VÄr Tampa Bungalow sover sex med fyra sovrum och tvÄ badrum.

Det har travertingolv och takhöga katedral och Àr cirka 2200 kvadratmeter avslappnande, coolt Florida levande.

NÀr du inte Àr inomhus kan du koppla av i den skÀrmad verandan med ett glas vin. Den Àr skÀrmad sÄ att Florida State fÄgel, myggan inte kommer att bÀra dig bort.

Om du vill trÀna kan du grilla en biff pÄ uteplatsen eller tvÀtta tvÀtt i tvÀttstugan.

Bungalowen har tvÄ kungssÀngar och tvÄ enkelsÀngar fördelade pÄ fyra sovrum.

Platsen Àr mycket bekvÀmt till Downtown, Busch Gardens, USF, Moffit, Clearwater, Disney och de flesta av centrala Florida. Convention Center och Downtown ligger 20 minuter bort, Bush Gardens, Moffitt och USF ligger 6 - 7 miles away. Perfekt!

PÄ tre miles kan du vara pÄ I-275, och pÄ tvÄ miles kan du vara pÄ vÀg till flygplatsen pÄ Veterans Expressway.

Precis runt hörnet finns en fantastisk, tyst vÀg som Àr bekvÀm att gÄ och (gud förbjuda) jogging. Om du ska jogga, lÄt mig veta sÄ jag kan hÀlla en gin och tonic och komma och titta.

Vi har en lekplats och gott om utrymme för barn och husdjur. VÄr bungalow Àr husdjursvÀnlig.

Vi levererar sÀngklÀder och sÀngklÀder, handdukar, pappershanddukar, toalettpapper, tvÀttmedel, handtvÄl, kaffefilter .... ta bara med dig dina klÀder och mat. Vi kommer inte att klaga om du inte tar med dig dina klÀder, sÄ bara ta med mat!

Vi har tvÄ utmÀrkta Publix-livsmedelsbutiker i nÀrheten, och Dale Mabry med hundratals restauranger ligger tvÄ mil vÀster om. Ja, du kan inte heller undgÄ tvÄ lokala Walmart-supercentra.

PÄ en regnig dag kan du titta pÄ Netflix eller kabel pÄ vÄr smarta TV, eller du kan surfa pÄ webben och kasta YouTube-videor till TV: n för familjen att förundras över!

Det tar ungefÀr 20 minuter till centrum, 25 minuter till flygplatsen, 25 miles till nÀrmaste topp DR Beach val för de berömda Florida strÀnderna. Vi Àr sju miles till Busch Gardens, USF och Moffit, 13 miles till kongresscentret och generellt inom bekvÀm tillgÄng till de flesta av centrala Florida.

Vi har Àgt Tampa Bungalow sedan 2008, och det Àr ett mycket trevligt och bekvÀmt hem.

Was nice area and house was perfect size but it has plumbing issues in both bathrooms and cockroaches mainly in kitchen ,kitchen and bathrooms definitely need to be updated

5 month stay

I was here while my home was being remodeled and there is not one request that wasn't handled in an efficient, timely and friendly way by Jonathan and his staff. I had to extend my stay twice and with Jonathan I was confident that it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks, neighbor!

Great home, wonderful host!

I can’t say enough great things about this home and our host Jonathan. His house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and in a great location. It was perfect upon our arrival and we didn’t have any problems during our extended stay. The icing on the cake was how great Jonathan was. He is an excellent communicator and was super kind. We had to extend our stay several times and he was extremely gracious and understanding about our last minute requests to extend our visit. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Jonathan!

Great relaxing get away.

