Beautiful Home

My In-laws and us stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The unit was decorated very well. It was quiet and we enjoyed the use of the pool as well. Renting was very easy and we would return.

Beautiful, great location, and not over crowded '

The condo looks exactly like the photos! Well stocked kitchen perfect location... the pool was a little small but we never needed it.. the water and weather at the beach was perfect ! We can't wait till next year.

This property was great! It was located near everything. The walk to the beach was less than 2 mins.

The property was spacious it was a great size to accommodate my family. The pics does no justice for this property. Though there were minor things that need to be worked on the overall experience was great.

A real gem and a perfect 10!

Tastefully decorated beach theme, spacious and all the amenities you need to enjoy a family getaway! This ranks #1 in cleanliness and welcoming condo. three full bedrooms, master had amazing views with patio access and even has a must see Murphy bed for kids or another couple! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the stay. Condo was nice. Had all the things to make it home for a week. Parking and elevator traffic was light maybe because of Covid virus. Only thing, frigerator was not cold enough.

Beautiful Location

We were amazed at the condo. Beautifully furnished and very large accommodations. The only thing that may hinder us from using this location again is having to park our motorcycles across the street in an unsecured location. Other than that, the accommodations were perfect and beautiful. Loved the extra large master bedroom and bath.

Beautiful Room!

The room was amazing! Clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious! My family and I loved it! The Murphy bed is such a cool idea too! I was worried about the pool being a little small, but it was not crowded the whole time we were there! It was great! Of course parking across the street isn't ideal, but it wasn't bad at all.

We felt like this unit is definitely in need of upgrades, maintenance and general TLC. The issues we saw were:*Walls and base boards very dinged up*Rusty shelf in master shower*Very generic shower in master compared to second shower*No pantry*No screen in living area sliding door*Screen in master door ripped and has tape on*Sand in sheets in Murphy bed *Chairs and pillows in living room very stained*Only one tv is internet capable *Kitchen trash can needs replaced, especially when it’s the first thing you see walking in unit*No hand towel rack in either bathroom*Very inconvenient parking*Mold in both bathroom/shower ceilings*No stoppers work in either bathroom sink*Inadequate utensils/lids in kitchen *Several light bulbs not working *Master bed needs replaced, always sink to the middle *No cords provided for dvd player in bedroom Over the last few years we have stayed at several condos in Florida and Alabama. For the price that is charged for a one week stay this unit was by far the most underwhelming and disappointing.

Gorgeous property

Property looks just like the pictures. The view is breath taking. The property management company is very responsive. Only constructive feedback is we were not given the code to get into the building so we had to call for that and the TV's in all the rooms except the master room where not intuitive to use. There were no instructions given otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

Nice Stay

This unit was nice. This was our second time staying in this condominium. There were a few minor things wrong like not being able to connect the living room tv to cable. The jets in the tub in the master shot out dirt particles. We had to go to Walmart to get a light bulb for the balcony in order to sit out at night. Also with Real Joy you’re supposed to be able to rent unlimited movies but the kiosk turned off?? But other than that. Nice stay.
