Detta 5 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum, 3 nivÄ stranden hem ligger i Dolphin Run vid Village of Nags Head som inkluderar tillgÄng till Village Beach Club, Private Community Club House med restaurang och olympisk storlek Oceanfront Pool, Tennisbanor, privat strandparkering och tillgÄng under sÀsongen. HuvudnivÄn Àr öppen med havsutsikt med eldstad i familjerummet och extra stort matbord för 10. Sandbar har sin egen privata badtunna och Àr husdjursvÀnlig. Fantastic location. Two love seats were good but the 2 recliners are not in good shape. Bedrooms were great. Wonderful kitchen. I would stay there again

Our stay at the “Sandbar” was perfect and exceeded expectations. This house has it all! The sandbar comes well stocked with EVERYTHING including beach toys, bikes for outdoor activities, to inside essentials like baby gates, high chair, booster seat, crock pot, air fryer. The house is updated with great TV setups for entertainment. The rooms & bathrooms are spacious and CLEAN. The beach is just a short walk away. outside the the is perfect with plenty of room for little ones to play on. The property is a short walk to the club house and pool as well!

We have stayed at several beach houses in OBX. This is the best. The three floor layout was perfect for our families and the pool access was a hit with the children.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for 3 generations of family and friends. We loved the layout. The location was excellent for us and the beach club pool was a great plus. We arrived before the check-in time and just hung out at the pool until it was time. The house is well-furnished and maintained. Everyone wants to come back next year!

House was very nice. Really liked the giant model sailboat and the second refrigerator. There were two negative. The ice maker in the main refrigerator doesn't work. Had to buy bags of ice. Also, one of the recliners in the living area opens but is extremely difficult/almost impossible to close. Overall a good stay.

We love Charles and his beautiful home. We have chosen his house the past 4 or 5 years. It works perfect for our family - me, my sister, my daughter and the 7 grandchildren. Everything we need is available and it couldn't be more perfect for us. The house if filled with all necessary and needed items and is in a perfect location. Working with Charles is always easy, professional and yet friendly and kind. we will be back again next year.

We had another awesome stay at The Sandbar Life! It's such a great house and the location is perfect. Charles has the house stocked with everything you need and he is always a quick text away in the event you need to get in touch. Highly recommend!

OBX vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The only downside was that the close beach access was under construction and closed so had to drive to beach access.

OBX family trip

We had a great family trip to Nags Head. Convenient location for beach access, grocery stores and restaurants. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub at the house. Beach access was right across the street and was newly constructed with bathrooms.

Outer banks getaway

The house was fantastic. Location is amazing, beach access a 3 minute walk, close to all of the stores (Food Lion, Food Market, Duck Donuts!). Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will look to stay there again for sure!

Great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was perfect for our family and it had all the amenities we needed. With parking at the beach, access to the beach was simple and easy. Excellent Property

The house is fantastic. The main living area, master bedroom and bathroom are updated, modern and clean. The beach access within a couple of minutes walk and there are multiple excellent restaurants within a short drive. I'll definitely rent this property again in the future.
