Great apartment located in a very quiet area of the town of Los Cristianos.
It has an area of 60 m2. It has 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. From the living room you can access a very large terrace decorated with outdoor furniture. The apartment also has a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, it is located between Los Cristianos and Las Vistas, just a 10-minute walk away (attention, the apartment is located in the upper part of Los Cristianos, there is a up hill to access to the apartment or you take the 124 stairs ), you can access the town old de los Cristianos where there are all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants. In the promenade area there are also many leisure and restaurant venues with beautiful views of Los Cristianos Beach.
The town of Los Cristianos is a beautiful fishing town located in the south of the island, where you will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation, walk at sunset along its large promenade, take a swim in the well-known Playa de Las Vistas, Sit on a terrace to eat some delicious tapas, a delicious fish with mojo and don't forget to order the always surprising Canarian potatoes. You can have all this accompanied almost 365 days a year with radiant sun and an enviable temperature typical of the Canary Islands.

Sunny apartment

Wonderful relaxing view of the harbour from the terrace. Use of swimming pool area. Comfortable beds. Strong wi-fi signal and English tv channels. Excellent washing machine in bathroom with power shower. Quality fittings throughout. Well-stocked supermarket nearby.

Better with improvements

Good at the accommodation. There were wonderful views from the roof deck. The floor of the apartment had plastic laminate in good condition. The paint on the walls and ceiling was fine. The sofa and bed were good. New, sufficiently powerful modem router. Peaceful. Messages were responded to quickly. Shortcomings of the accommodation. We came at night. To my surprise, the taxi could not go to the street where the key box was said to be, because it was just walking street. I went in the direction the taxi pointed to get the key locker. I had to ask a local for advice on the location of the address on a dim pedestrian street. I found the key cabinet. I didn't see anything about the number roll in the key cabinet at first. With the light of my cell phone I saw something, but were they numbers or what. Then I finally succeeded. I got a bunch of four keys. The taxi then took us to the accommodation. First we had to figure out which key was the key to the bottom door. Then you wanted to believe it was over when there were two locks on the door of the apartment. What were their keys? It appeared that one lock opened clockwise and the other counter-clockwise. We finally got inside a little after midnight. There wasn't even a splash of drinking water as an income package. In the morning, about 400 m as the crow flies, we found a small shop where we could get water. It was a painfully steep hill to get back from there. The restaurants were also further down the beach. Gillade: Kommunikation och annonsens riktighet

Een appartement met een prachtig zonneterras.

We hadden een fijn verblijf. De ligging is wel negatief. Het is heel veel klimmen of trappen doen alvorens je er uiteindelijk bent.

Super Urlaub mit toller Aussicht

Das Appartement hat einen wahnsinnigen Ausblick auf den Hafen von Los Cristianos! Auch gehört ein Pool mit zur Anlage welcher in einem top Zustand ist. Appartement selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Zum Supermarkt (Mercadona) sind es ca 15 Gehminuten und zum Strand ca 10 Minuten (Treppen).

A basic appartment with a beautiful view.

Disappointing – our initial first impressions on entering the apartment. The patio curtains were hanging off the rail in sections and grubby. The patio lock was broken. Having opened the patio door the first outside area wooden rail was noticeable old and weather worn. The main outside patio area metal rails were rusted/required painting and one rail section had totally rotten away. The garden bench and chairs were again old and rusty. The bedroom ceiling/entrance light had exposed wires up to the ceiling. There was one wine glass, no place mats/coasters. The entrance door was old and scruffy did not fit correctly. You could see daylight from the inside and hear the wind blowing and did not inspire confidence. This apartment lacked basic attention to deal and TLC. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Nice property

Nice property although we basically only used it to sleep in The apartment block Cactus II is kept clean and the pool area is clean and well looked after, although the pool was colder than the sea Cooking facilities looked ok and well stocked with utencils Bit of a climb with groceries if you cook at the apartment from the nearest supermarket If you are not very mobile you would probably have to use taxi's to get to and from the property as it is a bit of a climb from the town but there are plenty of ways down with lots of steps The apartment is in a residential block so there are no other facilities Overall we really enjoyed our stay The only thing I would say is that there is a safe in the apartment but it is apparantly only for the use of the owner as it is a key only, other properties we have stopped in have a safe that the key code can be changed, so you have to either carry evrything with you or hide things in the apartment neither is ideal. Other than that it is a nice apartment with a nice view with its own step exersiser to and from the town built in
