Gå ut på baksidan av strandhuset, till en tvärgående promenad direkt till stranden. En gång på stranden och du behöver något eller vill återvända till huset, super lätt och snabbt. Gemensam pool för 6-8 hus på sjön. Strandhus utformat för familjen med ett stort öppet område för matsal, allrum, med en trevlig alkov bar område med inbyggd ismaskin. 4 bilparkering på betong uppfart. Grill, gunga, picknickbord för utomhusunderhållning. Vacker wrap-around veranda med massiva trä gungstolar och gott om sittplatser. En sida skärmad in, två andra sidor öppna men skyddade med stort överhängtak för att skydda mot solen.

Awesome home

Everyone had a great time staying here. Kitchen was well stocked to feed the family of 7. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to walk to the beach and having access to a beach cart made it so easy. This was the families favorite house and we will look to stay again next year.

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic with public beach access across the street, and the close community pool. A market, stores, ice cream and restaurants were a few miles away. It was perfect for our extended family with young kids to adults. The owner had great communication. We can’t wait to come back.

Nags Head fall 2023

Very nice house with exceptional amenities. Great location. The weather was not as kind to us this year. Only one sunny day so we did get to use the pool or even be on the beach much. It was too windy to even sit on the porch most of the week. The house is so comfortably decorated we found ways to entertain ourselves inside. Good lighting, plenty of seats and well stocked kitchen. The master bath on the first floor is a dream. Really really like the new decking and steps! The view was great from upper deck.

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed the Outer Banks. I don't know if we will ever be able to return, but I would gladly stay in this house again if we do! The house was comfortable, the location is great, and the owner was easy to work with.

Everything we could have asked for

This house was perfect for our three families. Both the adults and kids had plenty of space and the open downstairs kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for us all to be together. We had regular communication with the property manager before check in and the house was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect for everyone since it was so close to the public beach access and the community pool was a life saver for the kids during days when there was no swimming at the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better house and we are already talking about staying here again in the future.

Family Unity

We have been going to the Outer Banks for 40 years and this house is by far our favorite. Open the Master Suite curtain in the morning and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Sit on the wrap around porch and choose your level of light and breeze for any time of day. The owner has thought of everything at this property and if you have a concern he is extremely easy to contact and work with.

Wonderful location

Wonderful location right across from public access to beach. Layout and number of bed & baths was perfect for our family. 2 families with children and 1 adult. Communication was awesome. We would definitely come back.

The only place to stay

The house is clean and comfy. There is enough room to be together but not be on top of each other. This is the second time I have stayed at this home and will stay here again when in Nags Head.

This was our 2nd year staying here and we really enjoyed it great location and updates are really nice especially the 2nd floor balcony looking over the ocean we actually saw dolphins one morning host is really nice and gets back in touch quickly would highly recommend

After-Thanksgiving Womens Adventure

Great house, helpful owner, great location! Our only concern was that it was advertised as sleeping 12 and the ten of us couldn’t sleep comfortably. We’re all seniors. Luckily we brought along an air mattress.

Great Getaway

If I could give this place 10 stars for communication, I would. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the lights and the property manager responded to my question within about 30 seconds. Great place and really close to the beach. Highly recommend!

This community has high building standards so the homes are all kept up and I liked the house being on a cul de sac with a community pool servicing our few houses.

I like the layout with the Master Bedroom Suite being on the first level and the open concept of the first level so family and friends get a sense of togetherness. I love the wrap around porch with overhanging roof. There is always a way to go outside, and be protected from the wind, rain, or sun.
