I stayed at this property for two nights with my dog. I hadnât specified my check-in time but arrived around 7 p.m., which should have been fine since the check-in window is from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. However, I found out that the Diving Club down the road, where you need to pick up the key, was already closed at 7 p.m. I received instructions about the check-in process around that time, but unfortunately, the key wasnât left in the room as promised. I had to wait with my dog for about 30 minutes before I was able to get into the room. The room itself was okay overall. However, the carpet had a strong odor and visible stains, which made it uncomfortable to take my shoes off. Since the room was pet-friendly, I understand some wear and tear is expected, but the smell of urine and dampness was quite unpleasant.Additionally, I saw a large cockroach run out from under the bed during my stay. That was not a pleasant experience. The furniture felt dated and stained, which added to the overall feeling of discomfort. On the positive side, the bathroom and kitchen were clean and had all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated that there was an elevator, which was very convenient, and parking was easy and accessible.Another point of concern was that there were no lights on the first floor, which made it feel unsafe to walk to the room in the dark.Overall, while the location is nice, my experience could have been much better with more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
