Villa Florida is a magnificent villa located in Corcovada, Albufeira, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, fun, and proximity to the Algarve’s most stunning beaches.



The spacious living and dining area offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. From here, there is direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, creating the ideal setting for socializing and leisure.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with twin beds each, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both with private bathrooms with showers and balconies offering sea views.



On the lower floor, there are three cozy bedrooms, all with twin beds, providing a peaceful and comfortable environment to unwind after a day in the sun. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, ensuring extra comfort and convenience for all guests.



The property also features a games room equipped with a snooker table, ping pong table, and table football, perfect for fun and entertainment for all ages.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the convenience needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.



Outside, the villa offers a large private heatable pool (additional cost), a well-maintained garden, and a BBQ area ideal for outdoor dining. The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security.



Just 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa, and Oura, and close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, and the center of Albufeira, Villa Florida is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable Algarve getaway.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.







Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
