Wonderful pool & location! Loved the Condo.

Several of the “Snowbirds” moved in during our stay…very nice to meet at the pool. All-in-all were very happy there.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

This was our third stay at this property. It is a great rental that is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Communication from the owner is excellent. The location can’t be beat.

Home away from home

Escape From Reality

The condo is in a great location very close to anything and everything you want to do in the area. Janet did a wonderful job of being attentive to any needs and giving us a great list of restaurants and things to do.

Lovely time

We had a wonderful stay with our three young children. They loved being so close to the beach and splashing in the pool. We were also within walking distance of some good restaurants and ice cream. Janet gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo! Would highly recommend!

Great experience

Owner is great and helpful. This is my 2nd time staying here. Nice soft beds, great views, nice warm cozy feeling, and easy access to beach and elevators. Nicely decorated. Up to date appliances. I would definitely recommend this place! I hope to stay here again sometime.

Beautiful location. Walk right out to the beach. Restaurants were right there. Shops too. Lots to do. The owner was very friendly and the property was neat. The people were friendly as well. We would rent again!!!

Great view! Room nice clean, love the colors. Easy check in, check out process. Comfy beds. A variety of kitchen accessories. Cute fun beach theme. Has beach chairs and toys in room for guest to use. Owner is great to work with, very helpful.

So BEAUTIFUL!

This condo is by far one of our favorites we've ever stayed in! It is beautifully decorated in a soothing beach theme and the view from the oceanfront balcony is STUNNING! I have zero complaints except for having to leave...lol. 🙃 We will definitely be visiting here again! Thanks Janet for allowing us to use your litt piece of paradise 🌴❤️🌞

1st Trip to Ft. Walton Beach

The condo was awesome! Clean and stocked with everything we needed. I packed extra necessities but didnt need. The washer and dryer came in handy so we could pack less and come home with clean clothes. View was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Would totally come back and stay and will recommend to family and friends! Hostess was promot in responding and gave easy instructions. Only downfall was double and single red flags while there and 2 activities got canceled due to high tides which were out of anyones control.

Sea Oats get away

We were on the road when we got the email with parking pass and couldn’t get it printed in time for our arrival. Wish we could’ve received it earlier. Construction at facility entrance made for a little inconvenience, but otherwise we REALLY LIKED our stay! We plan to make a (or several) return visits! Thanks for being a gracious hostess!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view is beautiful and you can look down the beach both ways and directly out at the ocean. We saw dolphins every single morning from the balcony. Loved you could walk to dinner and ice cream. It was also not far to the board walk and gulfarium. Road construction at the bridge was a little crazy at times, but still manageable.

The condo was perfect for our girls trip! No complaints at all! Entire complex was clean and the pool area was great! Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen was well stocked Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Old bay steamer was our favorite. We will be back!
