Lyxig ski-in, ski-out lägenhet i Les Arcs 1950, sova upp till 10

3 sovrum 95m2 lyxig duplexlägenhet på byggnadens översta våning, med 1 x dubbel, 1 x tvåbäddsrum och 1 x trippelrum. Sover upp till 7-10 (7 i vanliga sängar plus bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng och en extra hopfällbar säng). Stort vardagsrum med öppen spis, separat matplats med stort bord 10+, öppet kök. Två badrum (1 badrum, 1 duschrum) + separat toalett.

Les Arcs 1950 är en bilfri ski-in-skidby i hög höjd i det stora skidområdet Paradiski. Byn har ett pulserande utbud av restauranger, barer och butiker. Sätt dina skidor utanför dörren så att pisten går genom byn på vintern, eller hyr mountainbikes och utforska cykelparken på sommaren. Det finns en rad underhållning som ligger i byn under både vinter- och sommarsäsonger.

Lägenheten är välutrustad med bekväma sängar, soffor och fåtöljer, ett stort matbord och kök med spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Det finns en stor widescreen-TV, Xbox och Sonos musiksystem för att hålla dig underhållen. Bostaden har en 24-timmarsreception (antingen i själva byggnaden eller i en angränsande), och lägenheten erbjuds med sängkläder, handdukar, badrockar och regelbunden rengöring ingår.

Det finns en utomhuspool och bubbelpool och inomhusbastu i byggnaden. Gästerna har också tillgång till en inomhus-utomhuspool i en intilliggande byggnad. Det finns också ett spa i byn som erbjuder en rad (betalda) behandlingar.

Skidskolan möts precis utanför ytterdörren för enkel familjesemester, med skiduthyrningsbutiker bara några meter bort. Det finns två privata skidskåp för att hålla din skidutrustning i, och du är bara några varv från huvudpisten.

Livsmedelsbutiker inkluderar en välfylld mataffär, bageri, butik med bergprodukter och sötbutik. Utöver en mängd olika restauranger och barer i byn finns det även kläder och presentbutiker.

Parkering finns (mot en extra kostnad) i den underjordiska parkeringen under byn. Det finns delade tvättmaskiner tillgängliga i källaren.

Family skiing holiday

Nice apartment in great location. Lovely living area with plenty of relaxing / eating space. 3 good bedrooms (though could do with better storage space for clothes) and 3 bathrooms so worked well for 2 families. Great newly fitted out boot room and straight out onto the "piste" in the middle of 1950.

Great location, wonderful apartment

We are a group of 7 adults and the apartment is perfect for us with 3 bathrooms and ample living space. Recently refurbished, clean and quiet yet conveniently located as ski-in ski-out at 1950 with a well-stocked supermarket downstairs, adjacent to the free cabriolet that runs till beyond 11pm that takes you to les arcs 2000 within minutes. We appreciate the sauna and jacuzzi in the building that relax the muscles after a day of skiing. Lift landing to the apartment entrance, which opens to a staircase to the living area one floor up. Slanting roof in a some rooms so tall people might need to mind your head when getting in/out of bed. The starter pack of shampoo and toilet paper included is appreciated and you can easily restock at the supermarket.10am check-out and 5pm check-in but baggage locker in the building allows you to maximise your skiing time before check-in and after checkout. Andrew the owner is very quick at answering our enquiries. Overall a very enjoyable stay and experience!!

Great location - very nice apartment

We arrived in the evening having had a long drive (very slow from Chambery).. There is direct access from the car park to the property - which is good with ski baggage etc. Check in was easy and quick. The property is on the thrid floors - good lift access etc. The apartment is accessed by quite a steep set of stairs. The entrance area is great for ski jackets, shoes etc. The apartment itself is lovely - nicely decorated three good sized bedrooms - two bathrooms and an ensuite - good comfortable living area - nice views from the balcony. The apartment is centrally located so easy access to the 1950 shops and to the slopes. Probably the most comfortable ski location I have visited!. Great communication from the owner.

Perfect stay

We were a party of 6 adults and the property was perfect for us. Well equipped, spacious and comfortably furnished. Good WiFi. Wine fridge. XBox. Well placed for supermarket and bakery. Easily accessible heated ski lockers. A really happy week.

Delighted London family

We spent a delightful week in this property in Les Arcs 1950 which sits in the heart of this dynamic resort, a stones throw from the incredible supermarket and in striking distance from the ski schools and most importantly excellent slopes. The property is exceptional - it's so rare to find a comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with ample living space, a well equipped kitchen and full of home comforts. I really cannot fault this property and we are already planning our next trip!

La montagne le confort en plus...

Magnifiques prestations ***** qui nous a permis d’oublier le COVID et de profiter de la montagne dans une station fermée. Partis à 5 avec 3 enfants de 8 à 19 ans tout le monde avait son espace et son intimité et pouvait se retrouver dans un grand salon parfaitement équipé au coin du feu... Les 3 salles de bains (inimaginable en montagne) était un plus appréciable ( et oui 3 filles quand même ;-)). Une literie impeccable et confortable nous a permis de nous ressourcer en ces temps difficiles. What else ? À recommander

The best apartment in the best ski resort

This beautiful three bed apartment was our home for a week skiing. The resort is set up for ease if travel and an authentic savoire mountain experience. the owner toldnus everything we needed to know in advance. Underground parking was easy with a lift straight to our door. , Reception staff were attentive and the apartment was clean, beautifully furnished soo comfortable and well equipped with brearh taking mountain views. The apartment is certainly bigger than it appears in the photos. A bakery and well stocked supermarket on our door step and ski in to the apartment. We were really spoiled. Restaurants were varied and catered for vegetarians with some vegan options, apres and live music was the best fun and we will certainly come back to enjoy this wonderful residence again. The skiing and connectivity of les arc resorts and la plagne was the best we've experienced in 20 years of skiing. Will look forward to staying at this luxury apartment again. Thank you!

Très bon sejour

Super appartement pour 8/10 personnes. Très bien placé. Le propriétaire est super disponible pour toute question. Excellent séjour. Tout petit bémol : une des chambres n'est pas très bien isolée et en cas de tempête, la température baisse fortement. Sinon tout était top !

Wonderful apartment - Memorable Stay.

Spacious, well appointed apartment in a perfect location. It just can't get any better!! Our family have stayed in Les Arcs 1950 for the past 4 years and this has been the best apartment by far! It has a homely feel and after a little apre ski , we looked forward to spending the evening in the apartment , in front of the lovely roaring fire, playing games & just enjoying family time. The highlight of the stay was on New Years Eve, from the apartment balcony, we had a birds eye view of the fireworks from Les Arcs 2000, SPECTACULAR! Andrew - we will be back, if you will have us !

Excellent apartment

We loved staying in Andrew's apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. The accommodation was perfect for our party of six people. The ensuite bedroom was large with an interesting shaped roof on which you can bang your head if not attentive! This bedroom was completely separated from other bedrooms and bathroom and therefore ideal for two families. The apartment was very quiet and really convenient for the supermarket, boulangerie, ski hire and other shops. It is ski in/ski out and the ski school meets immediately outside the apartment. We made use of the Huski meal delivery service which worked well for us but the supermarket is also very well stocked. We enjoyed using the sauna and outdoor pool and jacuzzi in the apartment block. Les Arcs 1950 is very attractive day and night and an ideal location for a memorable ski holiday. Andrew the apartment owner is very helpful and answered all our enquiries very speedily as did the staff on reception. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.
