Beach house nÀstan pÄ havet, inom 3 sekunder Àr du pÄ stranden. Huset passar vÀnner, familjer, morförÀldrar, barn frÄn unga till tonÄring. Det har havsutsikt, öppen spis för de vinternÀtter, biografrum, spelrum, nÄgot för alla. Den Àr idealiskt positionerad.

Det passar barn i alla Äldrar, inklusive tonÄringar eftersom det finns sÄ mycket utrymme. Huset har ett biografrum, spelrum och pÄ mindre Àn 3 sekunder Àr du pÄ stranden.

Havsutsikten Àr fantastisk, sÀrskilt solnedgÄngarna. Vi har en frÀmre och bakre trÀdgÄrd som lockar solen. En grillfest för de soliga dagarna med utsida bord och stolar. Det Àr ett perfekt flerfamiljshus.

Spelrummet inklusive bordtennisbord, fotbollsbord och dartbrÀda. Vi har en nÀtboll / SurfbrÀdor. Biografrummet har Netflix, alltid en bra ursÀkt för att se en bra film.

Placeringen av huset ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd till East Wittering, som har utsökta kaféer och restauranger. Samt nÀra till stormarknaderna. Det finns en hÀrlig fiskeskur som sÀljer nyfÄngad fisk till ett fyndpris. Vi Àr pÄ stranden, och ganska mycket irrelevanta av tiden pÄ Äret alla ler. Vandra / springa pÄ stranden Àr alltid en underbar.


Kollektivtrafik Àr bra. Det finns ett tÄg till Chichester, som lÀmnar frÄn Victoria, tar 1,5 timmar. Du kan sedan ta en buss frÄn utsidan av stationen, bussnummer 52 och 53 som tar dig till botten av Joliffe Road. Huset ligger i slutet av Joliffe Road, första huset pÄ höger sida.


Bra restauranger, kaféer. Segling, surfing, kitesurfing, paddla boarding, (inklusive hyra i högsÀsong) plus andra mÄnga aktiviteter. Kommer att förklara i ytterligare detaljer om du hyr vÄr fastighet.

Great position, next to an excellent beach.

The accommodation sleeps 12 and there is loads-of room inside so everyone can spread out if they want with the garage being particularly enticing for the sports people. The front room and kitchen are also a very good size so you can all meet together if required.

Wonderful stay with family of all ages. House facilities meant it was easy to keep everyone entertained despite the rather variable weather. Definitely recommended.

Lovely big holiday house right on the beach

Our 2nd stay at Spindrift and it was as lovely as before. Fabulous house for teens, so close to the beach and generously supplied with every sport/game/ kitchen item you could imagine. Loads of hot water whenever we needed it. Owner was super-helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Fabulous Family Celebration

The house is amazing and suited all our families needs from 76 to 2. The house is so well equipped and beautiful decorated. The younger of our group had fun playing basketball and we’re brave enough to use the wet suits provided , the rest us enjoyed the sea front walks . There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and eat together! We celebrated my parents 50 th and made some wonderful memories! Pippa was so helpful in suggesting we’re to and the property information was so helpful. Highly recommend- We had a ball !

Superb

This property is superb and lovely being so close to the beach. The photos on the website don't do it justice and it is much bigger than the photos suggest. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing a break by the sea.

Really lovely house so spacious and well stocked with everything you would need for a trip to the beach. The location is amazing. The place is so restful and relaxing. We have had the most amazing weekend.

The mega weekend.

Spendthrift was everything we could have wanted in a large family house. Quite a maze of never ending rooms and enough to sleep 12 of us ,with 5 more coming for the day! The house is well loved and you can see some areas are a little in need of tlc,but actually if you have the amount of children we have in our family,that makes for a relaxing stay. Loved the games room and distance to the beach was perfect.

Great stay

The house was great for a family of 8 adults and 4 kids. Location couldn’t be better for beach, shops and we even managed a walk to a pub for Sunday lunch. Will definitely consider booking again for another family get away. Thank you Pippa for making the stay easy and enjoyable.

Lovely situation just over from the beach. House needs bit more T L C. Top bedrooms shower blocked Fridge freezer in garage needs changing Some of the furniture more shabby than Chic. But over all a brilliant place for a family holiday.l

Wonderful house just by the sea

We had an amazing weekend in this lovely house. It is HUGE, very well-equipped, comfortable- just perfect for a carefree family break. Sooo close to the beach. The kids had a whale of a time, very refreshingly unteenagery! The photos don’t do it justice, and I’m not sure how they could. I would be back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Holiday!

We had a such great stay in this fabulous beach house! The communications and check in process were all very easy and the house is perfect for a group or family. We loved using the games and paddle board which were a great bonus. All the bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for big dinners round the outside table. We loved our holiday - thank you for having us!

Almost perfect location

We were a family party of 8 adults and three children. The house is very well appointed, it is obviously owners holiday home not just a rental only. This does give it a more homely feel. Everything you would expect is supplied. The location is excellent, literally a stones throw from the beach and there is a pub and cafe within a nice walking distance (even slowed down with small children) All on all a first class stay.

Great house for all ages in a superb location. Perfect for our family celebration.

We booked the house for my mums 70th birthday and we had a brilliant family weekend. The house was brilliant for the children with so much to entertain them. The space in the house was perfect with a separate cinema rooms for the older children. The location was amazing, so quick to get to the beach and the town. Thanks again .

Wonderful for quality family beach holiday

We had the best time as an extended family in Spindrift. The location couldn’t be better and the grandchildren loved the games room and the cinema room. We had a BBQ every evening and as a family sat around eating and chatting- great quality time together and you can’t put a price on that.

A lovely laidback beach house!

Plenty of space for extended family, ages 4 months to 74 years, in an ideal situation for access to the beach.We even managed to park 3 vehicles on the gravel front as suggested! This is a comfortable "lived in" home, and we all had a great time in house, garden and on beach. Next time we would not aim to drive anywhere on a sunny Saturday -not even as far as The Lamb Inn - but would take the easy walk to Boulevard and Drifters, as we did on other days.

The title's right - gorgeous property - just right for a family stay

We stayed here for my 50th and had a great time. The property was just right for all 12 of us and we had two lovely family dinners sitting round the dining table with plenty of room for all. Everything was clean and tidy with very comfortable beds and just a few yards from the beach. We even managed to sit out in the garden for Saturday lunch. Just a perfect stay - Thanks Pippa.

I am a mother of 3 children, 2 girls and a boy, the eldest is 14 nearly 15 and the youngest is 9. Spindrift is the perfect house for us, each child loves it there for different reasons such as riding, sailing, surfing windsurfing, kitesurfing, and just general beach life. My husband enjoys his kite surfing. I run on the beach, frequent the lovely cafes, restaurants, surf shops, pubs etc. An added bonus, is the locality of the Chichester, a cathedral city,which is beautiful, cultural and has great shops. As well as being easy to get to from the house, you can take a bus or its 10 mins by car.

It is virtually on the beach; it facilitates all family members, from Grandparents to young children. It is close to amenities, such as supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, lovely cafe's and restaurants, Drift Inn, Drifters and Samphire plus the Shore pub. Good clothes shops. Options for rental of paddle boards, canoes etc, great surf or paddle board. Lessons for beach sports; Kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing are just some of beach activities. Riding on the beach - 5 mins walk away. The house is ideally located to all mentioned.
