Planera en resa till stranden och stanna på havs havre. Ligger på Okaloosa Island i Fort Walton Beach, erbjuder två sovrum Sea Oats 705 dig en bra flykt till stranden. Njut av en fullständig direkt utsikt över viken medan du kopplar av på din egen balkong.
Inredd i tropiska rika färger. Rymlig enhet !! Stor öppen planlösning! Master värd en king size-säng med en TV. Stort privat badrum. Andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och en TV. Vardagsrummet är värd en drottning bäddsoffa med en bred utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Stor rymlig balkong. Tv��ttstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Det finns 116 parkeringsplatser totalt och fem av dem är handikapp. Det finns tillräckligt med utrymme för en bil per enhet och en liten gästflöde. Det finns ingen garanterad parkering utöver dessa utrymmen. Inga båtar, husbilar eller släpvagnar är tillåtna under hyresperioden som ��r v������r och sommar. Parkeringsplatser finns endast för ägare och registrerade Sea Oats gäster. Violatorer kan bogseras på fordonsägarnas bekostnad.
Jag går extra mil för att du är bekväm. Massor av kuddar på varje säng tillsammans med extra lakan om det behövs. Gott om handdukar finns. Extra pappershanddukar, toalettpapper, städprodukter, tvättmedel tillhandahålls. Jag erbjuder även n���gra brädspel, böcker, filmer och spelpinne för barnen. Jag ger också badlakan (6) och några strandleksaker. Det enda du behöver ta med är mat och kläder och du är inställd.

Hyresobjekt: Vi har en helt ny pontong båt exklusivt för våra gäster endast för uthyrning samt babyutrustning, diverse. F���remål, strandutrustning, paddleboard, cyklar och kajak för att göra din semester den bästa upplevelsen någonsin. Boka på förhand eftersom vi har ett begränsat utbud av varor bara för våra gäster.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The view of the gulf was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by the guest bathroom having a door directly into the second bedroom, not just into the common area. A couple very minor things need attention but they are easy fixes and no big deal. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

We really thought that the condo was exactly what we were wanting, the management was excellent they stayed up with us asking how we were doing letting us know that if there was a problem that they were there to help. We would recommend this property to others and we would definitely come back.

Vacation with family.

Great view of the ocean, condo was as expected, very clean, kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need for cooking. Great location Publix close by, had some great seafood at Stewbys. Would not recommend Fubar Pizza just so so. All in all enjoyed.

The unit was wonderful, it had amazing views from the balcony as well as the master bedroom, we really enjoyed all the amenities and the location, it was centrally located but the beaches and pool were not overcrowded because it is a smaller condo!!

Great stay!

The view was amazing! Check in was a piece of cake. Everything was in working order. The room stayed nice and cool. Loved the beach service and provided beach towels! Decor was not my favorite, but literally DID NOT matter! Everything else was great.

A Beautiful Place to Spend Time

SeaOats is right on the beach with spectacular views and plenty of places to visit. We enjoyed sunsets and a cool drink from the pier and restaurants within a short walk or drive into Fort Walton or Destin. (Stewby's Seafood Shanty and AJ Oyster Shanty, walking distance, and The Front Porch, in Destin, were favorites.) The condo was comfortable and clean; it was supplied with kitchen and bathroom items as well as beach towels. We had an umbrella and chairs reserved for our use. The employees were friendly and took care of the property. A special thank you to Jennifer and Michelle for helping us with the wi-fi. We enjoyed talking with you. Thank you!

Memorial Weekend

The outside property was nice and clean. Pool was nice parking was good. The inside of the condo could use an update, and there was an odor that didn’t seem to go away. I believe the curtains need cleaned or replaced. My grandson had allergies while we were there. Sofa and loveseat dusty could use a good cleaning or at least vacuum. It would be nice to have a basket there for people to donate to the next renter things that they can’t take home. Like boogie board pool toys etc. all the other condos we have stayed at have always had things renters can borrow. Suplying beach towels was nice. Thank you

Overall the property is nice, but my biggest complaint was the furnishing. The bed needed to be replaced, it was sagging to the floor and the couch you could feel the frame when sitting on it.

Needs updating

The first night we arrived at this unit my husband spent the first hour fixing the door that goes to the washer/dryer because it would not close. Everytime we walked by the door we got a new bruise on our hip. After he got that fixed, he then had to adjust the front door so we could close and lock it properly. UNREAL!! Had the rental company been on top of things all this would have been noticed and fixed accordingly before we arrived. The condo itself needs major updating. The "leather" chair is worn and is torn in many places and due to all the construction that we were NOT made aware of when we booked, we were awake every morning by 7:30 to the sound of machinery and workers. I did call the rental company that we rented this condo through and they told me the construction was suppose to be completed by JUNE 1st and that they had no control over the time it took for renovations, which I totally understand, BUT we checked in JULY 28th and got an email they day before we left Alabama telling us about construction going on. Had we known about the construction BEFORE the DAY we checked in or even the first of July, we would have asked for a refund and never booked here OR paid what we paid to stay in this condo. We found out while we were here that construction has been going on for a year!! That was never mentioned to us either! We have stayed at Sea Oats numerous times before this year and have always been completely satisfied, but this year was by far the worst stay we have ever had and we will NOT be renting here again! I have never been more disappointed in a condo or a rental company in the 17 years we have been visiting Ft Walton than I am with this year.
