfect for our group of four senior friends from college days. The accommodations were nicely furnished and decorated, kitchen well equipped and plenty of space for us to each have our own bedroom. It was easy to get to downtown Greenville and enjoy the things to do and see. Mostly we spent time in the house just catching up and enjoying two excellent restaurants in the city. No one could think of anything to critique.

Wedding Weekend

Everything was perfect! The home itself is beautiful and even had accommodations for my 8 month old daughter. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. It was the perfect place for us, our best man, and matron of honor. We will definitely book again if we need lodging in the area!

Great stay!!! The property manager was very helpful. Appreciated Ginger's prompt response to questions. Wonderful property. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Enjoyed the fresh eggs each morning and the great picture windows to watch the birds and squirrels.

Charming with a fairytale back yard

We had a very enjoyable stay. The pictures online could not begin to capture the backyard. It is so pretty, charming, fun, and like a fairytale. Huge window looking out to the backyard from the dining room was a big hit for us. Host was exceptional to work with. Great communication. Easy checking and checkout process. Book your stay today!

Wonderful Home Wonderful Host

Great host, beautiful well appointed home, incredibly clean comfortable and suitable for dining in. The backyard flowers and bird watching is spectacular. Very short drive to downtown greenville. The host was exceedingly kind, gracious and attentive. I recommend this home without any reservation.

Our group of 7 was very comfortable

The house is nice and clean. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds out the huge picture window. Trees were lovely this time of year. Couch is comfortable and coffee was great!

Convenient and Great Host

My family stayed in Greenville for a wedding . The Host clearly went out of his way to make the stay great. The dining room has two large tables that worked well for us with a large picture windows to a garden filled with birds and chipmunks. Water pressure in the master bath is low but certainly usable. Location was great being no more than 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do in Greenville and near major roads, The house itself is on a quiet backstreet.

Southern Charm

We stayed here for an extended weekend to attend a family event. Our group of 8 adults were taken in by the charm and comfort of this perfectly situated home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the back porch and yard were very welcoming and the location was close to shopping and major highways. We would gladly give this rental our highest recommendation!

Great house for a large group

The location of this clean and comfortable home is perfect for enjoying downtown and not too far from Furman University. We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation, and the house fit our needs perfectly. We had a large group of adults including grandparents! The garden and chickens out back were a bonus!

Great Home

We had a fantastic stay in this home. We had a large party and the house had plenty of room to accommodate our large group! It is decorated beautifully and is very clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we have no complaints about the property! We would rent this home again without hesitation if going back to Greenville SC with a large group!

We stay at the house when it is not being used by guests, as we love living in the area and being able to go to the bars, restaurants and shops in Downtown. Walking around Falls Park on an autumn day followed by a glass of wine at Sip is one of our favorite things to do - it doesn't get much better than that!

We hope that guests will enjoy our home and the city we live in as much as we do.
