Bekväm och rymlig familjesemester har gas centralvärme via en combi panna. Detta välutrustade hus ligger strax utanför centrum, parkerar bilarna och du behöver inte använda dem igen. Vardagsrummet är på framsidan av fastigheten med öppna trappa upp till övervåningen som delar detta från matsalen bakom. Stort välutrustat kök, (Häll, Ugn, Diskmaskin, Kyl Frys, Tvättmaskin, Vattenkokare, Mikrovågsugn, Brödrost och alla tallrikar, kastruller och kokkärl). Nedgången trappa och liten vinterträdgård i innergården

Just the job!

Cromer is lovely and this could not be any better for location and parking...Clean and tidy...seems to have everything you need...good close amenities..loads to see and do local or other..Beds clean and comfy...cosy frontroom...kitchen etc good.Small secure garden...needs a little TLC..due to winter..Small downstairs loo..which was very handy..saved going up n downstairs...A traditional property we enjoyed our stay and would go again...Good Communication with owner..

Holiday home

My patner and i stayed along with our 3 children who are 12, 15 and 17. Very close to the beach and Cromer is virtually on your doorstep, the house has everything you need for a stay away from home and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Holiday stay.

This property was in an ideal location. We stayed for the week with friends and it was really nice. Very close to the main shopping centre and beach. Will definitely stay at this property again

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay, our second stay in this house in fact. It has a real homely comfort feeling - everything you need for a family holiday and short walk to the beach and shops. Would have liked some spare bedding and for the garden to be tidier but overall really enjoyed our stay

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Very close to all amenities. Had all the kitchen wear we needed for a busy family holiday. Enough space for three generations to live together but also have time apart.

Cromer Family Holiday 2023

House was situated in a great place .Close to beach shops and take away . We all had a great time,rained at night so didn’t spoil holiday . Would recommend it to friends. Only complaint was The paint work looked abit tired and was a stain by carpet in dining room ..

Cromer Revisited

Good, clean, well-located property, which completely met our needs. We took an aging relative back to Cromer to visit again the places she had been to as a younger person. The home provided all the amenities we needed, and more, with lovely convenience to the town centre. Communications with the property manager were completely efficient and friendly. Good value for money, noting this is not a brand new house and the fixtures and fittings are not luxury, but very functional. We would not hesitate to return.

Property itself was fine but I'm assuming the cleaners are heavy smokers as it took 2 days with windows open for the smell of smoke to fade

The 3 Cs - Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.

Bright and attractively laid out and furnished. All rooms very clean and comfy beds. Lots of kitchen equipment available. Because we were there for the Folk on the Pier festival, it was a very short walk to the pier and because of the private parking space, no need at all to use the car for our long weekend. We could well be back!

Cromer holiday home not what I expected

Did not realise property was straight on the main road Property was not very clean bathroom and kitchen in particular. Cobwebs everywhere. Beds were clean and comfortable. Certainly wasn’t worth what we paid for

Enjoyable weekend

The courtyard which is very small had lots of autumn leaves patio table and chairs needed cleaning. Shame it could be made to look lovely. Good to have a dishwasher but in view of this more mugs needed as there was 5 of us . I would have liked some cleaning liquids for kitchen. A New veg peeler needed otherwise well equipped.

Great house in the middle of all you want!

Well equipped home, great size for our family of 5 (and dog), had everything we needed. The only one negative, no towels are provided. Location wise, couldn't be better. 3 min walk to the town and 5 mins to beach. Lots of fabulous walks on the doorstep. Beautiful views from the cliffs in Cromer, by the lighthouse. We stumbled across a fabulous pub called the Fishing Boat in East Runton. Very reasonable, very dog friendly, free pool and darts and a real fire! A real great find. Wells Next The Sea is beautiful place to visit, fish and chips in the harbour were delicious! All in all, a really great place for a holiday and would highly recommend staying at this house.

Great location

The house is in a great location, is spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. The owner David was very accommodating and allowed us in early as it was raining and we had arrived in Cromer. The beds were made up and were clean. The property decor is very tired and needed a good tidy up of paintwork. The property also needed a thorough clean as there were numerous spiders and cobwebs, smelly plug holes, dishwasher and washing machine (mainly because the doors were permanently closed). I feel that whoever is cleaning it is not a professional cleaner and could do much better. We were also concerned about all the extension leads throughout the property due to the lack of sockets. The courtyard needed some attention as did the outside windows and doors. We put the above to one side so as not to ruin our holiday but the money we paid warranted a cleaner and better maintained property. David was wonderful when I contacted him.

Great location

We stayed in David's house in Cromer for 3 nights and it was great. There was 2 adults,and 4 teenagers and it was plenty big enough.It is literally a 5 mins walk to the town and beach.There are lots of places to eat and drink and a lovely little cinema. You really don't need a car but there are lots of lovely places to see if you do have one.Will definitely stay again.

Good location

Well equipped property. Husband on crutches but all good in the property. Stairs perfect for us. Walk down to the front a bit hazardous for him with all the busy roads to cross. Morrisons an asset for snacks.

Very happy experience

Super position close to beach, pier and shops. Parked the car and walked!! Doggy Diner in Cromer just a hilarious experience for dog owners. Would happily return.

I bought this home because my family and me just love to holiday in Cromer. The house is set up so you can just walk in and live comfortably.

I wanted an open plan house that had a feeling of space and a dinning area where we can have family dinners. This house has it all.
When I stay I park the car and it does not move until its time to leave. Everything is within walking distance, its great.
