Villa Aduen är en härlig välutrustad villa med 3 sovrum, som är ljus, fräsch och luftig och har också ett högt läge vid foten av Montana Roja. Villan ligger i Bella Vista; vilket är en liten gated community i området Playa Blanca. Trots att de är helt privata på grund av de upphöjda väggarna, erbjuder trädgården och poolområdet en öppen utsikt över de fantastiska Ajache-bergen. Platsen är idealisk för dem som söker lugn och ro men är fortfarande inom gångavstånd till stränder, barer, restauranger och vattenparker.
Villaens huvudområde är öppen plan och är idealisk för underhållning med direkt tillgång till den stora terrassen och har fönster med utsikt över en inre trädgård. Det finns en TV med DVD-spelare, soffor och luftkonditioneringsenhet. Köket har allt du kan behöva på en paus med självhushåll, inklusive en frys med god storlek, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, spis och ugn, tvättmaskin och ett brett utbud av köksutrustning. Villan har tre sovrum. Två dubbelrum, ett med eget badrum och ett tvåbäddsrum, båda badrummen har badkar, toalett och dusch.
Externt erbjuder fastigheten en stor täckt terrass för utomhusliv och matsal och ytterligare solterrasser som omger poolen som nyligen har renoverats. Du kan nå ett användbart badrum utanför från terrassen som inkluderar toalett och dusch. Den uppvärmda poolen är 7 x 4 meter och ligger intill en trevlig sittgrupp med solstolar.

Playa Blanca är den sydligaste orten på ön Lanzarote, det är ungefär 37 kilometer från öns huvudstad Arrecife och 33 kilometer från flygplatsen. Det finns två småbåtshamnar i Playa Blanca som erbjuder, många kaféer, restauranger, barer och affärer med en avslappnad atmosfär som gör Playa Blanca till den perfekta platsen för en lugnare och mer sofistikerad semester i Lanzarote. Lovely property

ProsReally enjoyed our holiday. Pool was stunning. Facilities were amazing. Beds were comfy. There’s an Aldi and Lidl minutes away. There’s a handy little shop at the bottom of the road. Pool was cleaned a couple of times during our week. The villa was very clean and neat.Cons Little bit far from the main town for small kids to walk but is a very quick drive. Dogs at the back were barking a lot so that got a bit tired but that’s not the fault of the villa.SuggestionsUpdate your instructions on how you like to clean the outdoor space. Found myself mopping it every day.

Great location and lovely villa

Great pool, everything very clean, well equipped kitchen, spacious in and out only 5 mins by car to the centre or 10 to the Marina. Teguise market on Sunday a must, as is el golfo, I’d give little Italy at the marina a miss, pricey for food and drinks for what it is, le petit jardin lovely service and food, Buenos Aires grill nice too as is jungle vibes and lani’s

Good Holiday

Clean and well eqipped. No hand soap provided in the bathrooms. Bed in en-suite bedroom was not comfortable. Pool wasn't clean when we got there and wasn't cleaned during our stay. The many English TV channels were a plus. For us the location was a bit far from main Playa Blanca and there were not many facilities in the immediate area. Despite the few negatives we enjoyed our holiday.

Great property for our 1 week break

Property is spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room outdoors round the pool (where we spent most of our time) and everything you could need inside (although we ate out every night). Booking process and in-resort support was excellent.

Amazing villa and stay

Just returned from a 16 day stay, the villa was perfect, a real home from home. We especially enjoyed the private pool which was cleaned every few days during our stay.The villa has everything you could possibly need with a well equipped kitchen.It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest bar and restaurant which we found to be excellent and a further 20 minutes into playa blanca with a wide selection of bars and restaurants Would highly recommend

Playa Blanca villa

The villa is stylish, located just below Montana Raja in a quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a shop 2 mins away where you can get all your essentials inc. fresh bread and milk The beds are comfortable and the place was clean. It's a good 20-30 minute walk to Playa Blanca main stretch. The pool is really a plunge pool. Only negative some basics I would normally expect were missing on arrival; no hand wash, only one toilet roll, no bin bags. A bottle of water would be great.