This quaint bungalow in Lutz Florida was perfect for us as it was central to everything, no problem getting around what so ever. Loved the relaxing evenings in the hot tub. Neighborhood was very quite and safe. The owner Joanathan was great. Very easy to work with.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed in the bungalow for 2 months while our new home was being built. Convenient location, well appointed home and Johnathan was extremely responsive and pleasant. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Bungalow Chapter

We retired in December of 2018. Found Jonathan’s Bungalow through VBRO. A big part of our new chapter is our dog Bristol. Property offered Bristol plenty of area for Bristol to play fetch! Our granddaughter didn’t get to visit this trip but she would have liked to play on the playground set! The Bungalow is spacious with very comfortable furniture. Jonathan swiftly took care of any minor issues, With the help of Paul, (maintenance) & Ron (hot tub). We would’ve booked for 2020 but....already taken. Thank you Jonathan and family.

A beautiful, clean, relaxing place to rest

My parents and I visited Tampa for Spring Training. This cottage was conveniently located to the Steinbrenner park, grocery stores, and the Gulf. It was spotless, and we enjoyed staying in such a clean place. The kitchen was very well-stocked with pots, pans, etc. for those who enjoy staying in to eat. We enjoyed the hot tub and screened-in porch too. Jonathan was an extremely helpful and responsive host. We could not have been more pleased.

Exactly as advertised, great spot.

Very rustic appearance on the outside but inside is a perfect bungalow. We had 5 guys coming down for a golf trip and Jon only had 4 beds at the time of booking. He took the time and money to add a 5th bed, and then of course our 5th guy broke his arm 3 days before the trip and we ended up with only 4. Jacuzzi tub in screen house saved my trip as my back flared up. Tub was nice and clean and being a swimming pool owner I do get worried about hot tubs turning into "human bacteria frappes" if water is not maintained and balanced - this was as far away from that as possible. pool water was nice and clear and clean. It is a bit tricky to find but after finding it's easy. Jonathan was very communicative, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend to anyone to stay here. Access to highways is a five minute ride, downtown Tampa about 20 minute ride.

Well situated, quiet, and close to local amenities. An exterior, screened-in, hot tub living space.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cool and welcoming home. We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful attention of our host, Jonathan. A lively group of four adults and two babies, we comfortably staged our Florida adventure from the safety of this well appointed bungalow. Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, there were ample towels and comfortable linens. The washer/dryer unit in the garage was key, and the hot tub became our evening gathering place where we laughed over the events of the day. In addition, our granddaughter was thrilled by the playground next door. :D We highly recommend this vacation property and would stay here again.

Owner A Dream To Work With

Unfortunately, Hurricane Irma canceled the trip for me and my friends, but Jonathan remained ever patient with us as we worked through our sadness. While we were not able to stay at the home and cannot; therefore, give a review of the house itself, please let this serve as a review of the owner. He is patient. He had everything ready for us. He is a very quick and thorough communicator. You will always know the status of your stay (even if you cannot come). Thanks, Jonathan! Really appreciate all you did in preparation of our stay and so sorry we couldn't make the trip. We were looking forward to this trip so much!

Amazing Property and Host...I would definitely recommend!

I made this reservation when my first one fell through. I flew to Tampa booked a rental car and booked/confirmed this house before even leaving the airport. Johnathan was more than accommodating he was fine with the last minute reservation and waited for me at the property until I arrived!!!! He walked me through the house and we signed the agreement in under 5min. The house and the compound property it sits on is amazing. You're minutes from the action but it feels so private and secluded almost like a sanctuary! There were 4 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms a hot tub and not to mention Siri! WiFi is complementary and the house is all inclusive... You only need your clothes and personals! The checkout process is relatively easy although some light cleaning is required. I would definitely recommend this host and when I'm in Florida again I plan to book with him as well. Thanks Johnathan😙

When folks stay with us, I see a lot of dynamics that give me and them enormous satisfaction:

I have seen families getting to spend time with each other or to unite and welcome a newborn in to the world. I see graduations being celebrated with great joy. I watch families come together to grieve the loss of a loved one. I have folks visit to take the kids to Bush Gardens, or to attend a conference. Some of my guests are here working on special projects.

Through it all, I do enjoy helping them be comfortable with their families and seeing them enjoy our home and the surrounding area.
