Ocean Block Single Family Home - 16a Dickinson

Vackra havet block enfamiljshus. Tre sovrum med nya kung- och drottningssängar. Fantastisk utsikt över havet och bukten (steg till båda).

Underbar strandkänsla med 20 fot tak i A-ram på andra våningen och inre av naturligt trä. Den stora öppna andra våningen är bra för att bara koppla av eller umgås med en grupp människor. Stort nytt kök med två kylskåp och alla redskap. Vacker ny vedeldad spis. WiFi-åtkomst, smart-tv och digital kabel.

Köket öppnar till ett andra våningsdäck med fantastisk utsikt över havet och bukten. Stort bakre däck idealiskt för möten eller bara sola.

Första våningen innehåller tre sovrum (nya drottningssängar) och två fulla bad. Stora sovrummet har king size-säng, uppdaterat (2018) privat badrum och en sovförlängning med en drottning, våningssängar och rulla.

Rymlig utomhusdusch under bakdäck. Gott om förvaring för jetski, kajaker, surfbrädor och fiskestänger.

Christmas Dinner

The place was great. We needed somewhere open to host Christmas dinner for 20 people and family members meeting before our wedding. Kitchen was stocked wonderfully, the beds were amazing, and the hot tub was clean. The host was excellent and very fast with any communication needs. Would use this place againhostevanescence

Wonderful Week!

My wife and I enjoyed evening fires in the wood burning fireplace, morning moments (and a couple late nights!) in the hot tub, and walks on the beach. The location was incredible! Just a half block from the ocean pathway to the beach. The views of the sunrise and sunsets from the kitchen and dining area were beautiful! The grill on the back deck was new, as was the kitchen sink and live room couches & chairs. We had such a nice relaxing week. We hope to book another week later this year. Thank you!

Great annual vaca

We love the location! The house is perfect for our family. Our hosts respond to any issues or question with in minutes. It is just a perfect get away for our family to end our summer.

Amazing place & location

Greatly enjoyed coming here for Doodles in Dewey and can't wait to return again. The location next to the beach, outdoor spaces, and hottub were super enjoyable.

Lovely place to stay

The house is lovely. Kitchen was well appointed. Two decks with beautiful views. Very comfy. Easy walk to the beach and many other places in Dewey. I would love to return.

Fun time at the beach

Kids loved the theme of the house, loved the setup. Host was communicative throughout the visit. No issues with any of the utilities at the house. Would love to return again next year if possible.

The house has a great location, close to beach access. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. Tons of spacious room. The Hottub could use a good clean, it was a little grimy.

Excellent location!

Just a few houses away from the beach access! We could head to the beach in the morning, go home for lunch, and head back to the beach after! We had a great stay at this location.

June Beach Trip

Great location

This property is in a great location—truly 1 block from the beach and a few short blocks to Rudder and the main drag in Dewey. House has what is needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus that it was pet friendly!

Great stay

We were looking for a last minute getaway while the kids were in spring break. It wasn’t exactly swimming weather but it was still great to be able to walk to the beach and hang out. The house was great as well. The kids loved it. Thank you.

Family get away.

The property was clean and the new hot tub was awesome. The kitchen had all the cooking pots and utensils we need for our meals. We love the house's proximity to the ocean. It is our second year staying and we will be back.

We are native Delawareans and love the beach and have been going all our life. We have three boys, ages 22, 18 and 14 and love the ocean. Also a French Bulldog names Tupelo.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This place is fabulous for all - kids, adults, etc. with lots of open air restaurants and bars within walking distance. Jolly Trolley can take you into Rehoboth in season. The bay and ocean are beautiful.

Huge open kitchen/FR area that is wonderful for entertaining or hanging out. Awesome views to both ocean and bay. Super close to ocean...easy back and forth. Brand new queen bed in master and new full beds in the other two bedrooms. New central air conditioning in 2020. Many restaurants walkable. During the summer, family friendly activities like movies on beach Mon nights, Volleyball Tues nights and bonfires Wed nights.