Great villa, spacious and well appointed

This villa has loads of space both indoors and out. It is well appointed throughout, which made our stay really comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good, making occasions when we ate there really easy. The washing machine was greatly appreciated as was the dishwasher. The bedrooms are all generous in size and comfy. Outdoors the space is plentiful and the sun loungers were the best I’ve had anywhere! The pool was heated and really made our holiday. The outdoor space offers complete privacy, not overlooked at all. The location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing in. The area does have quite a few cockroaches but guess that’s just the heat and certainly couldn’t be the fault of the villa. The area did lose water for several hours on at least a couple of the days, but again, this is beyond the control of the host. What I would say on the water issue is that the host’s appointed person in the area couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient, which we really appreciated. I would say that a car is almost essential for this villla but so long as you have one the location is very good, with beaches and shops in abundance nearby. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Good Spacious Villa

Nice spacious villa with good outdoor space. Excellent TV channels including all sports. Really good charcoal BBQ so you don’t have to always eat out. The restaurant recommendations in the welcome pack were good and all in all a pleasurable stay. Only two downsides, the bottom of the pool had lots of sand on arrival and was not cleaned during the week’s stay, however did not ruin the pool experience hence did not call anyone. The En-suite double bed tho was sooo uncomfortable, I moved to the twin room a couple of times to get a more comfortable sleep which was a shame, definitely needs a better mattress. Our friends in the larger bedroom said theirs was OK. Have stayed on this Urbanisation a couple of times now and walk to restaurants and bars a good 20-25 minutes but a local bus service and Taxis are good if that’s too far. Local mini-mart 2 mins walk for essentials.

An absolute Gem

Amazing Villa.Excellent communication from the initial enquiry to arriving at front door. On arrival the villa was spotless, beds were comfy plenty of wardrobe space the kitchen had every utensil you would need. The outdoor area was amazing great size pool plenty of sun beds and the out bbq was great. Playa Blanca is just a short stroll. The wife went for a few runs and said how safe she felt. All in all a perfect stay.

Can not rate this highly enough

The villa was spotless when we arrived along with a very detailed information pack. The stay was excellent with lots of things to enjoy such as the water park but I have to say the pool was amazing. The area was lovely with baileys bar doing a superb full English breakfast. And flamingo beach was a great spot for a lunch time drink and meal with many excellent restaurants. The walk along the sea front was relaxing with lots of bars and restaurants. Overall I would give this holiday a 10 out of 10 and would love to return.

Lovely villa, great location

Our first time staying in a villa and it did not disappoint. The villa is very clean and equipped with everything that you could need for a relaxing break. The bedrooms are a great size and the beds are really comfortable. The area surrounding the villa is really quiet and we all got a great sleep. The kids enjoyed the lovely pool which was warm enough for them in May with plenty of comfortable loungers poolside. The WiFi was strong and didn’t drop out even with everyone using it at the same time on multiple devices. Having English tv channels and access to films was great for quieter evenings and made it really homely. There’s a few beaches nearby which all have soft sand and clear calm water. We easily found plenty of restaurants and bars in the area with a good variety of cuisines even for fussy children. The owner Craig was very responsive and helpful and very kindly accommodated our late check out due to evening flights. Overall a fantastic experience and would love to stay again in future.

Beautiful villa in a great location

Very modern homely villa with a fabulous pool area for relaxing. The communication with owner was spot on and lots of very useful information provided both before arrival and at the Villa. The Villa is private and not really overlooked. I loved it so much booked for next year already, thanks again for a wonderful stay at your fab home.

More than happy

This was a holiday where we were using the villa as a base to visit all the tourist attractions that we could in a 2 week period. The Villa was clean and tidy and very easy to find and very well equipped. We didn't use the pool much as the wind was quite cold at the end of Feb. But when we did the water was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had all that we needed and there is loads of space around the villa to relax after a hard day having fun.

Weekend getaway

Beautifully appointed villa, very comfortable. A bit of a walk from main area of restaurants. We walked down every evening it took about 35 min. Great snorkelling at Playa Pappagayo . Lovely mountain walk beside villa. Minimarket across from villa well stocked with essentials.

Brilliant holiday

We had a brilliant holiday at this villa, it was spotless clean and comfortable, very well equipped kitchen with all the saucepans were nice and clean which often isn't the case. The outside area was private due to the high walls and because it was a large area was not claustraphobic. Gorgeous swimming pool which we used a lot. Would highly recommend this villa

When we viewed this property prior to purchase we were absolutely bowled over by the amazing views over the pache mountains and the beautiful extensive pool side surroundings creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

The area is very peaceful and tranquil with beautiful surroundings.

This villa would suit both couples and families looking for a relaxing retreat or a fun field family adventure.

All in all our villa caters for all tastes.

Our villa is situated away from the town centre in a very quiet gated community which makes the relaxing, calm environment very safe and secure. It has the luxury of being close enough to beach's, bars and restaurants that there is no need for a car.
